Excellent communication via WhatsApp. This particular apartment (703) is beautiful - immaculately clean, and wonderfully designed. The Scandi decor is elegantly cool yet cozy. Small but nice balcony, ours had a view of the hills and the Zog villa. Great location in Vollga, right by the Taulantia promenade at the Adriatic Sea. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife right there. It’s also a short walk to our favorite swimming beach-bars up in Currila. :)

• AGNIESZKA (5/5): 3 night in Durres - Overall was ok, clean apartment, comfy double bed, good bathroom, location just perfect, plenty of good restaurants, shops. Good contact with the owner. When I booked this property I thought we had a different room as was shown in the photos. We got put in room 701 but it didn’t have a balcony. The room itself wasn’t that bad but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t comfy which was more for sitting and not sleeping. Overall not much space for 3 people, much better for 2 people and it was slightly claustrophobic. Small advice, if you’re going to book the apartment please speak to the owner and make sure what room you will be in. No iron

• Pak (9/5): Seaview Gem! - - Helpful hosts, with automated check in and payment system - Compact but has everything you need - Central location - modern interior with good finish, tastefully decorated, ample storage - air conditioning - seaside view from the window - well equipped (Utensils, toiletries, washing machine) - Have a lift - Shower needs some level of re sealing as water was escaping (small volume). - This property is accessible but it’s on the 7th floor, so be mindful should the left is out of service.

• Nadja (8/5): The stay on the Appartment was very nice & comfortable - It is very central and you can go walking everywhere. You are near Bars and Restaurants and you have a beatiful Seaview.. I think that it is necessary for a couple who stays more than 3 days to have more towels in the Room.It is a little detail but necessary for those who take showers every day..

The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I needed – kitchen, bathroom, coffee, you name it! The location right by the sea made it even more special, and the price was very reasonable. The owner was incredibly responsive, answering every message promptly, which made the stay stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
• Marcin (9/5): A great place right next to the promenade - It was a comfortable apartment with a nice view of the sea, located right next to the promenade, which was great. It felt like having the apartment right on the beach. On weekdays, there are plenty of parking spaces available, but on weekends, it's best to find a paid spot. The internet was good, and there is a washing machine with a dryer. After opening the window, there was a strange, faint squeaking sound coming from some device. It might have been from a restaurant. But I am sensitive to sounds. Besides that, occasionally a dog would bark.

• Sheena (10/5): A fabulous little pristine apartment in a great location. - The apartment is in a great location in Durres being just off the long, pretty promenade which is north of the port. It was a great position to enjoy the local beaches and all you’d expect from a beach holiday, whilst also enjoying exploring the city. We hired a car and visited Krujë in the mountains and Tirana and the Dajti cable car. Both relatively easy to visit and well worth doing so. The owner Voltin was very helpful, answering all our questions very quickly and providing us with great car hire and taxi contacts that were very reasonably priced. He checked in with us at the beginning of our holiday, gave us all the information we needed for arriving and staying there and we knew he was there to help when we needed him which was much appreciated. It is a very well appointed apartment with everything you need for a week’s stay. The apartment is modern and well decorated throughout and cleaned to a high standard. The open plan living room/kitchen is very comfortable, the bathroom has a great shower with instant hot water being provided by a modern boiler. The bedroom is a good size with with good storage space and the super king bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well throughout the apartment and was much needed and appreciated. The little balcony was great and we enjoyed sitting out with drinks pre going out for dinner and again before bed. We had a great week in Durres and loved our Scandi apartment no 702. We highly recommend it and if returning to Durres we would stay there again. Thank you Voltin for your hospitality, information and advice. You have a fabulous little apartment. Nothing negative to say about the apartment. It was great. The outlook from the balcony wasn’t the prettiest, being over the rooftops of restaurants on the promenade but wasn’t an issue really and not anything the owner could have done about that.

The design was of sophisticated taste, the window overlooked the sea on the side and beautifully,The bathroom was clean, stylish and spacious and the smart self-entry into the apartment was wonderful and the size of the refrigerator was very large.There is also a smart washing machine in the main corridor of the apartment, which was easy to use To be honest, it was a very wonderful stay and the staff treated me beautifully and provided support at all times. Unfortunately our stay in this lovely apartment was overshadowed by the bad food in almost every restaurant in the area and the unbelievably unfriendly, no - straight up rude and disrespectful - locals. Never have I experienced people more unpleasant, so I will definitely not be coming back to Durrës.

I tried to contact number in reservation in first days. No answer. But later came lovely woman taking care of everything. Also I booked room with seawiew but there was not. Booking.com was not doing their work. In the reservation was mentioned balcony. But not was.

• Lukasz (1/5): Bad - It looked nice in the pictures. Apparently there is a minimum 2 nights stay policy, which I was informed about after making a booking for one night, which was confirmed. I was left having to find another stay at 10pm which was not a nice surprise.
