Das Personal ist mega nett , Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos. Ein Sekt zur Begrüssung zaubert ein Lächeln. Die Lage ist Spitze für die Erkundung der kleinen Stadt/Strandspaziergänge. Kann ich empfehlen ! Als Anmerkung: Ostsee ist generell teuer gegenüber den Hotels & Restaurants im Süden.

• Supi (9/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und individuell. Die Betten sind supetbequem.Es gibt einen schönen Garten , wo man in Ruhe sitzen kann.Toll ist auch, dass man sich in der Unterkunft einen Kaffee oder Tee kochen kann und sein eigenes Frühstück essen kann.

• Sebastian (10/5): Eine kleine Perle in Warnemünde - Die Lage der Wohnung war erstmal hervorragend! Ob Bahnhof, Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Alter Strom, Bus oder Strand- alles war super zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist historisch und ganz entzückend und die Wohnung war offensichtlich frisch renoviert und in einem topp Zustand. Man hat sich in allen Räumen von der Einrichtung her wirklich wohl gefühlt. Auch die Betten waren sehr gut, vor allem das im Wohnzimmer! Die Matratze hätte ich gerne mit nach Hause genommen! Die vielen Fenster zum Garten mit der Aussicht zu dem, von munter schnatternden Staren bevölkerten, Birnbaum, war auch ganz wundervoll. Abends war eine himmlische Ruhe dort. Alle Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war in letzter Zeit viel unterwegs und diese Unterkunft war mein persönliches Highlight! Dickes Plus: In der Küche waren auch Spülmittel, Handtücher, Kaffeepads, Kaffeeweißer (im Flur auch Teebeutel und Zucker) vorhanden und eine Flasche Wasser stand bereit bei der Ankunft. So konnte man nach der langen Fahrt erstmal in Ruhe eine Tasse Kaffee trinken und nicht erst nach dem Einkaufen. Auch ganz toll war, dass man am Abreisetag, nach dem auschecken noch den Schlüssel vom Haus behalten konnte, wo man das Gepäck noch unterbringen konnte und auch die Möglichkeit hatte auf die Toilette zu gehen, bevor man tatsächlich heimfährt. So konnten wir den Tag nochmal gut nutzen für den Besuch der Robbenstation und des Heimatmuseums (direkt nebenan und einen Besuch wert) und zum shoppen. Für einen kleinen Obulus, in die Vertrauenskasse im Flur, konnte man auch ein Glas hausgemachte leckere Birnenmarmelade mitnehmen, von den Birnen im Garten, die dem Haus seinen Namen geben. Ich kann das Haus Birnbom wirklich nur empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche, die eher eine Kitchenette ist, ist leider nur für die Frühstückszubereitung wirklich gut geeignet (zwei Kochplatten, kein Ofen, keine Mikrowelle) und dafür fehlt leider ein Toaster und Eierbecher. Das ist aber nicht wirklich schlimm gewesen, denn wir wollten sowieso nur frühstücken zuhause. Den Toaster haben wir dafür allerdings wirklich vermisst.

• Brigitte (10/5): Das Zimmer war für mich ideal. Ich komme sicher ein zweites Mal. - Die Pension liegt in der „hinteren Strasse“, sehr zentral, nah beim Alten Strom und beim Strand, aber ruhig. Fünf Minuten zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann, liebevoll ausgestattet: Kaffee-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, damit ich mir Frühstück machen konnte. Die Inhaberin hat mich freundlich empfangen, obwohl ich die Ankunfts-Zeit verschieben musste, und mir sogar den Koffer hinauf getragen. Mir hat alles gefallen.

It was a nice detail to find in the bathroom relaxing bath soap, comb, shoe shine, and other travel extras. The location is perfect, in a beautiful historical street, very close to the train station but still in a quiet place. The owner is very friendly. I definitively recommend this place!

• Marie (10/5): Absolutely perfect apartment, in a wonderful building, in a beautiful town. - The apartment is situated in the heart of town so everything is there once you step out of the front gate. It was only 4 mins walk from the train/bus station and a 10 mins walk to the cruise pier. Julia met me when I arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. The building was so quaint, with small decorative touches throughout the property. The apartment was perfectly set out and had a seaside feel which perfectly matched the small seaside town. The room key was also the gate, and front door key which was convenient. Truly a wonderful quaint, traditional apartment building enhancing the feel of the beautiful small town. Nothing I didn't like, and the only thing that would have made my stay better was if there was a toaster in the kitchen as I love eggs on toast for breakfast.

• Vanessa (9/5): Superb - Great location, walking distance to beach and all main attractions. Loved the pear theme and our room overlooking the garden and pear tree, so cute. Would definitely stay again. Would've been nice to have block out blinds so our little girl could fall asleep in the Summer evenings. Also some basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo can make a big difference to the guest experience, otherwise all great.
