• Alice (6/5): Posizione strategica per girare isola, ma molti miglioramenti possibili - L’appartamento è molto grande, provvisto di una cucina una grande sala, un bagno, un balcone e due stanze da letto, si trova in una cittadina estremamente tranquilla e provvista di bar ristoranti e facile parcheggio. La casa è veramente molto umida se le piogge sono abbondanti piove all’interno del bagno, c’è un odore di umido costante in tutte le stanze che si attenua solamente nelle giornate molto soleggiate. La casa è molto fredda e umida totalmente sprovvista di impianto di condizionamento e deumidificazione che basterebbe a togliere l’umidità dell’intero appartamento. C’è solo di un piccolo termosifone elettrico che consuma tantissimo energie evidentemente. In un’isola così calda è totalmente normale che non ci sia impianto di riscaldamento mentre risulta piuttosto carente, il fatto che non ci sia un condizionatore che funga all’occorrenza da pompa di calore e da deumidificatore per togliere l’umidità in eccesso da accendere solo all’occorrenza. Il boiler della doccia consente di fare una doccia calda che non duri più di cinque minuti per quanto sia comprensibile non sprecare acqua in una isola che ne ha così poca doversi in vacanza a fare una doccia coi minuti contati per non farla gelata risulta un pochino eccessivo. L’appartamento è estremamente rumoroso, poiché le finestre non isolano né dal rumore e come detto sopra nemmeno dal freddo e e dall’umidità.

Hacía frio y solo habia un radiador portátil, solo habia una cama hecha, no habia nada para fregar los platos, solo habia dos sobres de aceite, la ducha no tragaba agua aunque luego nos lo arreglaron, no estaba super super limpio.

• Katia (7/5): Apartamento funcional para explorar Lanzarote - La ubicación nos vino muy bien para explorar la isla. Está situado en un pueblo donde vive gente local un poco más alejado del turismo. Es un apartamento amplio. Estuvimos en enero, no está acondicionado para el frío, que no es habitual en la isla, pero había una humedad increíble. Es un apartamento básico, no esperes lujos.

• Clement (9/5): - Schoon, ruim appartement voor 2 personen, functioneel ingericht (wel een beetje kaal), zonnig balkon, prima douche, rustige omgeving, parkeren op straat in de buurt van het appartement meestal mogelijk. Prima centrale locatie op het eiland, alles is bereikbaar in circa 45 minuten. We misten in de keuken enkele attributen zoals pan onderzetters, kleine kommen, magnetron. Koffiezetapparaat (Bosch Tassimo) heeft een sterke plastic geur, waarschijnlijk omdat het nieuw is. Buren hoorbaar, maar geen echt probleem.
• Rodríguez Rodríguez (10/5): Alojamiento limpio y ordenado. - Buena ubicación y servicios. Todo limpio y bien equipado. En la televisión no se podían ver todos los canales, excepto la TV1 y TV2.
• Tomislav (8/5): Good location if you rent a car and want to be near by a short car ride to everthing important. - The location is in the middle of the island so every point is in a radius of about 30 km or around a 30 minute drive at most while most attractions worth seeing are nearer, about 10 minutes from the airport. Directly by the property is a local restaurant that serves as the central meeting point for locals and by visiting it you can totally feel the local spirit and eat local food but be aware they only speak the local Spanish dialect. We were there end of November and not much was open in the afternoon when we walked thru the town which you can do in an about an hour. But as mentioned lots of great restaurants, supermarkets and everything else in a short drive - the roads are really good and don't be surprised by lots of roundabouts. The pictures are a bit nicer than the real thing - practically all in the apartment is from IKEA so adjust your expectations to that. Don't expect to always park your car directly in front, in most cases you will have to drive around to find a space and then walk a few minutes but you will soon figure out where to look for space.

• Judit (9/5): - La ubicacion es perfecta. San Bartolome esta cerca de todo. Habitaciones amolias, insonorizado, barrio tranquilo. Cocina tiene todo lo necesario. El colchon era un poco incomodo pero se podia dormir.

• Artur (10/5): Great stay in a real Spanish town. - A cozy, nicely decorated in a minimalist style, clean apartment. Everything was new. Comfortable bed and foam pillows. A small sunny balcony to drink coffee with a view of the palm tree and the volcano. Smart TV with YouTube and AmazonPrime. The most important thing is the location in San Bartolome. A truly authentic, nice Spanish town with a historic part. Location in the center of the island, everything is within easy reach. I recommend eating something in nearby towns at a teleclub, e.g. in Mozaga. I was delighted.
• Joan (10/5): Best value for money - Recently-renovated apartment full of amenities and clean. The central location in the island it has been strategic for us to move around with ease. In addition, Álvaro has been really attentive to all our needs during the whole stay. It has been a beautiful and relaxing experience.
