• DELANNEL (6/5): pas cher, pas top - L’emplacement est très bien, et le logement est plutôt bien équipé, mais il manque malgré tout certaines choses indispensables pour un court séjour. 1/ Le boîtier à clés se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue, fixé sur les grilles d’un jardin public. Ce n’est pas un souci en soi, mais il serait utile de prévenir les locataires pour éviter de chercher pendant 20 minutes avant d’appeler pour avoir l’explication. 2/ C’est appréciable d’avoir un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver, mais pour un court séjour, devoir acheter des paquets de 12 dosettes est dommage. Il serait judicieux d’en laisser quelques-unes à disposition, quitte à les facturer à l’unité. 3/ Nous n’avons eu internet que le dimanche, alors que nous sommes arrivés le vendredi, malgré plusieurs redémarrages de la box. 4/ Le matelas n’était pas très propre. 5/ Il n’y avait pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. 6/ Une machine à café standard serait la bienvenue : ne connaissant pas ce modèle à dosettes, nous avons acheté les mauvaises… 8 euros dépensés pour rien, et pas de café du week-end.
• giovanni (4/5): Location ok...per il resto esperienza Negativa; Wifi e Phon pessimi, rumore eccessivo in camera - Posizione ottima per metro Cenisio (linea per San siro) e anche metro 12-14 per centro WIFI pessimo o meglio ASSENTE....Phon in bagno completamente distrutto e vecchio....Rumore durante la notte ogni volta che qualcuno passava dall'androne del palazzo visto che la stanza è situata difronte la portineria.
• Malina (7/5): Good location and helpful host but dirty room. - The location was easy to find, and the self check-in was very convenient. The host was also kind enough to let us check in earlier, which we really appreciated. We were quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the accommodation. The room did not feel properly cleaned — we noticed hair in several places, including on the bathroom door. There was also only one roll of toilet paper, and while checking the cabinet for another one, I found a broom that was covered in hair. The towels and sheets might have been washed, but they looked very old and worn out. Additionally, the hot water ran out very quickly — after my husband’s short shower, there was no hot water left, and I had to take a cold one.

• TheGoodwitch (9/5): Comfy little studio in a great location. Perfect for couples! - The location was excellent and the room was nice and clean with all the comforts of home. Being a very paranoid traveller, I wasn't a fan of the check-in process that involves someone messaging on Whatsapp, requesting your ID and providing the code to a lock box with the key. When I messaged the property to confirm if Matteo was indeed the host, I got no response via Booking.com. Turned out Matteo was indeed the host. He was polite and prompt but I do think there could be a better check-in and check-out process (he only gave me the check-out info after I had asked a day before our last day). Overall, I would surely come back to this property in the future. Toiletries were limited and unlabelled (wasn't sure what the dispenser in the bathroom was, if it was body wash or shampoo). There was also no kitchen roll. When we used the washing machine, our clothes smelled of cigarettes but that's probably not the host's fault.Check-in/out process could be improved.

• Bianka (7/5): Idealne na krótki pobyt! - W obiekcie znajdował się szybki internet WiFi i działająca klimatyzacja kontrolowana pilotem. Duży plus za suszarkę do włosów! Mieszkanie znajduje się bardzo blisko metra i przystanku tramwajowego, kilku sklepów spożywczych oraz kawiarnii. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo sprawny, odpisywał po chwili i odpowiadał na każde pytanie i wątpliwość. Sposób zameldowania był również bardzo wygodny, co umożliwiało zameldowanie o dogodnej godzinie. Największym problemem była kiepska akustyka pokoju. Wszystko, co działo się na korytarzu, w pokojach obok było wyraźnie słyszalne i dawało poczucie dyskomfortu. Jeśli mogłabym coś zasugerować, to przy gościach zostających na tydzień pozostawić przynajmniej dwie rolki papieru toaletowego i po dwa komplety ręczników. Na pewno podwyższyłoby to komfort przyszłych gości ☺️

• Pawel (10/5): Great Place to stay - Very nice modern apartment. Great location, Metro station almost on door step. Close to supermarket and restaurant.

• Devid (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived in Milan a little bit earlier and requested check-in as fast as possible. Matteo kindly agreed, met us at 12:30 and gave the keys. The Apartment is located in the quiet block, and has everything facilities. It is only 100 meters from the entrance to the metro, so it takes 20 minutes to Duomo Plazza. Location, self check-in-out, price and general impression have satisfied all our expectations. Awesome! 100% recommendation! Nothing!

• Jose (5/5): Good place but not a good management - Location, place was big and fully equipped. Check in times didn’t match with what it appears on the booking page. Apartment wasn’t ready at the arrival time and had to wait outside for 3h and 30mins. AC was leaking when it was on. It was noisy and got the floor wet even when putting a bucket on the floor.
• Lukas (7/5): Clean, nice apartment but very noisy - The location was good, the apartment was new, nice and clean. The doorman that gave us the keys at checkin was very very nice. It’s on the ground floor and you can hear everything in the street. They can also see you from outside unless the blinds are completely down. There was noise all night coming from the building, and then in the morning you could hear everyone leaving for work and walking by the window (it felt like there were people IN the apartment). The mattress was also too soft and we didn’t sleep well.
• Sg (5/5): Very good location, poorly organized - Location was handy to the metro and had a number of good, affordable restaurants close by. We told the host what time we would arrive but on arrival were not able to access the room, as the keys were left in a mailbox behind the locked front door of the building. We ended up waiting over and hour before another tenant of the apartment building let us in. The listing also said that airport transfer was included, but it was actually only available for an additional quite high fee

• Luna (10/5): The best experience - The place is beautiful, and it’s perfectly located as it’s two blocks from the metro. The neighborhood is very calm and secure. It was an incredible experience. The apartment has everything you need for a confortable stay. Nothing to say about this :)

• Martini (7/5): Nice staff, nice room, super close to the tram and metro. Free parking is available if you are lucky nearby, I was. - The room was nice. Furniture was good/clean and modern (mid level) including kitchen, bathroom, bed. Staff was nice and front door guy Alex was super friendly and helpful. Location is good not center but 15 min by tram, line 14, to Duomo. It is noisy. I travel a lot but it is noisy even for me. At night the restaurant which shares the same wall you can here the kitchen. Main noise was due to the apartment being on ground floor so you will hear everyone speaking, shutting doors who walks in and out the front door. I have earplugs and definitely used them. The AC is also noisy maybe needs to just have some maintenance. I normally can sleep on flights no issues, this was a too much. Suggestion to owner make an investment and get the front door padded with sound boards, and put some sound pannels in the room, maybe it will help. The noise situation can be minimised
• Stanciu (6/5): Confortable but bad comunication with the host - The comunication whith the host it was very bad, the key is very hard to get if you don't arrive on time , you must take it from a bar that close very soon...
• Csaba (10/5): Perfect - We spent four day in this accommodation. For us it was perfect. Easy to find this place and the center is it only 10-15 minutes from the Duomo. Restaurants, bars are every 30-40 m and one next dorr to this place.

• Kristof (5/5): Fair offer at a good location, with its own drawbacks - Location is really good! The coffee machine with the supplied capsules were also a nice touch, thank you. The noise is awful :( The appartman's entry door has zero sound isolation, and it opens to the main corridor of the house. You can hear every step from outside, every word spoken, everything, during daytime as well as during the night.
• Barry (9/5): Good price for Milan, comfortable apartment in a good location. - A very good location just a couple of minutes walk from Cenisio metro station. A very comfortable bed and a great shower always makes for a good stay. Matteo was really helpful which made our stay so easy. The apartment is a small studio but we’ll planned. if space allowed it would be nice to have a sofa or some comfortable chairs to drop into after a day walking round Milan.
• Addison (10/5): We had a fantastic stay! Matteo greeted us outside upon our arrival and was very pleasant as he showed us around. Apartm - WiFi was excellent, fantastic location near a Metro station, quiet neighborhood, very safe, very clean, very comfortable bed!! Room was slightly noisy as it is on the first floor, but it was still very private due to a raisable window covering that also blocks out some sound.
