• Marta (7/5): Agradable - La ubicación era muy buena, se podía ir a todos los sitios andando. El personal de recepción estaba muy atento y eran muy agradables. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, casi parecía que no había. Se hubiera agradecido una información previa, ya que solo se los envío un mensaje para saber cómo recoger las llaves. Sería conveniente conocer aspectos como las basuras, si había escoba o fregona y, en caso de ser así, donde.
• Kristina Labovic (10/5): Nice, warm and cosy apartment - We've stayed here before, so that's probably the best indicator of us liking the place. :) It has what you need for a short / even a longer stay - warm and cosy appartment with a washing machine, baking oven, microwave and a dishwasher. On top of that, our communication with the host was always top notch. We'd likely come back again when in Prague. The only thing that was a bit off was the quantity of utensils, as silly as it may sound. More basic utensils should be added. Otherwise, no issues.

• AMIRA A.A (10/5): المكان مثالي جداً - فاق المكان كل توقعاتي ، كانت شقة إستديو هادئة للغاية تقع في حي هادىء أيضاً بعيداً عن الصخب والإزدحام. أنصح بها بشدة وخصوصاً للعائلات العربية المحافظة حيث شعرنا بلأمان لأقصى حد. كانت آمنة للغاية وملائمة لنا ، المبنى حديث وأنيق والشقة واسعة جداً بها كل ما تحتاج إليه وأكثر دون مبالغة. في قمة النظافة والترتيب مع إطلالة جميلة من الشرفة على الحي والمباني العتيقة. يوجد كافيه عائلي صغير في نفس المبنى أنصح به و توجد بقالة صغيرة على نفس شارع البناية أيضاً بها كل ما تحتاجه. سهولة وصول خدمات التاكسي (بولت - أوبر) مسافة لا تتجاوز 8-15 دقيقة بالسيارة لكل معالم السياحة في براغ. لم نواجه أي صعوبة في التنقلات كانت سريعة وسلسة بسبب سهولة الوصول للموقع ، سهولة وصول خدمة توصيل الطعام أيضاً (بولت) ، وإمكانية إستلامك طلبك من مكتب الإستقبال دون حاجتك لمغادرة المبنى وخصوصاً فترة الليل ، هنالك خدمة تنظيف ولكننا فضلنا الخدمة الذاتية وكنا نقوم باالتنظيف بشكل يومي وإلقاء النفاية في مكب النفايات أسفل المبنى ، حظينا بأيام جميلة مع مساحة واسعة حقاً. أود أن أشكر المضيفة على حسن تعاملها وأخلاقها فعلاً حيث سمحت لنا بالدخول المبكر 10 صباحاً والمغادرة المتآخرة 12 ظهراً ، كانت متعاونة و لطيفة للغاية. إذا كنتم في رحلة إستكشاف للعاصمة الجميلة براغ ، فـ لا تترددوا في الحصول على هذه الشقة المميزة ، كان السعر ملائم لفترة الإجازة والأعياد حيث كانت أسعار الإقامة مرتفعة بعض الشيء في براغ. لا يوجد ، فقط كان باب الشقة ثقيلاً بعض الشيء وكنا نواجه صعوبة في فتحه وغلقه فقط.

• Aleksandra i Božidar (10/5): - Bukvalno sve je bilo savršeno. Domaćin jako ljubazan i učinio je sve da nam u apartmanu bude sve kako treba a imali smo malu bebu. Hvala puno domaćinu i sigurno ćemo opet doći. Preporučujemo ovaj aprtman jer je savršen.

• Ali (3/5): STUDIO that's advertised as apartment and gets too hot, but safety and service were good - - There were 2 mini markets around the corner that were open till 8/10pm. - The tram stop was 5 min away - the apartment was clean - host was very responsive and tried to help us when we needed it. constantly available and provided amenities whenever we ran out. - building was safe. I didnt feel like I had to fear for my products or our safety - advertised as one bedroom APARTMENT, but it was more like a studio. there's only one room and a bathroom. thats a studio. the kitchen and living area are both THE SAME ROOM WITH YOUR BED. its just one big room. so when we arrived to find everything in one place we were quiet shocked and pissed. they offered us the option to cancel our booking on the spot, but we wouldn't have been able to find accommodations for the same day for a decent price. so we felt lied to. a one bedroom apartment has a living room. a kitchen AND a bedroom. not just one big room with everything in it. thats a studio. huge huge lie on their end - neighbourhood was dirty. dogpee and poo everywhere - it was insanely hot inside the apartment. 24+ degrees. the thermometer was broken and kept saying 21. we also couldnt turn it off. so we were being toasted every night - 2-3 times someone in the building would cook and the smell would reach us through the vents. our windows were closed, but we'd come home to an apartment smelling like food.

Беше ни подсигурено всичко непроходимо за нашият престой с бебе (кошара, детско столче , дори бебешко корито за къпане ). Check in и взимането ключове е от рецепцията на сградата (което са доста намусени хора без никакви езикови познания ) разбирам че това е извън правомощията на хората които отдават апартаментите , но беше единственият негативен досег

• Iuliana (9/5): - The apartment offers everything you need, including a washing machine. It was clean, quiet, new building, good location. The pillows need an upgrade. An air freshener was in the fridge, it made the fridge unusable because the smell was too strong.

Late stay extension due to my partner's ill health was really a nice gesture ! Nuthing to report, really. Single beds were there which were small sized.

• Kristina Labovic (10/5): Very clean apartment at a great location - The location was great, as it is near tram stops and metro stations that can take you all around town pretty fast. Also, you have a big shopping center around 10 mins away, where there is a large super market, stores and food options. The apartment is clean and new and has everything you need both for a short and a long stay. The accommodation is warm and there is also a portable AC for warmer weather. There is a full stove+oven setup, which allows for preparing full meals at home, and the washing machine and dishwasher are an excellent addition. The communication with the host was great. It is located in a complex that has its own reception, so you feel really safe. We will be returning here for our next visit to Prague. Everything was pretty great. Maybe more uttensils could be added for a longer stay. Otherwise - perfect.

W trakcie wypoczynku trwały prace remontowe na ulicy więc hałas dawał się we znaki zwłaszcza że nie można było zamknąć okna z powodu braku klimatyzacji i niesprawnej wentylacji. W lokalu nie działała wentylacja. W łazience podczas kąpieli można się udusić. Wentylacja uszkodzona co potwierdzają fotografie. W okresie pobytu upał więc przydała by się klimatyzacja. Z rozmowy z gospodarzem dowiedziałem się że klimatyzacja to tak naprawdę klimatyzator. Na zdjęciu widać jak działa klimatyzator, powietrze ciepłe rurą na zewnątrz a górą gorętsze powietrze do środka - bezsens. Hałasuje klimatyzator + hałas remontowanej ulicy = koszmar. Gospodarze nawet się nie zainteresowali zgłoszonymi uwagami. Według nich wszystko jest OK.

• Sabine (9/5): A great place to spend few nights to visit Prague - A very nice and well equipped apartment close to the center of town. Everything needed was there. The beds were a bit too hard and it was noisy at night .

• Christian Singer (6/5): Adequate stay - Location was next to Gabriel Loci which was where my conference took place the place had a fridge and appliances for making breakfast and a clean bathroom They don't really have air conditioning in the summer they'll put mobile AC units into the room but these are so noisy that you can't really sleep with them being turned on, so during summer I wouldn't recommend going there. It's also very noisy outside so you can't sleep with you windows open.

• DonPhil1 (9/5): - Problemloser Check-In, wir waren sogar ca. 40min früher da und haben nach einer kurzen Wartezeit schon die Schlüssel für das Zimmer bekommen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug, wir haben sofort bei der Ankunft einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft bekommen, Parken kann man ab Freitag 20:00 bis Montag 08:00 sogar kostenlos. Ansonsten ist das Parken unter der Woche von Mo-Fr von 08:00 bis 20:00 kostenpflichtig. Das Apartment ist auch sehr zentrumsnah, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20min direkt im Zentrum von Prag. Das Apartment selbst befindet sich in einem großen Neubau in einer ruhigen Gegend direkt an einem Park. Es ist modern eingerichtet, Hell und geräumig. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Leider hatten wir in der Küche kein Handtuch um das Geschirr abzutrocknen und die Mobile Klimaanlage hat zwar gut gekühlt aber war etwas laut.

Nikde nebolo oznacenie na budove ze jasminn apartments, velmi dlho sme to hladali. Problem s parkovanim. Dost silny zapach v sprche. Na spolocnej chodbe stavebny bordel od prerabania vedlajsieho apartmanu. Nemalo to hodnotu tych penazi ktore sme zaplatili.
