- Teixeira (6/5): Anfitriao grosseiro - Localizacao Garagem minuscula não cabe carro grande, se for um carro baixo ele bate na rampa, o custo do estacionamento na redondeza $10/hora. Piso de paviflex soltando, chuveiro eletrico, não é ducha. Anfitriao confuso, tivemos problema no checkin.

- BETO MARRA (8/5): - O apartamento é bem amplo. Ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Dispõe de vaga exclusiva para carro incluída na estadia. Levamos nossas toalhas mas no apto tinha várias toalhas disponíveis e todas bem limpas. A localização é excelente, bem próximo ao Shopping Santa Úrsula. Apesar de estar no centro, é um lugar silencioso. O prédio é antigo mas há um aviso prometendo que haverá reforma pois o elevador social não leva até a garagem. Como o acesso à vaga da garagem é por rampa bem acentuada e estreita sugiro não ir com carro muito grande.
