• Enrico (1/5): - Le logement ne dispose que d’une clé électronique : si le téléphone est éteint, il est donc impossible d’entrer. De plus, le matin de mon départ pour un mariage, l’eau a été coupée dans l’immeuble en plein milieu de ma douche, sans aucune information préalable. Cela m’a causé un grave désagrément et m’a obligé à sortir dans de mauvaises conditions, sans qu’aucun dédommagement ne soit proposé. Très décevant, surtout pour un logement de ce prix.
• Anastasia (8/5): Lovely appartment in a great area could be attended more. - Very comfortable appartment in a very good area.The bed was comfortable and the living room spacious and well decorated. I believe it could be cleaned better and equipped with more material.In the kitchen, the drying rack and the sponges were dirty and old.The mittens still had the tags on and they were dirty.We could use more towels and toiletries.
• Natascia (9/5): A spacious, well-equipped, and quiet apartment in a great location near central Milan - This is a lovely one-bedroom apartment in a great location—just 15–20 minutes by metro from Milan Central Station, and we were even able to walk to the Duomo area. The neighborhood has plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, which made everything very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking. A kitchen towel would have been a helpful addition, but overall, everything was thoughtfully provided. The check-in process is smooth and modern—you use virtual keys via your phone, and once inside, you'll find a set of physical keys waiting for you. The air conditioning was a big plus during the hot Milan days, and the apartment is impressively quiet—we hardly heard any noise from outside. We had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a few issues worth noting. The lift is very small—it can feel quite claustrophobic and tends to get hot inside (I would advise you take a fan with you). As other guests have mentioned, it’s functional but slow. Unfortunately, during most of our stay, the lift was either out of order or only went up to the third floor, which was inconvenient. We also had some cleaning issues during our second stay. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly, and we found dirty towels in the wardrobe. However, the agency responded quickly and sent the cleaning team out right away, which we appreciated. On our last day, the toilet flush stopped working. We reported it to the agency, and assume it has since been fixed. While the agency was responsive, we hope these maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed more consistently going forward.

• Lauren (10/5): Great stay, wish we were here longer! - Great location. Nice big apartment. Comfy bed. The apartment has a lift which is handy. So mnay resturants and gelato nearby. Close walk to the metro and only a few stops to Duomo and Milan Centrale. Wish we stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was equipped with all the necessary things. Thanks to the host for creating such an environment I liked everything and everything was organized. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Andrei (10/5): EXCELLENT for a couple of days in Milan! Will most likely come back! - Very close to the Porta Romana metro station in a nice neighborhood, with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The matrice in the bedroom was EXCEPTIONAL, so were the pillows - one of the few places where I’ve slept like a baby away from home. This is just nit picking, but the elevator in the building is very, very, VERY slow (I’m not kidding - it takes about 2 minutes on the clock to go up or down 4 stories). The smart lock was not the best, it took me a couple of tries before figuring out how it worked, and I’m a techy person. However, these are just small details, so they don’t really influence the final review. Just small observations.
