• Andrej (9/5): Prijetno za krajše bivanje - Bližina plaže, bazen, restavracija, prijazno osebje na recepciji in v restavraciji. Dobra hrana v restavraciji. Lep pogled iz balkona. Džezva za kuhanje kave. Lep apartma za krajše bivanje. Manjše pomanjkljivosti, ki pa bi jih lahko z lahkoto odpravili: Pomanjkljivo čiščenje, piki neznanih insektov v postelji ponoči. Posebno problematično zaradi dvoletnega otroka. Nikjer ni bilo mogoče sušiti brisač iz plaže. Kuhinja z dvema kuhalnima ploščama, ki ni imela na voljo pečice, premalo posode, ni pomivalnega stroja, ni kuhinjskih krp, prav tako ni dovolj detergenta za pomivanje posode. In nobene metle. V apartmaju kaj takega vsekakor potrebuješ. Opis na Bookingu ni čisto ustrezen.

• Munib (4/5): Jammer van het geld dat we hebben uitgegeven en de verwachtingen die wij hadden voor 4 sterren hotel - Twee personen die dragen verantwoordlijkheid voor hotel: 1. receptionist Nada die alles probeeren te regelen en foute van personeel te herstelen. 2. Restaurant medewerker Martina die werkt voor alle mensen s´ochtend in de zaal (tijdens ontbijt) Dagen dat zij niet werkten waren haotisch! Kortom, het hotel verdient geen 4 sterren. Bij aankomst de apartement was niet schoon en opgeruimd en wij moesten wachten tot er ¨snel¨ schoongemaakt is. Ze beloofden de volgende dag een grondigere schoonmaak, maar dat gebeurde niet. De schoonmaaksters zijn onvriendelijk. Het konstante geluid van de airconditioning en het vroege ochtendlawaai van de personeel (om 04.30 uur) is niet prettig. Tijdens het verblijf werden de vloer, het balkon en de keuken geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. De accommodatie is behoorlijk vies. Gordijne zijn behoorlijk vies. Als het regent staat het balkon helemaal onder water. De garage wordt extra in rekening gebracht aan gasten. De wifi is onbetrouwbaar en onveilig. Er zijn niet genoeg noodzakelijke spullen in de keuken, zoals een waterkoker, en schoonmaakmiddelen zijn schaars. Droogrek voor kleiding was zo klein en versleten dat voor 2 kamer apartement was zo ongeschikt.

• Sándor (8/5): - Nagyon jó a reggeli. A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló. A személyzet barátságos és segítőkész. Mivel nehezen járok, számomra probléma volt, hogy a szállodából a tengerpart csak sok lépcsőzéssel közelíthető meg. Szállodának van liftje, de a szállodából a tengerpartra nincs lift vagy lépcsőlift a mozgásukban korlátozottak számára. Egy lépcsőlift ma már nem nagy költség, a szálloda megfontolhatná beszerzését. Az autóból való poggyászkipakoláshoz nem találtam segítséget.

The champagne breakfast was delicious, with a good selection, and the 10% discount on other consumption was also good. Special thanks for the parking in the underground garage, which was dedicated. There were a couple of things I didn't like about the room, but the good experiences overcame that.

• Dominika (10/5): Dokonalá dovolená v Chorvatsku hned u pláže. - Nádherné ubytování hned u pláže, obrovská výhoda je podzemní garáže, z pokoje do výtahu a výtahem až dolů na pláž. Naprosto dokonalé snídaně, vybere si opravdu každý. Bazén úplně super skoro vždy nám vyšlo že tam nikdo nebyl, takže žádné přeplnění. Tuto dovolenou jsme si jako 7mi členná rodina naprosto užili 🍀 Moc děkujeme ❤️

Das Apartment hat eine Küche zum selber kochen. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Dame an der Rezeption. Wlan stand nicht immer zur Verfügung.

• Robert (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage, das Hotelmanagement kann noch besser werden. - Wir haben das Hotel bei großer Hitze in der Hochsaison besucht. Die Lage direkt am Strand mit eigener Strandbar im Schatten von großen Pinien ist super. Die wunderschöne Strandbar wurden nur mäßig aufmerksam bewirtschaftet. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht Verbersserungsbedarf. die Mitarbeiter sind generell sehr freundlich und bemüht Der Zimmerservice kann auch noch verbessert werden.
• Yad (7/5): - Das Hotel war gut ausgestattet Wir hatten eine Überschwemmung auf der Terrasse und durch die verstopften Rohre kam das Wasser ins Schlafzimmer rein durch die Balkon Tür, Schuhe und andere Bekleidung Stücke wurden dabei nass und ein Handy Netzteil wurde defekt. Auch beim Parkplatz bekamen wir erst am Folge Tag nachdem wir viel weiter vom Hotel parken mussten und 40€ dafür bezahlt haben. Nach all dem Stress Schäden inklusive Parkplatz auswärts hatten wir 200€ extra und uns kam man 38€ entgegen. Also ehrlich gesagt fand ich das auch nicht schön aber man lernt daraus in Zukunft einfach den eine Rechnung zustellen für die Schäden und gut ist
• Derya (10/5): Gut - Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft gut, hier haben wir schon oft übernachtet. Frühstück ist gut! Viel zu wenig liegen am Pool, die liegen waren den ganzen Tag von den gleichen Personen reserviert! Oftmals wirklich nur reserviert ohne anwesend zu sein. Das ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich, da kann man sich dann eine günstigere Unterkunft ohne Pool buchen. Von insgesamt einer Woche konnten wir nur einmal am Pool liegen

Objekat je na divnom mjestu, u neposrednoj blizini plaže,, Objekat je zaista predivan, usluga je na visokoj razini. Preporućujem boravak: Cijena je zaista primjerena vrhunskoj usluzi koju ovaj objekat pruža. Nemam zamjerku za ovaj objekat.

Breakfast was just amazing and very tasty, with fresh fruit. our room was for 2+1 people a bit small. Once bed in the kitchen/entrance was set there was no space to walk. What I was missing in the kitchen was cheese grinder. For pasta we cook some times it is neccerary tool.

Be ca - The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. Everything looked good — until check-in. The main issue was misleading information. My booking confirmation clearly stated: “Includes taxes and charges”, yet I was charged again for the tourist tax at the hotel. I have a screenshot proving this. Also, I chose this property because of the private parking available with reservation, but after booking I was told all parking had been full for weeks — meaning it was never actually available. That was not communicated clearly.
• Lisa (8/5): Fab pool nightmare parking - Good location Baska Voda is beautiful lots of restaurants and the hotel is situated right on the beach. Added bonus they have a swimming pool but very limited sun loungers surrounding it. Clean and great location. Pool made the hotel Parking!!!! Make sure you book car parking with hotel if traveling by car it's honestly worth it to save the hassle and the extortionate prices along the beachfront. *** We recommend a car park a few streets up from the hotel which charge you £10 euros a day and secure.
• Robert (9/5): Nice! - We booked last minute because there was a fire close to our planned accommodation and were very happy with that alternative. Very spacious apartment, high quality, balcony with superb view and decent beach just across the promenade. I went for a run in the morning and was able to get all the way down to Makarska, which was a bliss. I would come back for more than a night next time. It was last minute, so there was no parking available and I had to circle around to find a place. Managed to find a private parking for 10euro/day not further than 10 minutes away. We paid half price, but I’m not sure it’s worth the full 300euro+ rate. Ouch! The WiFi was barely working, possibly broken, but I didn’t bother chasing it for one night only.

Unpleasant smell in the apartment, stained rugs. No coffee/tea provisions in 300+ € per night…Lack of staff in breakfast room, rude reception girl (dark hair).

In the apartment, you would at least expect more basic essentials such as tea towel, salt & pepper, etc. Breakfast area needs improvement - meat and cheese were not covered and not cold enough. There were flies on meat, therefore we avoided to take these. Mold in shower.

• Martin (8/5): We had a nice stay - The hotel is very close to beach, basically lift to the garage and from there to the beach, which is very convenient. Garage (I recommend to make reservation upfront) is also very good, some even better hotels do not have it. Its not for free, but not something you cannot afford when staying at this hotel. Kids liked the pool, the facility is in general quite clean. A la carte restaurant was good, pizza mediocre, fish expensive, but everything other tasted very good. LOCATION - Something that is not in hotel responsbility - aparthotel is next to an another abandonned hotel, where lot of young people meet around midnight, they make lot of noise and sometimes just riding motocycles back and forth, just for fun. If you get room on the side of the hotel, dont even consider your windows to be open. It was really annoying, not a good sleep at least 2 nights from our stay. ROOM - it was obvious that the room had some mold on the walls in the past, they renovated the rooms, this can happen, but it is still visible (check photos), especially under the air conditioner. No oven, very basic level of accessories, we had to buy some tools. One pan, one pot. RECEPTION - checkout a bit erratic, but the guy at the reception desk solved everything fast, checkin fast OTHER - no gym

Very bad wi fi almost unusable, the room does not have its own router, but uses a hot spot. The TV did not work even though I followed the instructions that were in the apartment. It was a bit cold and the heating did not work only cooling worked. There were not enough parking spaces, I suggest that you contact the property and check in advance whether you can reserve a parking spot. If you can't book a parking spot, there is a public parking lot across the street, but as soon as you leave, someone will park there.
