Thank you . The place is in a lovely quiet area and bed lovely and comfortable..I slept well. It is a little tight to park but nothing can be done about that .
- Graham Dore (10/5): - A perfect place for us to stay prior to our cycling event. The property is in a very quiet location. Our host was very flexible and friendly. We went for a pleasant walk around the nearby Mote Park in the late afternoon and then to the Fox and Goose for an evening meal. All very good. Nothing

The room is very clean and comfortable, with a good shower.
It’s an easy walk to Mote Park and the town. Nothing

- Paul (10/5): Brilliant location, beautiful host and lovely breakfast - Location, cleanliness, atmosphere and host
- Phillip (10/5): A fantastic experience which was ideally situated - It was a home from home. Much better than a budget hotel . Having driven 230 miles to welcomed with a cuppa and a first class breakfast the next morning , the day was A1. . I would recommend it as a lovely place to stay Nothing .
- Marina (10/5): Exquisite - a home from home - Excellent facilities. Like home from home. Home luxury on the road is so amazing. Nothing
- Zachariah (10/5): Lovely and homely - Incredibly friendly host and delicious breakfast.
- Kim (9/5): Cosy comfortable stay with fabulous breakfast. - Kate was very welcoming, looked after us and gave us a hearty breakfast. Perfect location for a wedding we were attending.
- Mrs (7/5): Good place to stay and welcoming host...Easy access to motorway for Dover/ towns/countryside. - Property is tucked away in a cul de sac. Room is upstairs. Due to having had an op on my shoulder, the friendly owner carried my heavy bag up to the room for me. No facilities in room for tea/coffee, but host made me a lovely cup of tea on arrival after my long journey. Easy parking. Very good breakfast. Some of the bedding/pillowcases were rather creased...but clean and comfortable. I was travelling alone and the room was excellent. For 2 people perhaps a bit small if you have luggage? I couldn't get the internet to work due to the instructions being hand written and some of the letters/numbers were unclear. Over breakfast the host gave me the printed information...which meant I could connect as needed.
- Felvus (8/5): Great B&B experience. Made very welome - Kate was a great host and cooked a wonderful breakfast.. quiet location
- Jeanette (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for our needs and very comfortable. Great breakfast was provided by the host too.
- Roger (8/5): It was a nice stay. I recommend it to everyone - Nice location, good price, caring owner (she left us food☺️) No slippers (the kitchen floor was quite cold)
- Heleen (7/5): A good place to stay on my way to my final destination. - It was a good place to stay on my way to my final destination. The host was friendly, the bed comfy and the cooked breakfast enjoyable. The neighbourhood is residential, 2 pubs and a supermarket at walking distance. Breakfast is in the kitchen, which was very warm and not very cozy. Parking space is very small, I was glad I have a small car. The host recommended a pub for diner, which was closing for the day when I arrived at 6 pm. Luckily they directed me to the other pub.
- Michael (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable Everything
- Lee (9/5): Was lovely would definateky stay again. - Very friendly lady at the property. Parking at side of house. Comfortable room which vert clean. Lovely cooked breakfast make with great local produce.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wise (7/5): Good -
- Rachel (7/5): Good - Friendly host that went out of her way to buy things for my breakfast as I'm vegetarian Would have liked a kettle in the room to be able to make a morning tea but could understand little room for one.
- Sahida (7/5): Nice place if you just need somewhere to sleep. - Room was clean, very comfortable bed. Host had left us drinks/pastries on arrival.
Nice and quiet location though we weren't there long as just needed somewhere to sleep while attending evening wedding in Ashton. There were no hooks in room or bathroom to hang clothes and wardrobe was in use..mirror too high in bathroom. Breakfast was just a loaf of bread and some pastries left over from day before so we didn't bother with it..Didn't realise we needed to make our own breakfast wasn't clear in listing..
- Alistair (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (5/5): Adeqate - Breakfast was adequate. Bed comfy.
Host was nice & informative. Bathroom mirror too high. I could reach it.
I am 5’4”.
No table to sit at & only one chair. Too cluttered. Hard to find anywhere to put one’s necessaries
- Bettie (9/5): We had a lovely quiet break in our journey - Nice quiet area.
Our bed was good. And we had our own, clean facilities.
The English breakfast was excellent
And as soon as we arrived we were offered a great pot of tea and biscuits
- Anthony (9/5): Highly recommended. - The host was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was cooked fresh and plentiful. An excellent stay.
- Simone (10/5): Go there if you are in Maidstone - The lady that owns the house was very interesting to talk with, and she cooked a spectacular english breakfast for me. Everything was very clean and the bed super comfortable.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Lady was very accommodating as I booked late
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Kev (10/5): As above and would definitely stay again - Very cosy, clean, warm and comfortable house. Lively host who was very accommodating and hospitable, lovely cup of tea upon arrival and good conversation too . Nothing
- Julie (8/5): Handy for overnight stay on way to Eurotunnel - Lovely en-suite bedroom
- John (9/5): Ecellent - facilities excellent and Host was very friendly, helpful and courteous nothing
- Shirley (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed with en suite shower room. Towels supplied. Great location for concert in Mote Park. Key safe for easy check in/out. Could do with a better mirror in the shower room for make up and hair please.
- Jacquie (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (8/5): Easy to find, nice room provided with en-suite. - Nice/quiet location, 10 min walk away from the venue. N/A
- Julie (6/5): Pleasant - Quiet location. Friendly landlady. Nice breskfast Parking was a bit tight on the drive with very little space to reverse in or out without using the neighbours drive. Street parking would have been a bit of a walk away.
- Hajduga (8/5): Very good -
- Geoffrey (8/5): Perfect for our needs - The property is located in a quiet street with no through traffic and offers easy access for the Kent Event Centre. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The bed was comfortable. There is a good shower in a decent sized bathroom. Kate was friendly and helpful. Access by car requires some dexterity, no fault of the owner. The council neglected to require a turning bay at the end of the road. If you have anything but a small car getting out of the parking space is time consuming. Fortunately the road is quite and ample other parking space is readily available.
Using a SatNav won’t get you to the front door, despite having the latest maps ours only got us to the end of the road.
- Mickayla (10/5): Welcoming , comfy , homely , lovely hospitality - Beautiful home ,( pictures don’t do it justice ) beautiful location , lovely service , lovely bedroom , very comfy bed , tea / coffee when arrived , brilliant cooked breakfast and asked what we wanted, generally lovely and such a welcoming lovely host.
- Sheree (10/5): Amazing stay, thank you very much for having us xx - Perfect location to mote park for the revival festival, lovely room with en-suite & a lovely host even providing a cooked breakfast in the morning ❤️
- Debbie (7/5): Was okay for one night. - Hostess was nice. Breakfast was hot and filling. Room was clean, as was on suite. Didn’t realise it was a room in someone’s house but that was our error. Trying to get car in and out of road was difficult. You either had to reverse down the road to hostess off road parking or reverse out of off road parking, and then down the street, to get out of street.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): perfect sorry didn’t take photos highly recommend a stay here again. - sited in. beautiful cul de sac the room and en suite were immaculate we were warming greeted made feel welcome. the bed was really comfortable the room was like a boutique room u needed sunglasses in the en-suite it was gleaming. nothing at all it was perfect n great value
- Martin (8/5): Lovely clean and comfortable room perfect for an overnight stay. - Very clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful host who offered us a choice of breakfast options and made us cups of tea and coffee on our arrival. Location very quiet and convenient for A20, Leeds Castle and events at Mote Park. Off road private parking. We were given a front door key as we were returning late from a concert in Mote Park. Nothing really. We didn't rate facilities as excellent only because there were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room but that is not a complaint - we weren't expecting them and didn't need them.
- Elaine (9/5): We were made to feel very welcome and at home . Bed was very comfortable - friendly landlady, made us feel at home and made us tea on arrival.
spotlessly clean and fresh No lock on the door , no bin and pillows at little flat but wouldn’t stop me staying again
- Kim (8/5): Clean and comfortable. Very nice house and friendly hostess - Lovely house, nice hostess, great location for Turkey Mill, very clean and a comfortable bed. Made to feel welcome. No lock on the bedroom door. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as we were expecting some sort of cooked breakfast but was just toast or crumpets and yogurt. Also a bottle of water and glasses in the bedroom would be nice as there are no tea and coffee making facilities.
- Kylei86 (10/5): Warm and comfortable stay - Kate was welcoming and straight to the point. I was shown straight to my room and given my key and then offered a coffee almost immediately, which was nice. The room was bright, airy, and clean with an immaculate en suite shower room. I was staying for a wedding reception but was having trouble ordering a taxi. As it was just down the road, Kate offered to drive me there, which was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! Breakfast was simple and effective (Mediterranean style) fruit pastry yoghurt juice. It's in the name, but it felt like another home from home. The bed was comfortable :) and the shower was great. An overall lovely stay. Thank you! Nothing to report.
- Harrison (8/5): It was comfortable, relaxing and peaceful. - Breakfast was healthy and good. Location is great, in a serene residential setting, away from noise. It's a lovely organised home. Didn't like the fact that I stayed only a night. Next time I'll stay longer. The host, Ms. Kate, is a wonderful lady with a great heart.
- Kat (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Jannette (8/5): Very good -
- Fejsall (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly host and very comfortable, recommended.
