• Olha (2/5): Осторожно КЛОПЫ!!! - Есть оборудованная кухня и даже комплиментарный кофе. Удобное расположение. Как только мы приехали - обратили внимание на мух на кухне и в комнате, но это было только начало. Начали принимать душ - вода уходит так медленно, что невозможно не перелить воду через поддон. Легли спать - поняли, что постели двухэтажной кровати недостаточно чистые - на простынях был черный песок. Звукоизоляция плохая - слегка всплакнувшего ребенка слышно из противоположной стороны коттеджа. Решили разобраться с песком на простынях - и тут началось. У дочери на подушке был обнаружен постельный клоп. Дальше еще и еще. Мы истребили на двухэтажной кровати до полуторадесятка клопов! Они во всех щелях кровати. Дочь ушла спать в машину. Я проверила другие места - и убила еще одного клопа на кровати в противоположной стороне котежда. Не спалось - пересматривала и собирала вещи, чтобы не привезти клопов домой; смотрела, не кусают ли клопы детей и внуков. Стала искать прятающихся клопов в других местах - обнаружила невероятное количество старой пыли в скрытых от глаз местах. Следующий день после такой ночи выдался кошмарным - хотелось спать, а не наслаждаться видами Исландии. Прилагаю некоторые фотографии - первый клоп на подушке, образцы клопов в щелях, убитый клоп на простыни другой спальни, пылесборники в некоторых местах, муха с видом на гору, поддон душа. Вай-Фай не работал.

• Frank (7/5): Gutes, günstiges Bungalow, für 2 Nächte, völlig in Ordnung. - Wenn man sich darauf einstellt, das man eher ein Bungalow mietet, dann ist man eher positiv überrascht. Entgegen der Bilder in der Anzeige, wurde das Häuschen, in der Ausstattung, etwas aufgewertet. Die Lage war für uns, das große Plus, da super ruhig und abgeschieden, denn dort kann man super Polarlichter beobachten. Das die Küche, leider etwas sehr klein und beengt ist, ansonsten war es okay.

Nous avons l'impression d'être retourner un peu dans le temps avec les équipements et l'intérieur. Mais cela reste très confortable et reposant. Un petit manque de modernité.

• Monika (10/5): - Przepiękna okolica, domek otoczony ze wszystkich stron górami. Cisza, spokój, duże okna przez które mogłam podziwiać widoki pijąc poranną kawę. Widzieliśmy zorzę nad górami 2 razy. Jednej nocy była słaba a kolejnej wspaniała, tańczyła na niebie. Miejsce jest odizolowane, zanieczyszczenie światłem praktycznie żadne. Jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś wrócę w okolice Höfn na pewno zarezerwuję ten sam domek. Łazienka zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia.

• Carrolyn (9/5): Peaceful and beautiful little cabin - Beautiful location, incredible views and very cozy beds! As an added bonus there were lots of cute sheep around, which we really enjoyed :) No black out curtains! Won’t be a problem if you have a sleep mask or are travelling in the Fall or Winter, but this was the first place we stayed that didn’t have them so it was a little tricky falling asleep at night.
• Ellen (4/5): Teleurstellend en niet voor herhaling vatbaar! - Stafafell Cottage Een heel erg oud huisje en zeer slecht onderhouden. Verwarming: zeer oude verroeste radiatoren. Aantal werkte niet. Waarschijnlijk was dat bekend want er waren 2 losse verrijdbare radiatoren in het huisje geplaatst. Brand onveilige situatie omdat electriciteit met verlengsnoeren aan elkaar geknoopt was. In de keuken was er geen gelegenheid om met 2 pannen naast elkaar te koken. Er was slechts electrisch kookplaatje met 2 pitten, waarop geen 2 pannen pasten. De waterkoker was met plakband beplakt/vastgeplakt. Het koffiezetapparaat zag er erg oud en niet schoon uit, om maar niet te spreken over het verroeste tosti-ijzer.

• Joanne Cho (6/5): Overall is just a simple place for a night stay. - The cottage is location in a farm, spacious nice view and quite place to stay. This is very old designed cottage and the kitchen is too small and narrow and the bathroom is at the ,aim entrance area.

• Ho Young (10/5): 남부지역과 동부지역의 완벽한 쉼터 - 시설은 조금 낡았지만 널찍한 공간과 완벽한 주방시설, 그리고 빵빵한 히터에 편안한 침대..한밤에 보이는 오로라까지 모든게 완벽했습니다. 그리고 잠깐 뵈었지만 인상좋은 주인 할아버지가 인근에 거주하고 계셔서 급한 일 생기면 5분내로 와주십니다. 현관문 도어락이 조금 뻑뻑합니다.

• öregutazó (10/5): Csend és nyugalom - A szállásadó időben korrekten tájékoztatott a bejutásról. A szállás teljesen megfelel a leírtaknak. Kényelmes ágyak, tisztaság és jó felszereltség jellemzi. Kitűnő hely az északi fény megfigyelésére. Az észak felől érkezőknek egy kis vízfolyáson keresztül adja az utat a google maps. Ha normál városi autóval vagy érdemes továbbmenni és a Stafafellskirkja bejáraton keresztül megközelíteni. csak ajánlani lehet ezt a szálláshelyet. -
• FRANCISCO (7/5): Bien mientras no haga mal tiempo. - La cabaña en sí es cómoda, con dos habitaciones separadas, muy fácil acceso, la escogimos esperando estar en un sitio aislado para ver auroras boreales. Si bien la cabaña es funcional, se le nota el paso de los años y no le quedaría mal un poco de mantenimiento, así como una actualización de los utensilios de cocina. Desafortunadamente en la primera noche nos tocó una fuerte tormenta con mucho viento (no pudimos dormir), así que como el pronóstico era igual para la segunda noche preferimos entregar la cabaña a primera hora de la mañana e irnos a un hotel relativamente cercano que nos diera mayor tranquilidad y tuviera un mejor sistema de aislamiento del exterior. Le enviamos una nota al anfitrión informando lo sucedido, pero hasta el día de hoy no recibimos ningún comentario de su parte.

• Stephanie (7/5): - Schön großes Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und Fußbodenheizung. War angenehm warm. Kühlschrank vorhanden und kleiner Aufenthaltsbereich. Trinkwasser wurde bereit gestellt, da die Küchenecke kein Waschbecken hatte. Leider hat das Wasser nicht für alle ausgereicht. Auch war die Küche recht klein. Im Bad hat sich alles gestaut, da es keinerlei Ausweichmögöichkeiten gab. Das Licht hat etwas geflackert, was unangenehm war.

• Karin (8/5): - Das Cottage liegt ruhig und trotzdem gut erreichbar. Vorne Blick in die Lagune, hinten Bergblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns kurzfristig Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine verschafft. Es ist sehr geräumig und wirkt von außen viel kleiner. Es ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider ist es schon etwas abgewohnt und war nicht ganz sauber geputzt.

Poca pulizia in cucina con elettrodomestici fatiscenti. Infine il bagno in cui lo scarico della doccia non funzionava e bisognava attendere perché l’acqua defluisse.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka. Szkoda, że nie było dobrze posprzątane. - Przestronny domek z dwoma oddzielnymi sypialniami. Kuchnia wyposażona, zapas kawy i innych dodatków. Do tego duży pokój dzienny. Piękny widok przez duże okna. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko drogi głównej. Brudna kuchnia. Musieliśmy umyć szafki w środku, żeby móc z nich komfortowo korzystać. Niezbyt czysta kanapa. Łazienka też wymaga odświeżenia.

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto solo il silenzio e delle pecore, e una sensazione di tranquillità che solo certi luoghi sono in grado di trasmettere. Viaggiavamo in due coppie di amici, il cottage era grande abbastanza per tutti e c'era tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. Check in semplice e veloce, wifi ben funzionante. La doccia dondolava, e dovrebbe essere migliorata la pulizia di bagno e cucina

Mancano completamente gli oscuranti per cui c’è stata luce tutto il giorno. Porta di ingresso malmessa. Non pulitissimo. Prezzo un po’ elevato per la qualità dell’alloggio
• Ankie (7/5): Gezellige cottage op een mooie plek; is alleen wel toe aan een opknapbeurt. - Mooi gelegen en gezellig huisje met uitzicht op weilanden en bergen. De staat van onderhoud is niet best. Heeft echt een update nodig. Geen verduisteringsgordijnen, dus slaapmasker mee.

• Eleonora (7/5): Buona base d’appoggio - Il cottage è in posizione isolata, ma facilmente raggiungibile dalla Hringvegur. È molto spazioso e il fatto di stare in mezzo al nulla è stato bellissimo! I proprietari ci hanno portato anche la culla per la nostra bambina. Nel complesso è stato perfetto per una notte che abbiamo trascorso qui come punto d’appoggio. Non so come siano abituati a dormire in Islanda, ma delle tende oscuranti sono assolutamente necessarie, soprattutto per i turisti che non sono abituati a 24 ore di luce a giugno!! È un pochino datato e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cucina e il bagno.

• Caecilia (9/5): - Calme absolu, cottage tout équipé pour 4 personnes Un peu défraîchi, et il n’y a qu’un petit rideau clair aux fenêtres, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile quand il fait enfin nuit à 23h et plein jour des 4h du matin. Prévoir un masque de sommeil !
