• Somnath (10/5): Outstanding. - Outstanding hospitality when we were staying at this homestay. We experienced cordial behaviour especially manager. Toto driver, Sri Sujit Halder was very much gentle person. He was shown all the local tourist spot Elaborately. Overall experience of our Santiniketan tour was pleasant. Thanks to the owner of the homestay. All are outstanding.

It was said that breakfast would be provided but the staff and the owner didn't provide it instead they were arguing. It was said that music is allowed till 10pm but they started to argue in this topic also Nothing

• Kakuli (10/5): Location, staffs behaviour, budget friendly and Toto service are available. - Budget friendly,neat and clean,staff behaviour is very good, location is good very near to Prantik Station,10 min from Shantiniketan and Sonajhuri.Owner madam is highly educated her husband is a highschool teacher,we enjoyed a homely atmosphere out side of our own home.Breakfast was tasty, dinner was delicious.No TV, but we had no problem,there was high speed Free WIFI . All are good, there is full of free fresh and fair oxygen.

• Uday (1/5): i will never use booking.com. its not reliable,and safe. - they cancelled our bookings without any notice. booking .com does not take any advance, but they told us as i didnt advanced they sold our booking. who are responsible here? bookong dot com or hotel management?
• Ashis (1/5): Bad - There was no minimum amenities. During power cut in there was no light in the washroom. One light and one fan., out of two fans. It is a remote place. There was no kitchen inside the property. For tea I had to go half km. They declared for complimentary breakfast that was brought from roadside dirty food maker. There was no provision for tea/ coffee inside the room. Basically the proprietor is a cheater. When I raised my voice over phone regarding poor facilities he started shouting with filthy language and started threatening for dire consequences. The photograph uploaded about the property are fake. Booking.com should verify the veracity before recommendation. Entire property and poor amenities, location, poor service. During our stay in the night there was heavy rain and thunderstorm our room was floded with rain water nobody came to clean the water even next day.
