Molto celeri (grazie Inga!!) nel riproteggerci in un hotel quando all'arrivo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco. Appartamento sporco all'arrivo (riprotetti in un hotel molto bello a 6km per la prima notte), l'acqua calda ha fatto fatica ad arrivare, wifi non funzionante, telecomando tv con pile scariche.

• Andrea (8/5): - Fermate dei bus davanti l' appartamento (a 15-20 minuti dalla stazione centrale), supermercato a 7 minuti a piedi, presenza di sauna funzionante dopo fredde giornate invernali, vista panoramica sul fiume Inn e montagne, bagno e doccia grandi, letto e divano comodi Piumini nel sottoletto impolverati, solo 2 tazze per la colazione, poche padelle/pentole, nessuno straccio per la cucina e per pulire per terra, nessun detersivo/spray per pulire l'appartamento, odore costante di curcuma nei pensili della cucina, solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica per 2 persone in 5 giorni, mancanza di sale e zucchero in cucina, presenza di armadio aperto e non chiuso e con poche grucce (poco funzionale).

• Andrea (4/5): - Buona posizione! Parcheggio gratuito sotto l'appartamento e il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti di autobus. La fermata si trova proprio di fronte l'appartamento. La nostra esperienza in questo appartamento è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'alloggio non pulito: asciugamani e lenzuola erano chiaramente ancora quelli degli ospiti precedenti e anche il bagno presentava evidenti segni di utilizzo a conferma del fatto che non era stata effettuata alcuna pulizia. Contattare la struttura è stato complicato e abbiamo dovuto aprire una segnalazione tramite booking prima di ricevere una risposta. La struttura ci ha poi offerto una notte in un albergo come scusa per l'inconveniente, assicurandoci che il giorno seguente l'appartamento sarebbe stato pronto. Tuttavia, al nostro rientro la mattina successiva, la camera non era stata ancora pulita nonostante avessimo chiesto in anticipo un orario per poter rientrare. Anche in questo caso è stato difficile ottenere una risposta e sono state necessarie diverse telefonate. Siamo stati ricontattati solo più tardi da una ragazza che si è scusata spiegando che la responsabilità era della ditta di pulizie e che lei non gestisce direttamente l'appartamento. La pulizia è stata effettuata con notevole ritardo e abbiamo potuto accendere all'alloggio solo verso mezzogiorno. Nonostante il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani, la pulizia generale non è risultata comunque adeguata. Inoltre, per tutta la durata del soggiorno l'appartamento ha avuto un odore molto forte e sgradevole che non è mai andato via, nemmeno lasciando le finestre aperte. L'acqua calda a disposizione basta a malapena per una sola doccia. A causa di tutti questi disguidi abbiamo praticamente perso un'intera giornata della nostra vacanza, dovendo rivedere i nostri piani. Questo ha inciso in modo significativo sulla qualità complessiva del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento di per sé non è male, peccato che questo episodio abbia influito negativamente su un soggiorno altrimenti piacevole. L'esperienza è stata deludente e non in linea con gli standard che ci aspettavamo.

• Barbaccia (4/5): Non adatto a permanenze di medio-lungo termine - Apprezzato il self check-in con codice: pratico per entrare e uscire in autonomia. Posizione a circa 30 minuti dal centro, con fermata dell’autobus proprio sotto casa. la stanza piuttosto calda Tuttavia, il bus passa solo una volta all’ora la mattina e cambia tragitto a seconda dell’orario (mi è capitato già tre volte). Durante la prima settimana, il bagno era inutilizzabile: lavandino e doccia si allagavano dopo un solo minuto d’uso a causa degli scarichi completamente otturati (capelli della precedente permanenza, impossibili da rimuovere da sola). Dopo numerosi solleciti, il servizio di pulizia ha finalmente risolto. La sauna è stata inagibile per una settimana e, francamente, inutile: si è preferito installare quella anziché una lavatrice (fondamentale per chi soggiorna per periodi lunghi) o una lavastoviglie. Il frigorifero è molto piccolo Nel complesso, l’appartamento è carente nei servizi per permanenze medio-lunghe.
• Sanzida (1/5): - Nothing Filthy. When we arrired the place simply hasn't been clean. I mean, mistakes can happen, but the real issue is that literally no one answers to calls/messages. Completely abandoned. We had to buy stuff and clean ourselves the flat, disgusting and ruined the vacation.

• Matthias (7/5): Mitten im Industriegebiet, aber für den Preis okay, wenn man nur nachts da ist. - Relativ ruhig, weil nach hinten raus. Wenn jedoch die Firma in der Nachbarschaft um 6:00 anfängt, ist die Ruhe vorbei. Ein Geschirrtuch, Spülschwamm und etwas Spülmittel wären hilfreich. Diverse Birnen in den Lampen fehlten, eine Steckdose war aus der Wand herausgerissen. In drei Tagen war dreimal die Sicherung draußen. Etwas schwach dimensioniert. Einen Wasserkocher sollte es aushalten.

When we enter the apartment, for a moment I thought someone is living here. When I called manager, he offered new room outside Innsbruck but without kitchenette. It was not what we were looking for. At the end he came and provided new bedsheets and towels. He promised for some compensation but did not get back to us.

• stephanie (8/5): - War alles fast alles in Ordnung. Es war sauber, und da wir unsere Fenster nicht zur Straßenseite hin hatten, war es recht ruhig. Waren hauptsächlich zum Schlafen im Apartment. Schön direkt an der Inn gelegen, und Supermärkte auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren im Juni da, und es war brüllend heiß. Leider auch im Apartment, obwohl wir die Schattenseite hatten. Eine Klimaanlage würde das Apartment perfekt machen. Es soll wohl nach unserer Abreise mit einem Ventilator ausgehen worden sein. Kann ich natürlich nicht nachprüfen.

In loco è disponibile il parcheggio riservato ai clienti. Nelle vicinanze generi di prima necessità e la fermata del bus proprio sotto casa. La struttura affaccia su una strada piuttosto trafficata.

Purtroppo l'appartamento non è dotato di aria condizionata ed il ventilatore è troppo piccolo e se è molto caldo occorre tenere le finestre spalancate e la strada è molto trafficata.

• Fabrizio (2/5): - L'unica nota positiva di questo alloggio è la fermata del pullman che porta in centro, subito sotto casa. La stanza è il prolungamento/attaccamento ad un fabbricato dove c'è un negozio e quindi la zona è "industriale". Abbiamo dormito malissimo per via del caldo "non c'era l'aria condizionata" indispensabile per un fabbricato del genere e il ventilatore non è adeguato/sufficiente a trasmettere freschezza. Inoltre il divano letto dove dormivano i bambini era durissimo. Sconsigliatissimo.

• Lise (10/5): Une perle ! - Vous voyez la déception quand vous louez quelque chose de joli sur les photos mais très décevant au final ? Ici c’est tout l’inverse . La localisation n’est pas très sexy , voire bruyante ( mais un bus passe juste devant), mais l’intérieur est vraiment très agréable , calme, propre, bien agencé avec un sentiment d’espace malgré le fait que ce soit un studio, et surtout avec tous les équipements et petites pensées astucieuses . Par exemple pour notre bébé il y avait chaise haute et matelas de sol pour qu’elle puisse jouer au sol . Et pour la chaleur , un ventilateur flambant neuf. Un magasin a 200 mètres . C’était une très très belle surprise ! La localisation dans une zone industrielle avec une voie passante bruyante devant (limité à 60)

• Atanas (1/5): - The price was reasonable for the area and we needed this location. This was previously some industrial building, recently converted to living area. It has no insulation and no concept of ventilation. It is at least 10 degrees hotter inside than outside. Even at 02:00 am with windows fully open it is not possible to sleep due to the heat. In addition it is located on heavily trafficated boulevard so with windows wide open all the noise from the boulevard is part of your night. There is a shop for Christmas lights below, so it is also lit up during the night. We had problems with the water heater, so basically 2 sweaty nights we were without hot water.

• Sanjay (9/5): Neat and Clean Apartment. - Location. Right Outside Bus Stop # 504. Very good connectivity to Innsbruck Train Station. Neat and Clean Apartment. Communication with the Host was very Clear. No fans or air conditioner. When we stayed there it got very hot during the days (almost 35 degrees). Just a suggestion if the owner could have a portable fan in the house, it would be great for summers. Otherwise, everything was PERFECT.
• Dr (6/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Es war sauber Das Appartment liegt an einer sehr lauten Straße und es heizt sich tagsüber im Sommer extrem auf. In der Dusche war das Wasser kalt. Das Laken für das Sofa war viel zu klein. Die zusätzliche Bettwäsche für das Sofa mussten wir selber beziehen. Das ist zwar grundsätzlich ok, aber nicht bei dem Preis.
• Natalja Kuzmin (9/5): - Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung mit kleiner Küche und Infrarotsauna. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Direkt neben der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Ein Supermarkt ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Industriegebiet und draußen war häufig ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrzunehmen. Die Parkplätze sind eigentlich nur für 3 Wohnungen vorgesehen, obwohl es im Haus vier gibt. Wir hatten die Wohnung 1 und unser Parkplatz war vor der Ausfahrt eines Unternehmens, daher konnte man ihn nicht wirklich nutzen. Zum Glück waren die anderen Wohnungen nicht belegt, sodass wir auf einem anderen Parkplatz parken konnten.

• Marinela (1/5): - Nada O apartamento estava sujo não tinha sido limpo no dia do nosso Check-in, no dia seguinte os funcionários não sabiam que nós tínhamos feito Check-in, ficaram estupefactos por ver o estado que o apartamento se encontrava, e sem saber justificar o porquê de não terem limpo no dia anterior, foi prometido uma recompensação por parte do gerente mais ate agora não recebi nada. Nem uma mensagem com pedido de desculpas, a sauna não funciona, o aquecimento central também não, lamentável,

• Andrea (8/5): - Es war sehr sauber Lage direkt an der Hauptstadt - war auch Nachts sehr laut. Sehr enttäuschend war, dass die Infrarotkabine zwar unser Highlight gewesen wäre und unter anderem unser Buchungskriterium aber leider viel jedes Mal sofort die Sicherung wenn wir sie einschalten wollten. Ich hätte versucht den Vermieter anzurufen kam aber immer nur in die Box und es gab auch leider keinen Rückruf.

Non abbiamo capito se c'èra il condizionatore e siccome era molto caldo, abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte, il rumore delle auto di passaggio per qualcuno può risultare fastidioso.

TV is completely having a lot of options especially for the kids and it's best smart TV. The biggest advantage is the heating room where we can relax our body. Opposite the apartment is the bus stop and easy for travelling. 450 meters have Hofer supermarket too convenient to bring groceries All good

• Carla (8/5): Ci siamo trovati molto bene. - Ordine pulizia e posizione Gli asciugamani erano solo per 3 persone ma e’ stato un dettaglio di poco conto.

• Magdalena (9/5): Innsbruckurlaub - Die Lage war super. Vor dem Apartment ekne bushaltestelle. In dee nähe gleich tankstelle und ein hofer. Wetter war traumhaft. Zu dritt war das Zimmer etwas klein wenn man die Couch ausgezogen hat. Wir mussten dann über das Bett zur Küche. Wir waren aber nur 3 Nächte da. Also war es ok. Die Zimmertür lässt leider ganz viel Licht vom Gang rein und daher ist das Zimmer sehr hell in der Nacht. Licht brennt auch in der Nacht am Gang. Über die mikrowellenzeit haben wir topfhandschuhe drüber gehängt ist auch sehr hell. Der Kasten fehlt leider das ist nur so ein eisengestell. Zu dritt kein Platz.
