• stefano (8/5): perfetto - La casa è piccola ma moderna e gli spazi sono divisi in modo tale da avere davvero molto posto per mettere via tutto. Le serrande sono elettriche, i fornelli sono ad induzione (e ci ho combattutto parecchio per abituarmi), ci sono ben 2 condizionatori ed i pannelli fotovoltaici. Ci sono sia una nuovissima lavatrice da 7kg che una bella lavastoviglie da 12 (ed un welcome kit di 2 pasticche per ogni elettrodomestico). La casa è dotata di un grande balcone dove fare rilassanti aperitivi. All'arrivo è offerto caffè e zucchero. Ogni settimana viene effettuato il cambio biancheria e la pulizia dell'appartamento (e contestualmente ci è anche stata rimossa la differenziata più ingombrante, cioè vetro e plastica). La camera da letto dà sulla stada e le auto che passano, molto, di notte svegliano e si riposa male. La casa non è equipaggiata per lunghi soggiorni, ci sono pochissime stovglie (6 piatti per tipo) e questo costringe a fare continue lavastoviglie. C'è però da dire che il padrone di casa viene incontro a tutte le richieste co garbo e gentilezza (noi abbiano chiesto una cbacinella per i panni, un coltello per il pane ed un aproscatole e ci sono subito stati dati)

Nicolo was very responsive. The apartment has everything one could need (kitchen, washing machine, fridge, TV, balcony etc.) and is very modern, clean, and spacious. The setting is beautiful and is a short drive to Sondrio with a good Tabaccharia/Cafeteria close to the apartment. Great view and lots of good walking around the area. Highly recommend!! Nothing :)
