• Audrey (8/5): - Le manque de clarté dans les explications concernant l'emplacement du logement, l'utilisation des clefs. Il y a deux jeux de clefs dont un avec trois clefs (il se trouve dans l'appartement), la troisième clef permettant d'ouvrir le portail pour aller à la piscine (sans cela vous ne pouvez pas y aller). Demandez à l'agence, qui ne se déplace pas jusqu'au logement avec vous (ils sont dans le centre de El Medano), de vous fournir des photos afin d'avoir une représentation claire du bâtiment car il se trouve à un endroit où il y a plusieurs autres établissements du même genre.

Desde el minuto uno que entramos en el apartamento empezamos a ver cucarachas por todas partes. Incluyendo las instalaciones de fuera. Escribimos a los del alquiler y la verdad al día siguiente ya teníamos alguien en el piso para fumigar pero no sirvió de nada. Y aquí dejo un copia y pega de mi escrito por WhatsApp al alquiler. -Pues tiempo tenían q llevar aquí pq ni fumigando se han ido y hay de todos los tamaños y colores! Y hasta esta mañana hemos estado matando cucarachas en todas las estancias del apartamento. Y tendremos que revisar todo antes de irnos no sea q nos llevemos la sorpresa a casa tmb. Imposible dejar comida en ninguna lado ni siquiera en la nevera que ya es decir. No sé dignan en preguntar si ha habido algún problema después d la fumigación. Una toalla para 8 días. Ni unas sábanas por si hay q cambiar algo. Una cama de 135 d largo y el colchón deformado. Unos ventiladores que ni los del chino. Ni un líquido para fregar o limpiar la placa d cocina. Dos paños contados al igual q el líquido para los platos y dos bolsas d basura en la papelera. Y luego me dices q no habíais tenido ningún problema de cucarachas anteriormente. Es normal q lo haya cuando no dejáis nada para q la gente limpie ni siquiera una cocina. Y ya a parte lo de la llave del portón q si funcionaba pero seguramente no tendríais la llave o a saber q pasó con ella y hemos tenido q caminar más q un tonto cada vez q salíamos y llegábamos. Y la respuesta que obtuvimos fue esta: -Le pido disculpas por los inconvenientes. Trasladaremos toda la información.

• Lightman_5601 (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located in a beautiful complex, the building has lift to the upper floors. There is a wonderful outdoor swimming pool in complex. The apartment is spacious, divided in different rooms, even a washing room equipped washing machine. A short walk to the Street Market, where you can find bars, restaurants and supermarket. About 10 minutes walking to the beach, & host provided beach chair. There are two TV sets in apartment. The kitchen prepared oil, salt & pepper etc. The address really confused me a lot! The confirm letter provided by Booking is C. Pizzaro No.2, before arrived I checked with host, & was told is C. Pizarro No. 8, after we arrived, we can not find key described by the host, then we called, the host told us it is C. Pizzaro 7?! With the help of resident in complex, we found the keys finally. In fact the complex has several entrance, each one has different address, the gate we enter located at C. Balboa No. 1. So suggest host to add photos to the guests, that will be more easy to find. The hot water pot was out of order, as soon as turn it on caused power switch trip, I told the host, and was told to replace a new one, but till we checked out, nothing happened. There are bugs found in the kitchen. The bed is too low, it is not comfortable.

• Jūlija (8/5): Very good - Overall, it was great. Nice apartments. Market and bus stop nearby. The beach, however, primarily for surfers because of the windy side. The bed could have been more spacious.
• Carrie (9/5): Relaxing home from home - Clean apartment. Great location. Excellent communication with the host. Quiet with great facilities Pool was cold but it was fine once you were in and swimming.
• Mario (8/5): Very good - Accommodation is comfortable and well located. This area is charming. In relation to the installations, they are pretty and clean. Just to say anything, the apartment may need more cleaning. The set of pots and cutlery had not been cleaned properly.
