• Paul (3/5): Might be ok for a couple of days stay if you wanted to stay in Aventino - The location was nice, the area was quiet and good for a family with young children. The AC in the apartment was working well. The apartment was really clean when we arived. The apartment is really tired in almost all aspects. The glaze on the crockery was finished, the furniture was old, I ended up being the one sleeping on the sofa, beware, it is just a sofa, not a sofa bed. The sheets provided were old and uncomfy, we requested a replacement, which we did receive the next day. There was only one set of sheets per bed and towels per person provided, which was a stretch for a 7 night stay. In the house rules it asks you to leave an hour between showers, with three people in August thats not really practical. The sticker on the boiler said manufactured 11/2024, so don't expect that to get better any time soon. There is a garden area outside the door which was tended every couple of days, whenever this was done there was a swarm of mosquitos disturbed which we worked really hard to keep outside.

Mi hanno detto che è andato tutto alla grande, hanno trovato un bel ciambellone fatto in casa, come segno di benvenuto. Posizione gradevole vicino al Giardino degli Aranci e servizi molto buoni. L'unico problema forse il Wifi che non aveva molta connessione. Per il resto soggiorno delizioso. Torneranno sicuro.

• Volodymyr (8/5): Very good - Cozy, nice location, kind owners, near to the oranges garden and garden of roses You need to wait for the hot water while it is boiling, very high prices during public holidays, far from good places where you can have a good breakfast. No safe parking nearby
• Tatjana (10/5): Exceptional - A peaceful gem in the heart of Rome! We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment on the Aventine Hill. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and beautifully green, yet just a short walk from all the main sights. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the charming neighborhood. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!
• Traitor101666 (10/5): Quiet and comfy apartment near Circo massimo - Comfortable and quiet apartment in great location (opposite a beautiful orange garden with great views over city) about 10 mins walk from metro station. Paolo met us on arrival and greeted us warmly and was available if needed. Had everything we needed and a great holiday and would definitely come back. Last day was a little bit spoilt as I needed to dry a pair of shoes shoes and couple of tshirts for my son so I hung them to dry just outside the front door and found a neighbour outside taking photos, when questioned then she came and started having a go at me for putting washing out as apparently the apartment was an exclusive property and people shouldn't put washing outside (despite next door having all hers out day before).
• Hanna (8/5): Great location, clean home, good communication with the host. If anything I could recommend - some floor carpeting would - The location is a dream, my favorite part of Rome. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable. The water heater in the bathroom was running out of hot water too quickly, washing my long hair was a bit of a challenge. But if you need just a quick shower it’s fine.
• Ramunė (10/5): We enjoyed and really recommend these apartments - We really liked the location, the comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything you need. You can turn on the heater if you need it. The floors are cold, but that's probably a plus in summer. The bathroom has the necessary hygiene products. WiFi quality is very poor and there is no connection at all in the bedroom. Even the mobile internet is very poor here.
