• Regina Amir (10/5): - The hostel is located centrally, so it is easy to reach anything. The staff was friendly and helpfull staff assisting with the stay in the hotel in particular and on the island in generall. The hostel is simple, but it has everything you need even towels are included. Very clean. Great value for money! In generall, everything was great, but it would be good to add some minor things: mirror in the room, hooks to hang the clothes, more piches to hang the clothes etc. Since the location is central, it can be loud at night.

• Saga (10/5): I am already recommending both Cabo Verde and Surfhouse to friends. - This place is suitable for anyone travelling on their own or as part of a group and who are looking to get away from Restort style homes. Bare in mind, this comes with local noises, but I enjoy feeling a part of the place I travel to. Perfectly located (if you can live with a 15min walk to the nice local beach/beach clubs), loads of local good resturants nearby (Sodade being the best, although pricey), and a hostess/crew that were approachable, friendly and helpful. For the price, this is unbeatable. I would have liked a fan in the room or mosquito nets for the windows to use the natural breeze to cool down at night.

• Barbara (10/5): Mieux que Boa Vista, la surfhouse - Charlotte est vraiment très gentille et accessible, elle a tout pleins de bons conseils pour faire des activités sur Boa Vista. De plus, le logement est vraiment chaleureux et agréable, on sent que Charlotte y a mis son cœur. Enfin la petite boutique vient compléter ce logement, avec des jolies pièces (carte postale, poteries, vêtements etc.)

• Mariana (10/5): Réservez vite et sans hésiter! - Une maison de partage, cozy, propre et très bien agencée. Idéale pour les voyageurs solo et faire de belles rencontres. La maison est très bien située au contact des locaux et proches de belles plages accessibles à pied. Merci encore à Charlotte et Maelle! Tout était parfait!
• Maria (7/5): Not great value for money but nice enough - Great location close to everything. Amazing sea views from the top rooftop (easy to miss if you’re not given the “tour” of the hostel). Nice to have a balcony, and nice internal patio. Lack of attention to details such as adding some more storage furniture as we had to leave everything on the floor, or adding a chair in the balconies (as rooms are 2+ people). Shared toilets are not cleaned regularly and hand soap has been mostly empty for our whole stay…

• Eva (10/5): - Todo. Charlotte es la mejor, amable, siempre predispuesta a ayudar, está pendiente de ti y ahí para todo lo que necesites. La casa es encantadora y todo es comodísimo. El colchón es literalmente el más cómodo de todos en los que hemos dormido en Cabo Verde. La ubicación excelente y la terraza increíble, vistas brutales y solete para poder desayunar. La compañía de la surfHouse también ha sido de lo mejor. Nos vamos con amigos y una vivencia increíble! Nada.

• julien (9/5): Excellent séjour - Charlotte nous a superbebement accuilli et nous avosn passé un super séjour. La salle de bain est toujours propre, la chambre est super grande et l'ambiance générale du lieu est génial. Charlotte nosu a conseillé sur les activités et restaurants à faire et on t'en remercie. Le rooftop est top et convivial avec des barbecues improvisés et des discussions sympathiques. Je dirai la connexion Wifi mais on ne va pas sur Boavista pour être sur son téléphone. Rien à dire sinon.

• Charlotte (10/5): Un séjour au-delà de mes attentes :) - Accueil exceptionnel, ambiance conviviale, propreté impeccable et emplacement parfait. Ils proposent aussi des services, comme des excursions avec un pickup devant l’hôtel ou la location de planches de surf, à des prix très abordables. Séjour trop court, j’aurais volontiers prolongé ! La surfhouse est vite full pensez à réserver à l’avance ;-)

Good value for money. Wifi was quite spotty. Hot shower only lasted a few minutes. Lots of plastic and trash right outside the main entrance.

In ogni caso arrivato notte. Nessun problema. Ti viene inviato il code... Poi una volta entrato trovi le chiavi in cucina.. Tutto bello catologato in cucina bella e pulita... Come ho detto a Charlotte serve una luce esterna xche non si vedono i numeri x entrare... Attenzione hai vari gradini fuori luogo interno struttura.. 😅.. Come ho detto a Ch... wifi non sempre buona... Ma cosi anche in altre isole ho notato...purtroppo no aria condizionata come poi a Sal hostel e Sao Nicolau in appartamento. Mahhh... 😏

The house is very clean with very nice common areas where to chill or work on your laptop. Also very well located near the center of Sal Rei and the main beach of Estoril There aren't lockers in the dormitory.
• Manon (10/5): - Bien situé dans Sal Rei, possible d'aller à la plage à pied facilement, beaucoup de renseignements et d'aide de l'equipe, très propre! On pouvait faire courant d'air dans la chambre donc on n'a pas eu trop chaud!

• AP (10/5): Je recommande sans hésitation - Les espaces (cuisine, salon intérieur, patio, toit terrasse) le fait d'avoir 3 salles de bains, un dortoirs avec peu de lit, et la déco. Les recommandations de Charlotte avant même que l'on arrive pour faciliter l'arrivée ainsi que le suivi régulier pour savoir si tout se passe bien, avec Anna également.

The rooms are minimalist but beautifully furnished. The people were also very, very friendly and helpful. I would have liked to stay longer.
