Important Information
Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.
Early check-in (if available) is an extra £35 and needs to be requested in good time prior to arrival. There is CCTV outside of the property. Any attempts to disconnect or obscure it will result in terminating the booking and immediate vacating of the property. ID and security deposit of GBP400 required prior to providing check-in details. Late check-out fee (60 min after check-out time) is half the cost of the previous night. Check-out time will be measured as the time when the key is returned to its collection point. Delays of more than 120min will incur one extra night charge. Two towels per guest are provided as part of the booking, extra towels used are charged at £5 per towel. No person other than the guests indicated in the booking are allowed to enter the property at any one time. Additional guests are charged at £30 per person per night after the second guest, as per our pricing policy. Undeclared visitors and / or guests will be treated as additional guests (for the entire duration of the booking) and will incur £50 administrative fee and 3.9% payment processor fee.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

They kept me informed all the way sent me messages.Asked if everything was.Ok , if we needed anything , just let them know That we couldn't sit out round the back in the garden because it was a bit wet raining of and on
- Balazs (2/5): Not recommended. - Untidy and dirty rooms, spider webs on the ceiling and corners on the wall, moldy bathroom (see pictures).
In reality the property was overall very different (in a negative way) from what is seen on the photos advertised.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was sent before check in to make it easy once they arrived. If i had any questions i messaged and manuel replied quickly and answered them fully for me.
- Mounir (8/5): Nice short stay in an easily accessible and comfortable facility. - Nice Kitchen, Living room and Bedroom. Heater system functions well and heats up fast as had to be activated upon arrival.
Garden looked nice but did not profit from it.
Nice to have a private parking but sometimes neighbors block it. There was an issue with the toilet. It was not easy to flush, especially poo-poo. Had to use a bucket. Should maybe think of adding a hose?
Not much choice in terms of breakfast. Could be easily made more welcoming and much better with little more investment.
The Living Room Curtains didn't actually completely close. So not much privacy.

- Sara (8/5): Good stay; clean property; excellent location - however agent not very accommodating - The property is lovely and cannot fault it - very spacious. The location was great and parking was also convenient. All amenities available in the kitchen. The agent was quite abrupt, as I requested to check out 1.5 hours later due to my meetings and he/she profusely refused without considering my request. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were awful.
