• Anita (1/5): - Rezervirali smo tri noćenja u ovom apartmanu jer je imao vrlo visoku ocjenu 9,7. Nisam tražila nikakav luksuz, pogotovo zato što sam trudna, bilo mi je samo važno da apartman bude čist i uredan. U apartman smo stigli kasno navečer, oko 22 sata. Nažalost, odmah po ulasku doživjeli smo veliko razočaranje. Apartman je bio izrazito prljav i neuredan. Tepisi su bili puni mrlja i prljavštine, po kupaonici je bilo paučine i gljivica u kadi, wc školjka je bila izvana jako prljava, a iznutra je bilo papira i sredstva za ciscenje, po ormarićima debeli slojevi prašine, a krevet je izgledao kao da posteljina nije ni promijenjena ni ispeglana nakon prethodnih gostiju. Uz to smo pronašli i crne dlake u krevetu, što mi je bilo posebno neugodno i odvratno. Budući da smo stigli jako kasno i bila sam iscrpljena od puta, odlučili smo prespavati tu jednu noć. Već sljedeće jutro napustili smo apartman i pronašli drugi smještaj. Vlasniku smo vrlo pristojno objasnili situaciju i poslali poruku s konkretnim problemima koje smo zatekli. Naglasili smo da ne tražimo povrat za noć koju smo prespavali, nego samo za preostale dvije noći koje nismo koristili. Nažalost, vlasnik nije pokazao nikakvo razumijevanje niti susretljivost. Odgovorio je kako je apartman “dovoljno opremljen za tri zvjezdice”, iako naš problem uopće nije bio opremljenost niti luksuz, nego osnovna higijena i čistoća. Uz to nas je optužio za “financijsku ucjenu”, iako smo tražili isključivo povrat novca za dvije noći u kojima uopće nismo boravili. Nisam željela pisati lošu recenziju niti stvarati problem, samo sam očekivala korektan odnos i povrat novca za uslugu koju nismo koristili. Obratili smo se i Bookingu, ali su nam rekli da vlasnik odbija izvršiti povrat te da svoje iskustvo možemo podijeliti kroz recenziju. Na kraju, najveće razočaranje nije bio samo prljav apartman nego potpuni izostanak profesionalnosti, razumijevanja i želje da se problem riješi na pošten i ljudski način.
• Ivan (10/5): Great stay with a helpful host and a clean, renovated apartment - The whole experience with the host and the apartment was amazing. Before our arrival, the host messaged us with clear and straightforward instructions about the apartment. When we arrived, everything was ready for us, and the apartment was super clean and tidy. The apartment has been renovated and everything inside is new, even though the building itself may look quite old. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly come back again. The only small suggestion we’d have is to provide a bit more information about parking. Since we were traveling with a small child, parking across the street wasn’t the most convenient for us. We parked inside the building area and left a note on the windshield just in case any residents needed us to move the car.

• Nikola Alexander (10/5): - Modern, nicely furnished and clean apartment in a quiet area. We were in Zagreb for a treatment at a nearby eye clinic, which is why the location was convenient for us.
• Marko (10/5): Nice location exceptional host - The location is quiet and very convenient. We were able to walk to the city center, and driving there was also easy. Public transportation runs frequently, and there are plenty of taxi options available. We traveled with a child under one year old and everything was perfectly suitable for us. The parking space is just across the main street.
• Igor (10/5): Vrlo ugodno iskustvo. - Komunikacija s vlasnikom, brzi dogovor i način preuzimanja ključeva. Velika prednost je što apartman ima privatno parking mjesto. Cijeli apartman je uredan, čist i suvremeno uređen. Kuhinja je čista, a pribor i kuhinjska pomagala nova. Kupaonica je uredna, svjetla. Pohvala domaćinima za ostavljene sokove, pivo i mlijeko u hladnjaku.

• Natalie (9/5): Modern, spacious Apartment - Very spacious and clean apartment, easy check in and out, quiet neighborhood. We had a nice stay at the apartment, thank you! Parking is across the street on a public parking. It's free and there was always a spot available.

• Alan (10/5): Super! - This is a lovely apartment - modern, well-equipped, quiet, and spotless. The private parking is a bonus too, as in central Zagreb it's pretty nigh impossible. Easy to get in and out of town with bus or Uber. I recommend, and would be very happy to come again. Nothing to dislike.

• Martin (9/5): Ubytovanie sme využili počas prespania na ceste k moru. Urcite odporúčame a vrátime sa - Čistota a vybavenie ubytovania. Pokojná lokalita. Páčila sa nám možnosť prevziať si kľúče pomocou schránky s kódom, a vôbec sme neboli v strese, že sme prišli neskoro v noci. Nakoľko cestujeme s detmi, potešili krabičkové džúsiky a drevená dráha vláčika.

The supermarket and a really good bakery (balance brunch & bakery) about 12 min walk away from the apartment, walk down Bijenička cesta. Easy self check-in and communication with the owner was excellent.

The host served soft drinks, coffee, tea and some sweets for the children. Highly recommended. A bit noisy from the street if windows are opened.

All the facilities were in the apartment, couldnt think of anything that is missing. The owner is very polite and helpful in every situation. Liked everything.
