Georg (8/5): - Very nice apartment. Clean + well equipped. Would definitely book again. The keypad-based unlock mechanism at the apartment door didn’t quite work right. I had to input the code multiple times before it opened the door.
Janet (8/5): - Location, parking, cleanliness and quality of fittings. Excellent bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. (But no sharp cutting knives) Code entry easy and practical. Apartment 4 on the first floor. No windows other than at the front of the apartment . Small bedroom, bed up against the wall, impractical. Very airless - no air conditioning .
Dagmar (9/5): Gerne wieder, nur dann zur Rückseite hin. - Ein top ausgestattetes Apartment. Alles vorhanden. Betten von sehr guter Qualität. Parkplätze im Innenhof.Wir waren zum Chio angereist und die Strecke bis dort hin auch kein Thema. Sehr entgegenkommend auch im Bezug auf früheres Einchecken. Dieses Apartment lag leider direkt an der Strasse und man konnte Nachts leider die Fenster nicht offen lassen, was bei den irren Temperaturen eine Qual war. Auch verfügt die Wohnung über keine Klimaanlage. Das nächste mal umbedingt eine Wohnung nach hinten hinaus dann passt alles!!!!!

Gordon (7/5): Angenehm mit kleinen Einschränkungen - Die Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend. Es war alles vorhanden, z.B. Töpfe und Pfannen, diese waren auch hochwertig, es war alles sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt . Auch die ebenerdige Dusche, gerade im Hinblick auf Menschen mit Behinderung ist hier positiv hervorzuheben. Die Geräusche der stark befahrenen Straße waren unangenehm. Zudem kam noch, dass wir das Pech hatten, eine Baustelle fast über die gesamte Zeit vor dem Fenster zur Straße zu haben. Das Bett für 2 Personen war leider etwas zu schmal, was als negativ angesehen werden muss. Aufgrund der nicht ganz so zentralen Lage, und dass man Selbstversorger war, ist unserer Meinung nach, trotz allem Komfort der Wohnung, der Preis für 1 Woche im Appartement etwas zu hoch gewesen. 200 - 300 Euro weniger wären unserer Meinung nach angemessener gewesen.
Larasati (10/5): Home away from home - komme gerne wieder - Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, digitale Rezeption. Lage. Top Service! Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal, das sofort auf jedwede Anliegen reagiert hat. Für Vielreisende wie mich eine Wohltat, jemanden zu haben, der sich quasi um einen kümmert. Hatte z.B etwas liegen lassen. Wird bis zur nächsten Durchreise aufbewahrt. Ein Vorschlag zur Küchenausstattung wurde auch gerne angenommen. 2 Kaffeemaschinen aber kein Wasserkocher
Wong (8/5): Transformador - Gostei de würselen, era uma cidade pequena, e com umas paissagens belas, as pessoas eram alegres, e respeituosas. embora fosse um pouco retirada de Aachen, esta bem interconectada, o que me fez ir aos meus compromisos sem atraso. Esta bem equipada, tem tudo o que é necessario para se ter uma estancia tranquila e relaxante. Este hotel tem um atendimento remoto, e eu nao estava preparado pra isso. Acostumado sempre a ser atendido em um lobby por uma pessoa fisica em um idioma neutro no qual se pode pedir informacoes. Neste caso eu tinha confirmado a estancia no dia antes da chegada, e consequentemente as informacoes de acceso chegaram atrassadas. Precisei pedir informacao para um outro host que infelizmente so falava alemao, entao nao consegui me comunicar a principio, demorando entorno de uns 30 min. Depois disso foi possivel conversar com o pessoal do hotel via telefonica que me atendeu bem e me passaram as informacoes necessarias para entrar no meu quarto.

Paul (10/5): - Alles war zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit! Wir haben das CHIO Reitevent in Aachen besucht! Perfekte lage hierfür nur 5 minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto! Die Ausstattung des Apartments war Top, alles neu und einfach wunderschön eingerichtet! Dieses Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder :)
Christine (9/5): Lovely comfortable apartment. Really enjoyed our stay. - They seemed to think of everything. Was a really nice comfortable apartment, very nicely furnished. They even had Tupperware, which was great to store leftovers. Comfy bed. Really enjoyed our stay. Free convenient parking. There was no extra toilet paper. Maybe this was an oversight. Had to rush out to buy some. I would expect 1 or 2 spare rolls.
