• SCOTT (7/5): Good quiet location with spacious apts - Location was good, not too far from the main tourist area but quieter with lots of options for eating and shopping and a large park with shade. The host spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. The room we were given upon arrival was not what we thought we had booked. When choosing your option of room, the photos are a mixture of ALL available rooms and so a bit deceiving if you choose a particular room for a particular reason ie. a window in the bedroom. Also we were on the ground floor next to the lift and reception. We had to move the next morning (annoying as we wanted to relax after days of travelling) but were happy with the second room on a higher floor which was spacious and well equipped.

In een stad die constant bruist is dit een verrassend rustige plek, terwijl je toch overal zo bent. In de directe omgeving zitten geweldige cafés en restaurants, waardoor het ook heel leuk is om gewoon in de buurt rond te wandelen. Wat het verblijf echt bijzonder maakt zijn de eigenaren: ontzettend lief, warm en altijd bereid om te helpen. Je voelt je meteen welkom. Een prachtige plek waar ik met veel plezier heb verbleven — ik zou hier zonder twijfel weer terugkomen. Nvt

• JA (10/5): Good apartment in nice district. - Nice location. Room was good with comfy bed and shower with hot water. I liked the location in district 3. The lady is very friendly and helpfull. She is taking good care of the building. I had an enjoyable stay. It was good quality for the price.
• Simon (8/5): Quiet, restful and excellent value. - The apartment is in a great location, tucked away from main roads, so is great if you need a bit of tranquility in HCMC. There are convenience stores close by. The apartment is well run by a very patient and helpful host. There are facilities to do laundry and cooking, so it is really self contained. It is tidy and clean to an acceptable standard. The decor is basic and functional, so don’t expect luxury.
• Niels (10/5): Top location, quiet home, fast Wi-Fi, 24/7 host support, and everything nearby. - The host was extremely accommodating and reachable 24/7 via WhatsApp. Fast internet and a top location on one of the most beautiful streets in the city—central, but with fewer tourists than District 1. The building was surprisingly quiet even when fully booked, which made it great for a longer stay and working during the day. Huge plus: when we went to Hanoi for a few days, she rented the room out and proactively reimbursed us—very considerate. Plenty of coffee spots and local food nearby, plus a 24/7 convenience store across the street. There’s also an ATM right next to it, which was very convenient and didn’t charge us any fees. The shower had a small leak, but it wasn’t a big issue since the room was cleaned three times a week.

• Mills (10/5): - Brilliant place to stay just outside all the noisy nightlife so you get the best of both worlds! Staff there are absolutely brilliant and will look after you no matter what, definitely recommend staying here!

Gdy to zobaczyłam musiałam zmienić hotel bo nie wyobrażałam sobie tam pobytu. Coś okropnego. Po przyjeździe byłam zmęczona i ok 22.00 musiałam znaleźć szybko nowy hotel.
• Rachel (10/5): Unbeatable location - Great location and yet amazingly quiet. Rooms are decent size with small kitchen and basic utensils. This is my first option when I come back to HCMC, the location really is unbeatable if you want to be close to everything but not quite in the thick of it.

• Charles (8/5): Very goo, quiet and clean location with super friendly staff. - A really quiet location so that all of the time it was quiet and peaceful. The host and the security person were very friendly and helpful. It was a smoke free room so there was no smell of cigarettes. It was in a great district close to vegetarian restaurants and supermarkets. In Australia I work in the Air Conditioning industry and I wanted to do a quick clean of the air conditioning filters but they were too high to reach, and because the host and the security were always so helpful I didn't want to ask them to do extra work. The Next time I stay I might just ask Linda to help me clean them :-)
• Patrick (7/5): We recommend this place for anyone looking for an excellent location - 10-minute walk to the Independence Palace or 20-m - Location, big room, private bathroom with a proper enclosed shower, DIY laundry facilities (free), friendly staff. Electricity failed twice (in a week) but the staff were quick to fix it.
• Phill (9/5): excellent host, room location was in a quiet area away from the busy and noisy streets. - brilliant location, short walk to war memorial and district 1, in the immediate location there were plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, the host was at the end of the phone and very friendly and helpful if needed. Would definitely want to stay here again. i cant think of anything.

• Herve (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location in district 3 (you can walk to a lot of 'tourist' destinations from the apartment), the room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and our host was super helpful (we needed to do some laundry and she proposed to take care of it for us). Also, the building is in an alley that is away from the main street, so it's very quiet, you forget that you're in the middle of a bustling megalopolis! But as soon as you leave the alley, you have cafés and restaurants everywhere you look. Thank you!! Nothing bad, all great.

Lots of shops, restaurants and cafés around, yet the building itself is tucked back off the main street and so surprisingly quiet. Washing machine on every floor (3 or 4 apartments sharing). Basic kitchen equipment with microwave, kettle and (induction) hotplates. The rooms themselves are a decent size with sitting area and small kitchen area plus dining table, though all have a different layout, All have windows and small balconies but some get more natural light than others. It's not high end luxury but for convenience and value, hard to beat. It's my first choice when I'm on a short visit to the city. Nothing

Stored my bags after check-out. Location was quiet but still close to happenings. Restaurants and minimart close by. Great value for money. Had to check out because the room was booked and the one on the ground floor did not look/smell as good. I see they have many rules.

• Rachel (8/5): Amazingly quiet yet with central location - On a short visit to HCMC I booked this place because it's close to where I lived for a couple of years while working in the city. What I didn't expect is how QUIET it is - free from traffic noise, music etc, while still being very centrally located with lots of restaurants and cafes around. The lady who runs the place is lovely, very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was fine - nice big living area with full length window, small kitchen area with mircowave and a couple of hotplates. I'm already thinking about my next trip and this will be my first choice for accommodation Nothing, it was fine. Could you find something more modern and flashy inside for the price? Possibly. Something as peaceful? Highly unlikely.
