• Damien (2/5): Deception, Disappointing and Overpriced - Location is the only positive Buyer Beware - Misleading photos make the Villa seem better than is. Big deception as there are two Villas in the same complex - Nirvana Capdevila and Puri Keraton. It appears the photos used are of the Puri Keraton which seem nicer and well kept villas. Be aware what you are actually booking as the phots are the same. Very minimal reviews for Nirvana Capdevila and when you dig to find some many guests have experienced the same issues. Such extremely poor water pressure (the worst I experienced in the world) aircon/hotwater system makes a noise in the night and makes it very hard to sleep - again this has been addressed previously by guests but to no avail. dirty cushions, couches with stains on them, tv in the second room doesn't work - unsure why it is in there and promoted, chipped furniture and not reflective of the pictures used to advertise. No replies to messages, when addressing issues with the staff they have nothing to say or aren't obliging to rectify. Completely overpriced and the worst place I have stayed in Bali with over 20 visits. Best part is the location close to some beautiful eateries.
• Christine (7/5): Rooms & pool were the highlight of the villa. - Great location for restaurants & shopping. We stayed in Villa 8 pool was lovely but there was no hot tub. Was confused at I booked as Nirvana Capdevilla but it’s also operating as Puri Keraton. Asked for an early check in and a late check out and offered to pay extra but not interested in being helpful. No safe in room. Kettle didn’t automatically turn off when boiling. Bare minimum front desk service no room service and house cleaning only if requested.
