• Pierre (10/5): Wow - Tout était parfait. La vue est incroyable et l’appartement est immense . Ivan le propriétaire très gentil . Il y a deux minutes de marches pour aller à l’arrêt d’autobus pour aller à la vielle ville .
• Vicki (10/5): - The apartment has everything you need and more for your stay. Ivan greeted us and showed us around the unit. There are little extra treats provided. The view is amazing. Comfy bed, good shower/ bath. It has underground parking. Bus 4 is 5 min away to get to old town. There is a supermarket 100m away.
• Jesus (10/5): Magical - Absolutely everything was perfect, the host was super nice and welcoming, the place is an absolute pearl, I will definitely keep it for future recommendations and if it is possible will stay in again.

• Carol (9/5): Home from home - The apartment was fabulous and very comfortable. Stunning view. Had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with Milk, beer, butter and orange juice. Bread, jams, treats and coffee in the kitchen. Supermarket was 2 min walk away. Ideal location. 5 min walk to the bus stop and a 10 min bus journey into the old town. Getting in and out of the shower (bath with a shower) was a bit awkward. The toilet was in the way.

• Elena (8/5): - Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist ausgezeichnet - Die ersten Lebensmittel standen uns bei Anreise bereits zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum und man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Meerblick ist übertrieben - genauer gesagt, sieht man in den Hafen. Die Sauberkeit lässt noch etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber im Allgemeinen ist das Apartment sehr gepflegt.

The location was great, about a 15-minute walk to a beautiful beach. The internet was stable, which made it easy for us to work remotely. Ivan was extremely helpful and accommodating.

La luz y las vistas son hermosas. Super espacioso, limpio y buena ubicación ! Difícil el acceso y no te cuento si vas en auto. Lograr llegar hasta el estacionamiento fue una hazaña única! Lo único que decir. Luego de unos días te aprendes la ruta !

The apartment is incredibly spacious with beautiful views and a full supply of treats to enjoy. Ivan was super helpful, helping us out with luggage storage and sorting our taxi when we got caught out with no cash! We enjoyed every minute. Thanks again, Ivan! Nothing!
• Evgenia (9/5): Wonderful Dubrovnik..... - Placed at the Lapad bay, with a magnificent view from its balcony.One bedroom with a large,comfortable bed,living room ,kitchen and two bathrooms.One large bathroom with bath tub and a smaller one with washine machine for laundry.The apartment was clean and close to the Old Town ,5 to 8 minutes with bus route 6. Ivan was kind to make the living room sofa as bed ,as requested.He had milk ,butter and beers at the refrigerator as well as salty and sweet snacks and plenty of coffee sticks for breakfast.Also 2 towels for swimming were provided. There were plenty of face towels ,but only one small sized body towel.The bed at the bedroom was not made properly,no lower sheet,just the matress cover!!???
• Jeff (10/5): Phenomenal space with unbelievable views! - Gorgeous space and Ivan is a great host. We had everything we needed. First time in Dubrovnik so we weren’t sure where to stay. The location is fine but with most of our activities around Old Town, we ended up Ubering quite a bit.

The start of our short vacation was sweetened with small amenities for breakfast, cookies and a cold beer. Bus lines 4 and 6 are very close by and can be reached in a few minutes and a few steps.
• Vignesh (10/5): Modern, Spacious, and Peaceful – A Hidden Gem in Dubrovnik - We’ve stayed in apartments across different EU countries, and this is by far the best one. It looks exactly as shown on the website. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with two air conditioners, a smart TV, and modern amenities throughout. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and everything you need for cooking is provided. The host was kind, and responsive to our text quickly, we were even welcomed with plenty of chocolates and cookies! It’s about a 10-minute drive to the main attractions and the city centre. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay outside the hustle of downtown Dubrovnik, with great views and a restful night’s sleep, this is the perfect place to choose. Nothing to dislike

Stylish and practical, the hosts have put considerable thought into the accommodation and the welcome you receive. So often you arrive at an apartment and there's not the basics to self-cater. The opposite is true here. The location is great especially for the port area. Steep walk back but nothing too much

The location is great, Old town and Lapad bay are within walking distance, plenty of green surroundings nearby. On the balcony you can enjoy a seaview in an calm environment. We just loved it!
