Desiree (1/5): - Es gibt keine Feuermelder, nicht in einem einzelnen Raum. Wenn es brennen sollte, würde man nichts mitbekommen. Außerdem ist der Schlüssel für die Haustür derselbe für die Wohnungstür. Es lässt scheinen, dass die aus den anderen Wohnungen, auch in unsere Wohnung reinkommen hätten können. Dazu hatten wir tatsächlich so ein Erlebnis, dass einer bei uns versucht hat reinzukommen, mit einem Schlüssel. Es war sehr gruselig. Weiterhin war leider viel dreckig. Auf dem Balkon 2 Becher mit Zigaretten und in Schubladen sowie Geschirr waren größere Flecken.

Marita (2/5): - Lage Innenstadt, allgemein Größe Es fehlte das 2. Schlafzimmer und ein Kleiderschrank. Mobiliar ist alt und verbraucht. Wohnung war staubig.

DIANA URRUTIA (7/5): Gute preis und bequem mit ein paar Punkten zu verbessern - Sehr zentral, 200 mts vom See entfernt . Viele Optionen zu essen direkt unten . Die Wohnung hat 1 Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer, ein Bett in Wohnzimmer, 1 Toilette mit Dusche und ein kl Raum der praktisch als Kofferraum ist . Die Matratze um Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem und die Wohnung war warm und gemütlich. Die Küche hat eine Terrasse. Die Wohnung hat kein rezeption . Deswegen haben schloss mit nummer aber leider beim Check in und check out haben die Codes nicht funktioniert und wir möchten mit 7 grads draußen warten bis alles erklärt wurde. Die Gardinen im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren ab.. Die schienen und hacken sollten bessere Qualität sein und es gabt kein Gardine topper, , deswegen waren immer runter.
