- Kayleigh (8/5): Lovely and refreshing stay. - beautiful property right in the centre of everything you need. The property was clean and warm on arrival. The staff were quick with replying to messages and the process of getting the key was easy and explained well. Very spacious and overall It was a really lovely stay. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family. The only downfall to this property is that the TV does not work properly. No channels on there and none of the apps load. so advise for this to be sorted as we had to purchase a speaker to play music, and anything we wanted to watch had to be watched on our phones.

- Jahi (9/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - A lovely, well-kept property right in the heart of Birmingham. The location is ideal, everything you need is nearby, from shops and restaurants to excellent transport links. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a great stay. I did forget to put the key back in its proper place when checking out, but the host was understanding and communication was smooth throughout. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Overall, the property is in a great location and offers a comfortable space with everything you’d typically need for a stay in Birmingham. However, I did experience a few issues during my visit. Most notably, on the final night, the toilet unfortunately began leaking raw sewage onto the floor, which forced me to leave earlier than planned. I understand the host is aware of this and is actively working to resolve it. Additionally, the fridge/freezer was quite loud and may need replacing. Despite these issues, communication with the host was smooth, and I appreciate their responsiveness in addressing the concerns.

- Sam (1/5): Don't do it - Nothing! I had booked this apartment with 3 weeks notice.
Myself and husband have just got off the train in the middle of birmingham, only to realize my booking had been cancelled at 9am the morning of our stay. I called the number provided only to be greeted by what I can only assume was a drunk, half asleep female. When I asked why this has been cancelled she slurred a response of "it was double booked" -that was all.
I asked when this was cancelled 'like a week ago'
Quite clearly she had cancelled it just this morning as she couldn't be bothered.
The nonchalantness infuriated me. I'd strongly recommend to not even bother
- douglas (9/5): - Amazing

- Catherine (8/5): Clean tidy great location - Great location Shower water was cold
- James (6/5): Clean and tidy room but parking and key collection/drop off may put me off Staying again - Room was clean, tidy and comfortable Key collection was a bit of a pain and not explained until after booking !
Didn’t have hot water in the morning for showering
No tv channels available was disappointing, with only staying one night having to sign into apps seemed a little ott
- Kam (4/5): Location wise it was ideal, however some aspects of the property needs improvement. - The location of property was ideal for what we had planned, only a 3 minute walk to where we needed to be. Having to collect the keys from a shop which was about 5 mins away and having to carry all our luggage there and back, and then having to do this again on checkout. The Fridge was so noisy, kept us up most of the night, even with the living room and bedroom door closed. There was no hot water for a shower! The TV also wasn't working.
- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant enough good location - Bed was comfortable and plenty of space Had to turn heaters off as on when we arrived and the place was too hot especially as it was already hot outside. Bathroom signs of mold on tiles and where the shower screen meets the bath was very dirty. Fridge made a constant noise and there was burn marks on the counter too
- Tanya (8/5): Staff were very kind and apartment had space we could control the heating free wifi altogether felt like home. - In a safe area and clean throughout. Microwave only because after you close it, it’s unsafe when nothings inside.
- Orary (10/5): Spacious and good value for money - Nice and spacious apartment with all the required facilities. Very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again. I can't believe how lucky I got with the location too as the restaurant I was going to was just across the road.
Everything was clean and tidy, and I really liked the set up too. Other apartments I was looking at were a bit too open for me, but this one also came with a hallway which to me made it feel more homely. There is also a communal outdoor space, which I wish I took some time to explore - perhaps next time I'll make my trip longer.
Side note: absolutely loved the bathroom in the apartment, and the big mirrors which made getting ready to go out a lot more doable! The apartment could do with a TV as there wasn't one there

- Kevin (7/5): The apartment has potential if some of the negatives are acknowledged, otherwise you might be a little disappointed - The apartment is a fair size for two people, closely located to the gay village and about ten minutes walk to the city centre.
Despite its lack of a homely feeling and a delay in receiving the code on check in, the apartment has potential if some of the negatives people have pointed out were addressed.
The staff, once able to contact them, are very helpful and friendly.
There are shops and restaurants close by and the Bullring shopping centre is about ten minutes walk.
OK if you’re planning an overnight or weekend break but a longer stay might be taxing if you like the odd home comforts. One of the main things that surprised me (and one mentioned in virtually every review) was the lack of a television. Even the most basic budget accommodations all over the world have a TV. Not so bad if you’re there overnight but any longer it’s a must in my book.
The lack of basic home comforts were obvious such as no lampshades on the ceiling lights, not much in the way of wall art or ornaments, no coffee or side table so a coffee has to be placed on the floor if sitting in the lounge area. Basically, it looks as if someone has just moved out and waiting for the last few bits to be collected.
The fridge sounds like an aircraft about to take off so make sure your bedroom door is closed.
The mattress most definitely is not comfortable. The springs press through the mattress and there are metal bits on the buttons, that connect the springs to the outer mattress, that dig into you all night. I found myself curled into a weird shape to avoid these on my top and bottom halves.
Whilst there are more neg than pos comments here, I want to say that these could be easily resolved by addressing the negs. I’m not sure why they haven’t as they are simple fixes and would up the look and feel of the apartment in my opinion.

- Chris (5/5): Centrally located apartment, perfect for a city visit. - Location excellent.
Check-in okay, once the convenience shop was found to find the key.
Check-out was okay, easy. No plug in the bathroom, unable to take a bath with partner.
I couldn't find any telephone numbers to contact the owners for key location. Local building work made car access more tricky.
Floors made your feet dirty, needs a good floor wash.
Silverfish insects on the bathroom floor at night, quite off putting.
No TV.
Bathroom smelt a bit like "drains".
- Anthony (9/5): -
- Kieran (5/5): Waste of money - Nothing No TV no fridge no cooker
- Sarah (8/5): Great location - Really good location
Easy to get into
Clean
Free tea and coffee (powder milk though) No air and was way too hot and uncomfortable to sleep
Would have liked some shower gel in the bathroom
- WESTMIDSUK (1/5): - Not much at all. Very worn down and tacky The fact that there was 1 hand told no soaps to even wash ur hands in the sink with even though the Bathroom sink was blocked, freezing cold shower which had no seal! Then ongoing after all of this I had personal messages sent through to my phone saying that she's had to go to the extent of getting new locks and what ever else for the whole block and flat... all due to keys not bring handed in on time. Little does she know we was visiting a neighbour very last minute to which we had seen the cleaner enter with her own set. We all know full well if your renting out you have to have atleast 3 sets! 1 as back 1 to hand out and 1 for the cleaner standard. Then to top it off she's going to demand money personally and not through booking.com as and when she can be bothered too after her holiday. Seems to be its a complete scam trying to rip people off, as when money is handed over personally and not through booking.com you can't do a thing about getting it back. Btw the keys where given back she even says the where in her text just wasn't on time apparently 8.30am isn't early enough. Avoid at all cost! Sounds to me as she's grabbing wat she can.
- Kellie (8/5): Good basic apartment. - With a few homely touches it could be a very lovely apartment. Easy communication with nice host. Fridge is very loud, I could hear it from the bedroom. Not really a problem as I switched it off for the night. Needs a smart tv.
