• Guilherme (10/5): Great location, silent, brand new and simple self check in, recommended! - This was the best Apartment we stayed in Japan, everything was new and clean, from bathrooms to kitchen supplies. All the necessary to clean and dry your clothes, great location very close to Yodoyabashi station exit 13, and has elevator, which made getting in and out everyday easy. The ground and walls felt silent so we were more at ease with steps and noise, it was a great stay in Osaka. Because of the cold of January water condensation kept accumlating on the glass door to the varanda, it would pool on the ground, that door was also a bit hard to open and close, but not too troublesome.

• Adarsh (4/5): Not up to the mark. - The place is quite secluded and is surrounded by commercial buildings. There is a motorway which passes just next to the building and there is a restaurant right beneath the place which causes disturbances late night. Also the Access to the building is very cramped and the ventilation is not good enough. It certainly is not an ideal place for families with kids.

• Anna (7/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was great. Great location, too. - Great location, overall quite clean. Communication with the property managers was good too. The instructions should have made it clear that the number at the very end of the address is in fact the apartment/room number and that it was the second floor. We got inside the building and had no idea which apartment/door was ours. Many of the photos we saw when booking were of a different apartment (not the one booked), so were irrelevant and should not have been there. I was expecting the beds as per the photos, but that wasn't the case. Our booking was for three people, yet the cutlery was for two (two spoons, two knives, etc.). That was inconvenient. There was one double bed and one sofa. The sofa was so short, i hadn't realised immediately it was meant to be used for sleeping. I ended up putting my 10 y/o on it, which was fine. But it wouldn't have been ok for an adult (the length is about 150 cm).

• SlntWhspr (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral. Bis zur nächsten Haltestelle ist man knapp 5 Minuten gelaufen. Die Betten waren bequem und man konnte entspannt Wäsche waschen und trocken. Gerne wieder!

Sin luz en la pequeña cocina, tuve que comprar un fluorescente y no me lo pagaron, la wifi nunca llegó en las cinco noches y días que estuvimos hospedados , aunque lo comuniqué y me dieron varias opciones, nunca pudimos acceder, la cama cómoda pero sin espacio para acceder a ella por los lados.

• clement (9/5): - Appartement confortable a deux pas de la station de métro, située entre Umeda et Dotonbori. C'est idéal pour visiter Osaka ! Pas de souci pour les cles, on vous envoie tout par mail ou message, le check in se fait par un site Web, simple et efficace ! Bien qu'il soit a côté de l'autoroute, l'appartement est bien insonorisé !

• Daniel (9/5): Great experiece for my family and I in this accommodation. Recommended. - Spacious and functional space in a central location that is only a short walk from subway stations and all local facilities.
• Maestrado (10/5): Perfect! - We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and they have bath tub where we can plunge after a tiring walk. They also have laundry and the area is spacious for us 3 people

• Shawna (8/5): Very good - They sent a detailed guide in 3 languages to me via the check-in website that explained how to access the code-locked key on the door. I didn’t have to do anything in person with staff and just followed the instructions provided after checking in online. It was really comfortable and well-furnished. I could enjoy a stay like staying at home while on my vacation. It was quiet and private. The location was nicely centered between Umeda and Namba, very exciting areas in Osaka. It’s so close to the subway station, too. The pillow is very soft, so it was a little uncomfortable for me. We had to throw out the trash by ourselves before leaving which is a bit of a hassle, but it’s worth it for the privacy and comfort provided.
