• Konstantinos (4/5): Overall stay was not as expected. I did not relax - The veranda and the location of the property in the old village. The property has good prospects as it reminds old times and feelings in the village.It has hot water for shower and wash. The property needs maintenance. A electric plugs were not working . The lighting of the room was out of date and do not correspond with all the vibe of an old house. The wardrobe was broken and one of the window does not open. The bed was very uncomfortable the and pillows were very low. As a result i woke up with back and neck pain. Finally jacuzzi doesn’t work.

We booked two rooms - one upstairs at the front was not very clean with hairs in the bathroom ! The breakfast was not worth having - processed cheese and meat ( even though we told the owners in advance we were vegetarian) and horrible processed bread .

• Karol (10/5): The best place in Kakopetria :) - Great location on the old city and style of the house and room. There were beautiful views, plus sounds of the stream below. We really loved the balcony and atmosphere there! Shower was a bit annoying with flooding half of the bathroom, but that’s a small detail :)

• Alisha (7/5): - Tolle Lage im alten Stadtkern, mit süßer Sitzmöglichkeit vor der Tür um am Fluss in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Hosts haben leider auf unsere Anfragen überhaupt nicht reagiert. Manchmal ziemlich laut wegen einem Abluftrohr/schacht(?).

• Kristine (7/5): Schöne Lage - Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist urig, sehr gemütlich. Auch die kleine Terrasse vor unserer Wohnung ist ein wunderbarer Platz. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz steht ca. 150m entfernt zur Verfügung und war z. Zt. unseres Aufenthalts kostenlos. Die Ausstattung der Küche war verbesserungsfähig. Wir haben die Wohnung zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) genutzt, die zusammengewürfelte Küchenausstattung war aber nur auf zwei Personen ausgelegt: 2 Tassen, 2 Messer, ... Ein Hinweis an den Vermieter mit der Frage, ob er mehr zur Verfügung stellen kann, führt dazu, dass wir einen weiteren Topf bekamen. Das Frühstück haben wir mit eigenen Einkäufen ergänzt. 2 Scheiben Toast pro Person reichen bei meinen Männern nicht aus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig. Wenn wir nicht zufällig bei der Ankunft eine Reinigungsdame getroffen hätten, hätten wir nicht gewußt, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen sollten.

• Andrea (8/5): - Beautiful mountain village within short walking distance from restaurants. Nice view from balcony. Nice owner. We did not like the fact that due to the rain we were given a different apartment nearby. However, it was bigger, but less comfortable.

Once we arrived we tried to find the room and once we got there we were informed that we cant stay at the room that we actually booked due to some problem that occurred no explanation given. We were offered another room in a different location at the owner claimed that the price is the say even though i don't think that.

Kontakt z właścicielem świetny. Klucze na miejscu - pełna swoboda. Bardzo fajne śniadanie, zostawione w lodówce. Duża porcja. Chętnie wrócę.

• Georgi (10/5): I would visit this place again - I stayed at Morfeas for five nights. The atmosphere in the room was very pleasant with a nice view. Even though it was cool outside, the local heating was working in the room and it was warm. The host is very kind and helped me with any question or need I had. The hotel is located in the old part of Kakopetria. It is very nice, but the pavement is cobblestone and difficult for suitcases.

• Sheila (1/5): We didn't stay there. - There was a fireplace, which I hadn't known about, and a nice view. The room was pretty. When I complained about the pitiful breakfast in the fridge, the owner said we could eat at a nearby hotel. (It turned out that the hotel breakfast was provided by his mother...) I reserved a room with a hot tub, and there was no hot tub. There were also no towels when we arrived, and breakfast was a few things in the fridge. He didn't answer most of my questions before we arrived, so I should have known that the room was not going to be what I had requested. We did not stay there at all. We did, however, have the breakfast, since the 100 Euros were non-refundable. (He never answered me about whether even a partial refund would be considered.)

• Tomáš (5/5): Hezká lokace, ale šílený chaos a znovu bych nejel. - Nachází se v krásné lokalitě, majitelé jsou na příjmu přes telefon / WhatsApp a jsou nápomocní. Řeknu náš příběh, závěr si udělejte sami. Přijeli jsme k hotelu v 18 hodin. Hlavní dveře byly zavřené, nikde nikdo. Po několika minutách jsem zavolal na číslo na ceduli, vzal to pán, který poslal informace k self check-inu. Krok jedna bylo jít po nějakých schodech dolů, schody nikde. Opět jsem kontaktoval ubytování, zapnul si kameru a tentokrát mě paní navigovala k černé, neoznačené brance, která vypadala jako plot (byla tma, takže jsme ji neviděli), za kterou se nacházely schody. Došli jsme do pokoje a nefungovala elektřina, na stůl spadala omítka. Již potřetí jsem se obrátil na ubytování, paní zněla hrozně překvapeně, že elektřina nefunguje. Po chvilce jsem dostal zprávu s jiným pokojem. Došli jsme tam a konečně fungovala elektřina. Pokoj měl vysoké stropy, kamna, topení a klimatizaci. U kamen nebylo žádné dřevo ani informace, kde ho vzít, topení bylo studené a jediný způsob vytápění byla klimatizace, která absolutně neměla šanci tento objem vzduchu vytopit, takže tam byla zima. Co se jevilo jako záchrana, bylo, že nový pokoj obsahoval vířivku. Napustili jsme ji, že se v ní ohřejeme. Bohužel vířivka byla navržená tak, že na dně stačilo zmáčknout výpusť a všechna voda byla pryč. I když si na to člověk dával pozor, stejně se to stalo tak 3x. Na dopuštění již samozřejmě nezbyla teplá voda. Poslední zážitek byl z rána, kdy jsem po vytáhnutí snídaně z lednice způsobil potopu – košík v sobě měl kusy ledu, který se v lednici částečně roztopil a všechna ta voda pak protékala tím košíkem na zem, což zničilo celkem zvláštní skladování těchto potravin.

There weren't enough blankets, and they weren't clean enough. We couldn't watch YouTube or any foreign channels on the TV. There were also many cats in the entrance, and worst of all, there was no parking.

We thought we were going to a rustic mountain lodge based on the pictures, but it was more of an antiquated, run-down and neglected room. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and would collect wastewater, the walls in the main room were scratched and showing signs of mold. The WiFi sign was sitting there with a broken glass. The room mattress was old and uncomfortable. Just overall inconvenient experience- too may light switches, nowhere to put clothes/luggage on, no one at the reception, too many door and window cracks to keep the warm air in.

• Maria (9/5): Beautiful, clean room - A beautiful, spatious, well-equipped and very clean room, in a wonderful location in the centre of the village, surrounded by nature. The view of the river and the mountains was magical! We highly appreciated the simple but generous breakfast materials, as well as the complimentary slippers. It was very peaceful and quiet. There was a parking lot for free parking very near the hotel too. There was no reply to our questions, nor any kind of communication by the owner until two hours after check in. The Wifi did not work for a single minute. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 14:30.
