• Justina (9/5): A lovely stay - Great property and peaceful location, only 5 mins walk to the main town. Very clean and very nice beds. Friendly landlord who met us at 4:30 am with the key, that was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. A grumpy and rude landlady when I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment

• Tatiana (10/5): нам понравилось! - Все было очень удобно. Квартира со свежим ремонтом, продуманы многие мелочи. Хозяин живет в соседнем апартаменте - предлагал обращаться к нему по всем вопросам. Его жена приходила каждый день, чтобы забрать мусор. Есть большой балкон с видом на море. Тихо. Машина стояла под окнами (бесплатно). До ближайшего пляжа 7 минут пешком (но надо перейти дорогу). 10 минут до супермаркета. Мы не смогли сразу найти дом по данным на Букинге, а точного адреса там не было указано. Пришлось звонить хозяину (на Букинге он не читает сообщения, а телефон указан стационарный - СМС на него не приходят). Поэтому заранее звоните и уточняйте, как проехать. На самом деле все очень просто, но видимых указателей на дороге нет. Если ехать вдоль моря (море будет слева от вас) , то поворот к дому (надо повернуть направо) находится сразу после церкви (она останется слева).
• Sue (9/5): Gorgeous, well equipped appt, very clean, fantastic views, great pool, helpful and friendly hosts - Lovely, well furnished appt , the owners met us outside, showed us around and gave us the keys. Well furnished and , to my great pleasure, it had a teapot, many places dont! The main terrace faced the garden and the pool, with views of the sea and mountains, just fantastic. The owners were helpful, and came in to clean and empty the rubbish frequently. The pool is also well kept and lovely for a cold dip in the hot afternoons. The location is great, just around the corner from 2 supermarkets, a lovely cafe and the main high street, with lots of tavernas The bus stop is also very close, about 5 mins walk I wish I could have stayed longer, it was lovely. there was nothing we did not like

• Paula (10/5): Geweldig appartement op mooie locatie - Prachtig appartement op mooie locatie net achter de drukte en toch op loopafstand van het centrum. Spic en span netjes en schoon. Aardige host. Mooi, zeer goed onderhouden zwembad. En bijzonder in Griekenland goede bedden. Niet gehorig (geen lawaai van straat). Ligt wat hoger waardoor mooi uitzicht en prachtig ruim balkon. Twee slaapkamers. Niets. Echt mooi appartement
• Arnaud (9/5): - Très belle vue, avec un grand balcon couvert et très pratique. L'appartement est grand, lumineux et confortable, pas très loin des commerces et restaurants du centre ville. Le presse agrume était de qualité moyenne.
• Elena (10/5): Molto soddisfatti - L’appartamento con 2 camere vista mare era nuovissimo, ben arredato, anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, con 2 balconi grandi. La posizione era tranquilla, ma a 2 minuti a piedi alla spiaggia, dal supermercato e pochi minuti dalla passeggiata serale di Plakias. A circa 15 minuti di macchina ci sono le bellissime spiagge di Souda, Damnoni, Skinaria. Niente

• Sandra (8/5): Bel établissement mais expérience mitigée - L'appartement est assez grand avec 2 chambres. Il est très bien situé sur Plakias. La vue sur mer est super. La piscine est très propre. Le tout semble neuf et moderne. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçus par l'accueil et l'attitude générale des propriétaires qui étaient loin de l'hospitalité grecque chaleureuse et bienveillante que nous avons toujours connue. Nous n'avons pas trouvé les propriétaires agréables ni accueillants, ce qui a créé une atmosphère où nous ne nous sommes pas sentis les bienvenus. Quelques exemples: On nous a demandé de ne faire aucun bruit à la piscine entre 15h et 18h pour permettre aux autres clients de dormir. Cette contrainte qui n'est pas précisée sur Booking.com limite fortement la possibilité de profiter de la piscine en après midi avec des enfants. La propriétaire est entrée chaque jour dans notre appartement sans qu'on ait entendu son signalement alors que nous étions présents, simplement pour changer un sac poubelle, ce qui nous a clairement derangé car nous étions parfois en train de nous changer. Une telle intrusion renforce le sentiment de ne pas être les bienvenus. Nous avions aussi réservé une nuit supplémentaire via message sur booking.com plusieurs mois en avance, ils nous avaient confirmé la réservation de cette nuit en plus et sur place ils ne l'avaient pas noté et nous ont demandé de partir car ils avaient d'autres clients. Comme nous avons refusé , ils ont trouvé une solution pour les autres clients. Même s'ils ont reconnu leur erreur et trouvé une solution, cela nous a refroidi qu'ils nous demandent de partir en première intention. Tout cela nous a un peu empêchés de nous sentir à l'aise. C'est dommage car il en faudrait peu pour en faire un endroit vraiment agréable.

• Nicky (10/5): Just perfect - Location perfect, very close to the beach, local restaurants, tavernas and shops. The apartment was spotless clean and perfectly equipped. The add stated a private beach. Which it doesn't have. Not a problem at all for me as the beach is so close by, for me to easily walk to.
