- Nicolas (9/5): Gran experiencia - Mucha comodidad , todo funciona a la perfección y la vista es increíble ! Está en una pendiente muy alta y tienen una política de NO INGRESO DE BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS los cuál es un poco invasivo a la instancia
- Milena (1/5): No quede agusto con la estancia - La viste súper bonita El apartamento está muy mal tenido , muchas humedades el servicio es pésimo no hay quien te atienda para nada, tuvimos un problema con las persianas nunca bajaron estaba malo el control llame varias veces al número que me dieron y no obtuve respuesta de nada la puerta del balcón no cierra tampoco , no pudimos dormir desde las 6 am el sol encima de nosotros.

- Vanesa (10/5): Descanso - Todo espectacular, las instalaciones, la dotación y mobiliario super lindos, la vista hermosa, la verdad superó mis expectativas. Lo único que me pareció complejo es que aunque la vía está en muy buen estado si es muy pendiente y deberían de hacer la observación antes de que los huéspedes lleguemos para que no suban con cupo completo en el carro, si el carro no cuenta con las capacidades y características para hacerlo sin problema.

They couldn't provide us with a simple coffee maker, I have to have coffee twice a day and even brought my own coffee. They didn't offer shampoo nor bath soap, only had a tiny bottle for one person, one time use.. we stayed 2 nights.

- Joe (1/5): A oscuras toda la noche - Una vista espectacular, las habitaciones cómodas con una doble altura que da frescura y tranquilidad. El servicio de iluminación se perdió alrededor de las 9 de la noche, luego todo el servicio eléctrico se perdió alrededor de las 10:30 pm, pasado toda la noche a oscuras, recepción daba siempre la misma respuesta y no solucionaban, no se nos ofreció cambio de suite, a pesar de que el complejo si tenía servicio eléctrico. Además los ventanales no cerraban, sin energía eléctrica y sin seguridad, fue la peor experiencia que hayamos tenido mi hija, mi esposa y yo en un supuesto resort. Lamentable como un complejo con tanta publicidad no cuente con planes de contingencia al momento de perder algo tan importante como la energía eléctrica. Ni unas disculpas recibimos por parte del “resort”

- Angie (8/5): - El proyecto aún se encuentra en construcción, pero al ingresar a tu alojamiento te encuentras con una vista que vale la pena. La atención de Robinson, el administrador, fue excelente y siempre estuvo atento a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos, y nos permitió salir luego de la hora oficial del check-out. Es importante tener en cuenta que el camino de acceso es una vía destapada y con poca señalización. La atención del personal de recepción puede mejorar. A pesar de que el apartamento es muy lindo y relativamente nuevo, no se encontraba en las mejores condiciones cuando llegamos, se deben mejorar detalles de mantenimiento y limpieza del alojamiento.

Me parece que la carta del restaurante debe ser mas accesible en cuanto al precio y con comida mas nacional

- Escobar (8/5): Muy lindo lugar con mucho potencial.a - Las instalaciones de cada cabaña, la chimenea, el jacuzzi, la cama y la vista estuvieron perfectas. Faltó mejorar la atención al detalle en ciertos aspectos de la cabaña como: toalla de manos, basura exterior (solo hay una en el baño), traer servilletas, sal y salsas con cada comida, tener reservas de papel higiénico y revisar más a fondo los detalles de las instalaciones (soporte de papel higiénico dañado y almohadillas de la bañera flojas). De igual manera, estamos muy conformes con el lugar, la tranquilidad y las comidas.

- Sandra (9/5): - La vista del lugar es maravillosa, la habitación súper cómoda y amplia También muy acogedora. el lugar al quedar en una montaña, la carretera es súper empinada y no está iluminada, nadie le avisa a uno que es demasiado empinada. Que afortunadamente nuestro vehículo es alto y Automático, lo que nos facilitó la subida, pero si el vehículo es bajito y mecánico y no tiene mucha fuerza, podría ser muy difícil llegar también en un día lluvioso y de noche. por otro lado, el refrigerador no servía.

Es un lugar moderno, silencioso, con una vista increible, ideal para descansar. No hubo buena señal en el lugar y nunca pudimos tener una buena conexión al wifi en nuestra cabaña, si necesitabamos llamar, hablar por wpp incluso con la misma recepción debíamos ir hasta allá para solicitar ayuda o para coger algo de señal propia porque la de allí no funcionaba, no pudimos tener música, ni televisión porque no tenia parabólica y sin internet no había como acceder a las plataformas, intentaron ayudarnos con la conexión de otra de las cabañas pero por la distancia no funcionó bien. Por otro lado, el agua del jacuzzi mal olor, espumoso y con suciedad. Mejorando éstos aspectos es el lugar soñado.
