Eugenia (1/5): Attenzione - La casa era sporca, piatti e stoviglie sporche, bagno sporco con tracce di escrementi, pavimento sporco con polvere e residui, chiazze di cibo sul muro. Nessuno ci ha aspettato per il check in nonostante fossimo nell’orario di check in e nessuno è venuto quando siamo andati via. Appena arrivati, ho immediatamente contattato la proprietaria e Booking per segnalare i problemi di sporcizia della casa. Viaggiando con i miei genitori di una certa età, avrei gradito o una pulizia della casa o un rimborso per la notte successiva per spostarci in un’atra struttura. Non è stato fatto niente per risolvere la situazione. Quando siamo andati via, la proprietaria ha detto che avevamo danneggiato la casa, cosa assolutamente non vera, chiedendo un risarcimento danni e inviando messaggi di insulti gravi e minacce su whatsapp, e facendomi una brutta recensione. In ogni caso, tutto è stato registrato e la situazione era già stata segnalata a booking il primo giorno.
