• Lucie (1/5): Mauvaise expérience - L emplacement près de la gare de St Pancras Pas de chauffage en plein mois de décembre : nous avons passé 4 jours avec 15 degrés dans l appartement sans reponse du propriétaire que ce soit via Booking ou WhatsApp L air froid passait par les fenêtres et la porte Il y avait de l humidité dans 1 chambre et dans la salle de bain Difficile de régler la temperature de l eau dans la douche Pas d isolation sonore

L'host ha disdetto la nostra prenotazione tramite whatsapp all' 1:30 di notte e ci ha fornito un'altra soluzione lontana dal centro. Arrivati alla struttura, l'abbiamo trovata in pessime condizioni: scarsa pulizia, con caldaia rotta e senza acqua calda, porta secondaria rotta (quindi sempre aperta) che dava su scala antincendio ed al primo piano rialzato, casa umidissima e mobilio pessimo. Nel contattare il proprietario siamo stati derisi ed a un certo punto ignorati.

• Alexandre (9/5): Un appartement qui mérite d’être loué - La surface de l’appartement est géniale. Confortable et un positionnement au cœur de Londres ! L’appartement est agréable et bien équipé. N’hésitez pas à réserver. Je n’ai pas constaté ce que des personnes ont laissé en commentaire. Il ne mérite pas les « mauvais » commentaires. Alors oui, il n’est pas parfait, il a quelques imperfections (rouille du pommeau de douche, faible débit dans la douche). Les fenêtres sont « anglaises » c’est à dire pas forcément étanches. L’appartement mériterait une notice pour utiliser le chauffage.

• Helen (4/5): - Great location, close to a major station and supermarket just around the corner. We have traveled all over the world in groups, and I have never left a bad review - but I feel I needed to for this one. The place definitely needs some love. The sheets were old and thin, did not even fit our bed and we had to keep trying to tuck the fitted sheet back in. Our bed was also broken - missing a leg. General dirtiness that could easily be fixed with a coat of paint. Mould in the bathroom and the toilet was only attached by one of the two screws, so moved around a lot. The pics looks great, the reality is the place is a little tired and smaller than it appears.
• noor azlina (10/5): Nice stay in London - I like everything at Gatesden Aparment. Emily the host is very kind &, helpful. The apartment just a few walk from King Cross station, near to Coop and any orhers shop. Nothing. Everything is ok.
• Guest (3/5): Leider kein Service seitens des Vermieters - Lage ist relativ zentral Wir hatten leider den ganzen Aufenthalt kaltes Wasser. Der Vermieter wurde sofort informiert, hat sich aber nicht wirklich gekümmert, sehr schade
• maria jose (1/5): No debería estar anunciado como apartamento turístico, y menos en booking - Ubicación No había agua caliente y no lo resolvieron. Camas rotas, colchones incómodos. Dejaron dos secadoras puestas haciendo ruido, toallas húmedas que aún no había terminado de secar, humedades en el baño, suelo muy deteriorado y pegajoso.

• Joelie Anne Rose (8/5): - The apartments are located in a very central area, no matter where you go there is food, entertainment, and just general care. It’s nearby Kingscross Station allowing for easy public transport to and from the apartment as well. The apartment complex itself is peaceful and there is no hassle with any neighbors as well. The apartment itself was cleaned exceptionally well, the balcony and the dining room were also an excellent touch. Although the apartment itself was nice, two days into out stay we found out the shower door was faulty when my mother was going to shower and the door fell on her cutting her finger. There was no curtain in one of the rooms making us use one of our blanket as a curtain.

• Zahari (7/5): Not too bad - It is situated on the top-most floor. The appliances are working fine. Comfortable beds and sofa. Even though the apartment is on the high floor, the lift stops 1 level down. We had to walk up to the apartment. Only 1 fan is provided. Considering that it is summer, the host should provide more fans.

• Giulia (10/5): Big apartment in central London. - The location is central, close to shops and the underground. The kitchen is well equipped. The five kids loved sleeping in the bunk bed room all together.
• Mark (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable. - The property was on the top floor so no neighbours. The location was great. Ideal for a busy few days in London. It was very warm 😀

• Juan (7/5): Good - Good location with several supermarkets nearby. It's a 6th floor with lift up to the 5th floor. Comfortable beds and quiet. There are 2 double beds, plus two double beds with bunk above them, and a bed sofa. The shower had leaks. Glassware for 8 people only.
