• Rafael (6/5): - Good acoustics. Beutiful design. Good space. Fast internet. Tons of noises from a huge TAM construction outside, no elevator, no electric kettle, no washing machine. The entrance door of the building is extremely noise, and it opens/closes night and day; Really disturbing and you can hear everything from the apartment. There’s a neighbor that smokes close to the internal window a couple of times a day — so you essentially can’t keep the internal window open if you don’t like the smell. Uncofortable chairs. No place/chair/desk to work for more than 30 minutes without getting unconfortble. Pillows are uncomfortable.
• Ionela (10/5): Very beautiful and homey apartment in the heart of Bologna - We really loved the apartment. It’s nicely renovated, very clean, and very spacious. I liked that the bedrooms had their own bathroom. It’s very well located, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. 12-15 min walk to the train station. We were ok with the house rules, nothing to complain about. However, it wasn’t very pleasant that we had to take the trash out when we left. I haven’t experienced this before anywhere I stayed. It wouldn’t have been a problem, but we went to a concert the day before we left, got back very late, around 1.00 am, and had to leave at 4.30 am because our flight was changed early in the morning. I was worried not to forget the trash, even if we slept just 2 hours.. because we were continuosly being reminded not to forget :) Anyways, overall the apartment is worth it, and the garbage place is nearby, so if you don’t have to leave at 4.30 in the morning, you won’t even remember this house rule :)

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent, large apartment in great location - 10-15 minute walk to train station and Neptune square. Apartment is very large - three full baths + two clear bedrooms and a separate living area with sofa bed that can be shut off into a third bedroom. Apartment is just above two lovely restaurants, so expect some noise during dinner hours.
• James (8/5): A great choice. - A lovely, spacious property with a stylish modern interior in a great location. We were absolutely delighted with our stay, and the key holder was a pleasure to deal with. It was a little noisy in the bedrooms on Saturday night when the street was at its busiest, but other nights were perfectly quiet. It wouldn’t stop me from returning.
