- ruggero (10/5): ottima esperienza - Ottima posizione non lontano dalla spiaggia. La struttura è moderna dotata di accessi con codice o badge. il monolocale molto pulito e dai colori vivaci. Angolo cottura dotato di elementi essenziali con frigo piuttosto capiente e microonde oltre alle stoviglie. Bagno moderno con doccia in vetro e curato anche nei dettagli. Abbiamo richiesto un kit asciugamani in quanto causa overbooking ci avevano cambiato stanza e ci è stato consegnato quasi immediatamente quindi complimenti per l'assistenza. Nella saletta comune a disposizione degli ospiti macchinette automatiche per il caffe e bibite e libri per la lettura con divano comodo per relax.Nel periodo in cui siamo stati nessun problema di parcheggio seterno.... Niente.

- GIUSEPPE (9/5): Festa del pesce a Cesenatico - Siamo stati accolti con molta disponibilita' e cortesia. Il residence e' molto accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. Gradito l'upgrade gratuito. Sono disponibili distributori automatici di bibite, snack e bevande calde; comodi per eventuali necessita'. Eravamo a Cesenatico in occasione della festa del pesce ed il residence dista circa 1,5 km dal porto canale. Sarebbe opportuno offrire un servizio gratuito di biciclette.

Personale gentile e premuroso, ci hanno permesso di mettere le nostre bici elettriche nel loro cortile privato o addirittura nella hall (siamo stati in bassa stagione con pochi ospiti). Angolo cottura attrezzato di tutto e pulito. Materassi un po' duri

- Oleksii (9/5): Excellent money value, location and convenient keyless entry. - Our stay was fantastic! The value for money was excellent, and the location couldn't have been better. We especially loved the keyless entry system, which uses a simple code for both the main building and our apartment—it made getting in and out so easy and stress-free. We would recommend this place! The nearby parking was convenient, but it's worth noting that it's about a three-minute walk away, and the car sits in the sun all day. We also realized after checking in that the cleaning service isn't included, which is something to be aware of if you're planning a longer stay.

L'appartamento molto funzionale e bene arredato. La pulizia delle stoviglie presenti era approssimativa, andrebbe controllata. I guanciali presenti erano abbastanza scomodi, non adatti a tutti. Per il resto tuto ok

- Ilaria (9/5): Superb - The staff was friendly and helpful, the property is modern, super clean and near to the beach and every other services you would need during your vacation. The hairdryer was a little bit outdated, I would bring my own next time.
- Shah (7/5): Wheelchair Accessible residence cesenatico - Staff were amazing, good location though it does not have a sea view unless maybe from the roof. It has washing facilities for clothes. It's not ideal for independent wheelchair users even though it appears to be. The shower had a screen around it, but it's movable by an able bodied person. The staff were great reorganized the kitchen and raised the very low bed by adding a mattress. This made it a bit too high but better than being too low and impossible to get in and out of. There is a lift big enough for average size wheelchair. Would not advise big oversized wheelchair usage. Room is a bit tight but just about doable but only with help from an ambulant person.

- Grant (10/5): Tutto Perfetto!! - Great location with large clean rooms. very short walking distance to beach, amazing coffee and outstanding restaurants. Emanuela and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were there for an Ironman race and they really looked after us for bringing in bikes. Fold out sofa beds were huge and comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable. The old town is cute amd Cervia (10 minutes away) is stunning with its old cobbled streets and waterways. The beach is wide sand and protected so was a pleasure to swim in. Water temp was low 20s. We are already planning our return trip!

- Paul (10/5): A nice one night stop that felt good value for money - We stayed at this property for one night in June on our way travelling South. The reception staff were really nice and friendly and our room with small kitchenette exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. It was a good size and very clean and tidy. It's a short walk to the beach or to the central part of Cesenatico. Cesenatico was lovely for an evening stroll and a meal / glass of wine alonside the canal. Another night or two would have been welcome here but all in all a nice quick stop for us. Parking was a little tricky but I managed to find free walkable parking the road behind the property ok. Nothing worth noting.
- Adrian (2/5): Avoid this property! Management doesn't care about the guests. - The apartment is large, bright, clean and very new. There were no towels in the room and the lock of the room did not work. The host did not respond to our multiple and polite messages (both on booking, by phone and WhatsApp. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The 'emergency number' given by phone also did not work as noone picked up or called back.

Terrasse was good / fridge etc. warm blanket available. first bathroom on our trip without fan ;) you could really hear the bathroom activity upstairs. I asked if we could switch on the heater ( 1st night was cold) - no response.

- Oksana (8/5): Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. - Very convenient location, 10 minutes from the beach (paid and free). On the way to the beach there are excellent restaurants and shops. Hotel after renovation, everything is new. There is an elevator. We arrived late in the evening, went by the code to the hotel and the room. Very comfortably. There were problems with the Internet, but the girl at the reception solved everything very quickly. The room has excellent air conditioning. The kitchen had everything you need, pots, pans, cutlery. All new. We were with a dog. We had a two-room suite. It's too small for 4 adults. For 2 adults and children it would be great. There is no balcony. Nowhere to dry towels after the beach. I think it would be good to install mosquito nets, because there were mosquitoes in the evening.
