• Tracey (9/5): A very relaxing location with stunning genuine beachfront views. - The View is stunning from the balcony Great location A lot of sand and dirt on floors Could have supplied more coffee, stayed 3 nights and 4 pods were provided.
• André (7/5): Goed verblijf voor als je zee willen combineren met bezoek Rome. - De omgeving, - Kortbij station en voor 1,5 euro kan je metromare nemen naar Rome en overstappen met zelfde ticket naar de andere metrolijnen binnen de duurtijd van 100 min. - centrum van Ostia ligt binnen wandelafstand. Wel niet super groot. - vrij strand ligt vlak voor de deur. - Uitzicht en ruim terras. - Het contact met de host en de oplossingen als er problemen of vragen zijn. - Terras van app ligt volledige dag in volle zon, zonder enige schaduw, waardoor je het overdag nauwelijks kan gebruiken, tenzij je graag in volle zon ligt. De temperatuur op terras is wel ok omdat er zeewind is. - Terras oogt rommelig met al die lege bloempotten. - voor 5 personen is er maar beperkt bestek. En kookpotten zijn er nauwelijks of versleten. - in en achter kasten lag er wel wat rommel en was het niet altijd proper. - geen lift

• Madeleine (10/5): Ljuvlig altan. - Otroligt fint läge och väldigt tillmötesgående hyresvärd. Det hade kunnat vara lite mer städat.

• Igor (6/5): - Понравилось расположение.комуникация с хозяином. Проблемы были ,но их утраняли оперативно Кондиционеры были не в каждой жилой комнате. Ребёнок спал без кондиционера в жару .Слабая электрическая проводка ,при двух работающих кондиционерах нельзя было включить чайник или микроволновку. Выключались выключатели защиты(предохранитель общие).С одного из кондиционеров текла вода. Но его оперативно отремонтировали.

• Alexandra (10/5): Bright, beautiful property with a perfect view! - Bright, with high ceiling, beautiful apartment with an amazing view. We spend wonderful time there. The location is perfect. We would stay there again!

Easy access to - Clean and spacious flat in a great location opposite the beach . Huge terrace with comfy chairs and a sunbed Short walk into the main piazza Eugenia was an excellent and helpful host Some shade is needed on the balcony as it is in full sun most of the day
