Una critica constructiva:Quizás no tiene ascensor. Pero no es un tramo grande de escaleras. Faltan menaje de cocina. La cama de matrimonio tiene una parte más endeble q es demasiado tierna. Demasiada luz en dormitorios
• graham (9/5): Very clean, well located, value for money holiday flat. - Excellent location giving great access to main sites and area over the river. Easy walk to bus station for access to and from the airport. Spacious flat with plenty of storage space. Clean and tidy, well located town flat. Occasionally noisy as people leave the two local bars very late at night. Nice if there were some more clothes hangers and a tea towel to dry dishes

• OLIVIER (8/5): Tes bien malgré tout car les hôtes sont réactifs si il y a des demandes - L'emplacement et l'ensemble de l'appartement en général... La facilité pour l'arrivée le premier jour. La réactivité des hôtes lorsque nous avons demandé quelque chose... Compte tenu du fait qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle, il faudrait équiper le logement de plus de couvert et de vaisselle... Sinon ça ne sert pas à grand chose... Pas assez de chaises lors de notre arrivée et une en très mauvais état donc inutilisable...( vite corrigé par les hôtes) Porte de la salle de bain dont la poignée était très fragile à notre arrivée et dont l'état s'est empirée pendant le séjour.

• Hui (7/5): The instruction to get into the apartment should be simple. - The place is close to town center The instruction to get into the apartment is very complicated. We are a group of 4 and only gave a set of keys.

Unos escalones peligrosos, el de la salida-entrada al baño y para acceder al apartamento. La escalera de acceso al apartamento esta un poco descuidada y oscura. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso y funcionaba cuando quería. Parece que algún huesped anterior lo tocó y desprogramó.

No funciono en ningún momento el agua caliente y el aire acondicionado funciono bien el primer día y se apagó, no sé si fue que lo desconectan pero como el departamento era fresco no nos complicamos lo del agua caliente si nos molestó debe haber un control de calidad antes de entregar un departamento sobre todo cuando se trata de una empresa que dirige.

• John (10/5): Loved it. - Loved it. Well located. Gets a bit noisy on the street at night but nothing too much. The management company didn't repair lights in the stairwell so it was dark and dangerous at night.

I was woken early by noises from the flat above on the hard tiled floors and could even hear drawers being opened and chairs moved st 0730. As below...Good and not so good

• Nijaz (1/5): Great locatio but bad condition internally - Indeed we appreciate the fact that we were allowed to check in more then one hour earlier. Also the owner was fast responsive however the condition inside was so bad that we had no lust to ask for any amendments. We just wanted to use our last two days in Seville so didn’t want or have time to bother with fixing the apartment. Lastly we really liked the location of the apartment as it’s within walking distance to all major city sites. Real condition was far from what was shown in the photos. The walls are extremely dirty and at some places more yellow than white. The furniture is totally outdated and obviously very much used past 10-20 years. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom are in bad shape. Dishes very old and faded from use. The kitchen appliances are really old models, which is not so much a problem as the fact that they have been used for years, so they are not the most functional or completely clean. The toilet is a separate story: there is no key, so you cannot get to lock yourself to have full privacy while you are in the toilet. The faucet in the shower is so worn out that the handle for turning off the water fell off after like a million times before on thousands of other faucets I just turned the handle to run hot water. After that, showering was no longer possible. We found only two small towels in the apartment, and that's all we had as a family for our two-day stay. The crib for the baby was brought on time, but we found it without a mattress. The owner did call to ask if we needed a mattress for the crib or more towels, but we didn't want to spoil the last two days of our tour of Andalusia by waiting for towels or a mattress. All in all, realistically, we were very disappointed. We hope that the owner will personally enter this apartment as soon as possible so that he can see what kind of condition it is in and what kind of apartment it is letting out to guests. We hope that this will force him to renovate this apartment from the ground up, because with its location, it has huge potential.

• Viet (9/5): Spacious apartment, very good location - If you drive then there is 24h carpark (5 mins walk) from the apartment, which is very convenient for us. The whole day parking (over night) is ~20Eur. For most part of central Seville, you can walk easily from the apartment. Many options for foods, restaurants nearby.

NOTE: there are are 2 places in Seville and surrounding area with the same address. we were not made aware of this and when we called from the roadside to clarify directions the staff person was patronizing.
