Pusryčiams kambaryje buvo palikta kava, skrebučiai, sviestas, džemas, medus, pienas. Nuostabu. Vaizdas iš balkono nerealus. Apačioje Sofijos restoranas, labai skanus maistas. Jie net pasirūpino gultais pleže, tik mums, viskas taip arti. Rinkomės nakvynei prieš skrydį, netoli oro uostas. 100% rekomenduojam ❤️

• Riccardo (9/5): - Posizione di fronte alla spiaggia, terrazzo, materiale per la colazione e host molto gentile. Come unica pecca, visto che la casa è esposta a est, la mattina entra molta luce e se non si è abituati ci si sveglia all'alba, metterei giusto delle tende più oscuranti.

• Franziska (10/5): - - Perfekt für eine Zwischenübernachtung in Flughafennähe - sehr großzügiges Apartment, alles wie beschrieben, Tolle Ausstattung - Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor Ort - Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermärkte, Strand direkt vor der Tür - Check In total unkompliziert & flexibel - Die Straße direkt vor dem Apartment ist sehr laut, auch nachts, für eine Nacht hat es uns aber nicht gestört - Die Dusche ist zwar groß, aber sehr unpraktisch, dass man das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser setzt. Zudem fanden wir als große Menschen den Eingang zu Dusche und Toilette sehr unpraktisch, wir haben uns hier mehrfach den Kopf gestoßen. Für eine Nacht aber auch voll OK.

• MARTA (3/5): Estancia antes de un vuelo - La amabilidad de la dueña, nos dejó de todo para poder desayunar a la mañana siguiente, y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros. Está a 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Las dos camas individuales son incomodísimas, colchón finísimo que traspasan los muelles, un horror, imposible dormir. Tampoco tiene ningún tipo de persianas, con lo que la luz entra a raudales. La calle a la que dan los ventanales es muy ruidosa, coches pasando toda la noche. El baño es muy incómodo, el wc está dentro de la ducha, y en el lavabo es complicadísimo lavarte la cara de lo pequeño que es.

• Guest (9/5): Fantastic value, great location, large and clean, very pleased - Fantastic location, 15 mins taxi ride (25 Euros) from the Airport but right on the beach with plenty of Tavernas to choose from to eat in the evening. Beach does not have the prettiness of the Islands of course, but for a last day stay before and early flight the next morning, it was perfect. Kids got a last swim in the sea whilst we relaxed in the lovely beach bar (walk right down the beach from the apartment to the end - 5 mins and you'll see it. Fantastic club sandwich). We were left a large beer, juices, coffee facilities, shampoo & shower gel to use which was very welcome and completely unexpected for the price. Very easy key pickup - there's a key box but the owner was waiting when we arrived as they own the Taverna below. She showed us around, gave us the key, and booked a taxi for our early departure the next morning. Great service. Everything was clean, well presented and comfortable. Brilliant value for what you get and ideal for a family or couple. Lots of space. Nothing

• Laura (9/5): This was perfect for my family of 8 and we would be happy to stay again! - Great location with a beautiful view and the proprietor is amazing! Very kind and welcoming. One of the rooms got a lot of street light throughout the night. The windows were covered so nobody could see in, but it would help if curtains were added.

Есть снеки, чай и т.д. если совсем нет с собой ничего. Кухня оборудована утварью. Плиты нет, если что, есть микровволновка. ДО аэропорта ехать 5 минут на машине.

• Janette (10/5): Perfect stay in large studio at the sea! - The studio was very big and had everything we needed, also a little breakfast. Sophia waited for us when we arrived in the evening, even when there was a key box. Parking the car behind the studio was also very convienient. The location is perfect for an early flight from Athens airport. We had a lovely walk at the beach and there are shops, restaurants and bakeries a few steps away. Thank you Sophia!

Und das dazugehörige Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben in Griechenland noch nie so einen guten Salat gegessen. Aber auch alles andere war lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• parent (7/5): Pratique pour reprendre un vol le lendemain - Établissement en face de la mer, tres près de l'aeroport et du centre d'artemida. La dame nous a bien aidé à trouver des solutions car c etait en pleine greve des bateaux, des taxis. Un monsieur très gentil, avec un bon rire nous a emmene à l aeroport le lendemain. Appartement très pratique pour 1 nuit ou 2.. vue sur la mer. Attention les photos laissent croire qu il y a une chambre séparée et un couchage dans le salon. Nous ,nous avons eu une pièce avec 2 lits corrects et 2 divans lits inconfortables.sans aucune séparation. Les photos ne correspondent pas au logement qu on nous a donné. La surprise à été un peu désagréable au début mais heureusement nous étions avec des amis de longue date avec qui nous avions déjà cohabites sur le chemin de Stevens. Néanmoins, du coup, le rapport qualité pris n est pas très bon. Et bizarrement 82 pour la 1ere nuit 99 pour la 2eme. Le petit déjeuner est très restreint

Die Lautstärke der Straße, wo nachts extrem viele und laute gefahren sind. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit den beiden Metall Betten. Die Matratzen waren leider sehr dünn und man hat jede feder gemerkt. Ich denke hier sollte man nachbessern bei dem Preis.

• Martine (6/5): - L'accueil sympathique de la propriétaire et son aide ; elle nous a réservé le taxi pour l'aéroport à un prix bien correct (25€). Le nécessaire pour prendre un petit-déjeuner (biscottes, café, thé, confitures, miel...) Les tavernes en face en bord de plage. Il est noté une chambre dans la description or il n'y a qu'une seule pièce avec 3 lits une place et un canapé lit (pas très confortable). Dans la salle d'eau, la douche s'écoule jusqu'aux toilettes, ce qui rend leur accès compliqué ensuite. Il semblait de plus y avoir des problèmes d'évacuation des toilettes avec des remontées peu agréables ! A noter également des escaliers assez raides et une circulation un peu bruyante.

Bella vista e di grandezza - La struttura si trova in una buona posizione rispetto all’aeroporto. 15 minuti max se il tassista è corretto. Va bene per una notte tra un volo e l’altro. Ha tutto il necessario per la notte e la colazione. Si potrebbe migliorare il letto e pure il bagno.

Reminded me of my mother who lovingly enjoyed feeding and pleasing people. Sofia is to replace darker shades with lighter colors to keep temperatures cool! Great job!!!
• Leanne (7/5): Great view, but such a weird toilet and shower set-up. - The view of the beach across the road is the best part of the apartment. The balcony was large and nicely furnished. There are various restaurants centimetres from the beach sand. I didn’t use them, but they were facilities to use such as a coffee maker and microwave. I discovered a supermarket about a 5-10 min walk on the same side of the road a little further on from the restaurants. The manager of the property was very nice and helpful. The apartment I stayed in had its toilet in the same area as the shower recess, which is very weird! So when having a shower all the water (and any hair if washing your hair) run towards the toilet where the drain is in the corner (yuk!) This means that no-one would be able to go to the toilet after someone had a shower without having to walk on a wet floor. Therefore it is a slipping hazard -not good. After having a shower in the evening the floor was dry in the morning. The black shelving unit near the hand basin (in an adjoining area) where my clean towels were placed on had a layer of dust on it. The couches in the apartment were futons which were not as comfortable as normal couches. One of the single beds that was made up had very obvious springs in the mattress. I could feel one of the springs when sitting on it. It was comfortable enough to sleep, but I think it needs replacing. On arrival the floor felt a little dirty underfoot when I was in bare feet. The TV remote wouldn’t work when trying to turn off the TV, hence I had to pull the plug of the TV out of the power point to turn it off. Now I know why I couldn’t turn the TV on at the start of my stay and then had to ask the manager for help. The restaurant linked to the apartments was a bit hit and miss with the food.

• robert (9/5): Surprise highlight of our holiday to Greece! - We booked Seashell apartment just a day before arrival as we had a stopover at Athens airport, and didn't want to be sitting there for hours. Sophie was there to greet us when our taxi dropped us off, and she also helped me avoid the "supplement" the unscrupulous taxi driver was trying to charge us (***NB - If taking a taxi from Athens airport, make sure you agree the fare first. Don't just rely on the meter as drivers often try to charge unreasonable supplements eg for taking normal luggage. Our driver also took a longer route than necessary***) Anyway, we didn't have massive expectations of the place, as the price was really low, but the apartment was fantastic for our needs - huge, comfortable and super-clean, if not perhaps exactly deluxe. Sophie also has a great taverna - Stavros Tavern - which has tables on the beach over the road. Lovely staff. Great food. Excellent price. All in all this was one of the nicest experiences on our trip to Greece. What a lovely surprise!!!! The fact that we only had about 06hours there!

• Alessandra (8/5): Comoda soluzione vicina all’aeroporto. Balcone vista mare stupendo! - Bellissimo balcone vista mare. Appartamento grande e host molto gentile e disponibile, sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Vicino ci sono tantissimi ristoranti. Una chicca la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde che per noi italiani è un grande plus! Noi siamo stati solo una notte per dormire la sera prima della ripartenza in aereo ed è un’ottima soluzione. Il bagno non è comodissimo in quanto doccia e wc sono nella stessa zona quindi dio la doccia il pavimento è tutto bagnato. I materassi potrebbero essere più comodi. Strada molto trafficata anche di notte, ma non è di certo colpa dell’appartamento.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat sogar bis Mitternacht auf unsere verspätete Fährankunft gewartet, um uns den Schlüssel zu übergeben, und uns gleich Tipps gegeben, wo wir um diese Uhrzeit noch gut essen können. Rundum top!

• Małgorzata (8/5): Good stay close to the beach - A well-equipped apartment with a beautiful sea view. Located next to the street, within walking distance of restaurants and the beach, and close to a market. Clean, with a spacious balcony, the property provides a coffee machine, tea, water, towels, and small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Due to personal preferences (family with children), we might not choose this location for a long stay, but for one or two nights it's great. It's also perfect for a group of friends looking for entertainment and easy access to everything. A big plus: a very friendly hostess and a great, sandy beach. This wasn't a problem for us and didn't affect our rating, but it can be noisy as the street is quite busy.
