• Christer (10/5): Vi har haft fina dagar i Marbella och denna lägenheten får högsta betyg av oss. - Området där lägenheten finns är väldigt centralt och bra. Nära till bra frukostställen. En mycket fin och välskött lägenhet med allt som du behöver, underbar balkong med havsutsikt. Nära till strandpromenaden och nära till mataffär. Smidigt att ta sig till och från lägenheten. Mycket trevlig värd som mötte oss och visade oss runt i lägenheten.
• CARMEN MARIA (10/5): - El apartamento es fabuloso, todo de diseño, muy cuidado y limpio. La cama muy cómoda. Dispone de todo lo necesario para unos días de relax, pequeños electrodomésticos, vajilla, material de limpieza, etc. La ubicación es excelente y las vistas son una maravilla.

• Calvin (10/5): Great sea views on the promenade in Marbella! - We liked everything! The location and amazing seaview - with direction access to the promenade was so nice! The apartment was one of the best equipped places we have stayed with everything you could need. Very clean and new- all appliances and dishes were nice and new. We stayed for a week and wished we’d stayed longer!! We liked everything!!

• Lydia (9/5): Einfach wunderbar - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefällt. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Das Bett ist bequem , die Dusche hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage an der Promenade ist absolut perfekt. Ein überaus netter und zuvorkommender Manager Enrique. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Vielen herzlichen Dank Enrique für deine Hilfe! Wenn jemand, so wie ich, Asthma hat, kann der Rauch vom Grill im naheliegenden Strandrestaurant störend sein und das Benutzen vom schönen Balkon unmöglich machen. Das ist einziges, was nicht perfekt war.

• Margaret (10/5): Fantastic - Everything!! Enrique the host was brilliant at communicating beforehand, met us on arrival to show us how everything worked. I felt the apartment looked bigger when we got there than it looked in the photos. Spotlessly clean, plenty of stuff left for washing dishes or laundry if we needed to. Also two complimentary Waters, Beers & Cokes in the fridge. Some basic condiments also. View from Balcony was gorgeous. We had rain 4 days while we were there so only got to use the balcony at short intervals but views of people passing on the promenade were great indicator of how wet or warm it was at any time, very entertaining!! We asked for late checkout for a night flight & Enrique told us just to leave the keys on the counter & pull the door behind us....That was so kind of him, allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our last (and only sunny day at the beach) One folding beach chair and two beach towels provided came in very handy. There's also a beach parasol but we didn't use it. We will definitely return to this property again, it's excellent!! Absolutely nothing

• Guillermo (10/5): Prefiero quedarme en el departamento que recorrer Marbella. - El departamento nuevo. En una linda y agradable zona. Con una decoración moderna, a pasos de la playa y para recorrer la ciudad. Con una hermosa vista hacia el mar mediterráneo. Balcón para poder desayunar y poder apreciarla. Estaba provisto de todo lo necesario y más. Desde coca cola, aguas y cervezas en la heladera, como de cápsulas de café, infusiones, jabón para la lavadora, suavizante.. Aire acondicionado tanto en la habitación como en el estar. Super silenciosos. Enrique se comunica por whats app dias antes, te proporciona las llaves en el edificio y te da la información que necesites.. Check in muy temprano ( a las 12:00) Genial!!! y el Checa out hasta las 12:00/12:30 Genial!!! Supermercado al cruzar la calle. Me sentí muy a gusto. Super recomendable!!! Difícil estacionar en la calle. No tiene costo. Tendrás que armarte de paciencia para encontrarlo. El ruido de las sopladoras de hojas por la mañana...
• Petty (10/5): Beautiful apartment with a sea view - The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and everything is brand new. The location is perfect, right by the sea, with plenty of nice restaurants around and just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! The bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable, and there was no big mirror, just small in the bathroom.

• Isabelle (10/5): Un joli appartement vue mer avec accès direct plage - Merci à Enrique pour son accueil. L’appartement est entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de bonne qualité. Très bonne literie. Un gros plus est l’accès direct à la plage, aux restaurants et à la promenade en bord de mer.
• Michelle (10/5): - Everything! This little apartment has literally everything you could ever need, even beach towels and a beach bag. Fully equipped kitchen and a good coffee machine. Lovely towels and bedding. It was all very clean. The sea view is so nice for morning coffee on the balcony. Very safe and secure apartment and in a great location for lots of bars and restaurants. We hired bikes one day and cycled to Puerto Banús which was all along the seafront. Enrique the host is super friendly and helpful also. Only thing that would have been great is a full length mirror. Also some noise from the corridors on the weekend evenings, but didn't last long. Nothing! Loved it

It was spotless and had everything we needed The pool is basic but this doesn’t really matter as it is on the sea front anyway

Perfect location, amenities were great and there was everything provided you could possibly need- even down to a UK adaptor! The apartment was really modern and spotlessly clean, Enrique was great at communication and met us to show us around. Close to everything and with a lovely view just a great place to stay to see Marbella. Slight issue with the water being off one morning but Enrique was able to advise us quickly what was going on and it was related to works in the apartment block. It was resolved really quickly and didn’t affect us really as we were out all day- no negatives at all of this property!!!
