• Charlotte (8/5): I would add some blankets and hand soap , apart form that all good and I would stay again - Nice place, really liked the park and great pub opposite Ran out of gas late at night which was annoying as we were cold and couldn’t cook breakfast but the nice lady got it sorted the next morning. No soap or washing up liquid provided
• Mark (8/5): Very enjoyable. Would stay again. - Great location. Spacious accommodation and helpful owners. Didn’t realise that bath towels weren’t included but that may have been an oversight. When I phoned the owners, they brought some over within an hour. Also there was no dishcloths but we bought one.
• Carole (9/5): Definitely on our return to list… - The property was well located, peaceful, spotless and well equipped. It reflected all the previous feedback we had read before deciding to book. Nikita was an absolute star, the WiFi developed a glitch and she was around in less than 10 minutes to sort it out. It worked perfectly after that. Nothing? Perfect for our needs.
• Gemma (10/5): - Excellent stay at whitstable Neptune. Very clean had everything we needed except towels but we were aware from previous reviews. Highly recommend We couldn't stay longer
• david (7/5): - Good accommodation People turning up at 8pm Saturday saying they were booked in aswell. Apparently it was double booked. The owners said that we could stay an extra night then changed their mind at the last minute which left us with no time to pack up and go. Wouldn't stay again for those reasons
• Rebecca (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable caravan for a long weekend. - Lovely caravan for a long weekend. The host was very responsive when I called and answered all my questions. 30 min walk to Whitstable and in a nice quiet area. Beds were comfy and shower was hot and powerful I didn't realise towels were not included, would have been helpful if this was more obvious as we would have brought our own and ended up needing to buy some for the weekend. Other than that everything was good.
• Michael (8/5): - Great accommodation, really nice layout. Only 10 minute drive to Whitstable, but good facilities on site for young kids. Slight mix up with the previous guests was sorted quickly, Nikitia was great. Kids loved it and would definitely stay again.
• Jenny (10/5): 2 night stay - The caravan was spacious and the decor homely. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy process from booking to checking out. Good communication from host. Nothing! We had a great stay

Me and my family both had a great time there. Basically nothing we don’t like. Only if there are more hooks for hanging clothes / towels in bedroom or toilet would be great.

• Gail (9/5): Superb - Loved the cabin, well fitted and comfortable. Great park facilities. Perfect location. Helpful management. Not being informed towels were not provided was very inconvenient when travelling from Australia. However, on-site management generously provided some. A map and details of what the park had to offer would be useful on arrival. We found restaurant day before departure.
• Sabena (9/5): Loved our stay! So clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of room and loved the outside area to chill in the sun. Great pub - Spotlessly clean Comfortable Cosy but space to relax Do dislikes but these would be helpful Tea and coffee would be good cloths to wipe tables etc Hook for hand towel in double bedroom Lamp in living area

• Kirsty (10/5): Lovely, clean, comfy, cosy caravan with added extras great for family plenty of space - Caravan was spotless, lovely clean and fresh beds very comfy everything you need was there . Easy instructions to find property . Host always polite friendly and great communication . Nothing I didn’t like .. however the amount of rain we had and the amount of mud outside keep having to clean dogs paws every time he went out so he wouldn’t get mud in the caravan was a little bit time consuming .. could do with some stepping stones to get to the decking ! But still rate this place 10/10 😃
