Micah (10/5): Beautiful and very luxurious apartment - Everything. The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures with luxurious furnishings in the living room, bedroom and kitchen alike. The location is great, and the host was extremely nice and proactive. The concierge Alain is very amiable and helpful. Also for the comfort and quality of the apartment, i think it is great value for money. I absolutely love everything about the place and will make it my go to place for my family get away in Douala. There were too many tiny cockroaches from the kitchen cabinet area, which I presumed could be because the place has been without occupancy for a while. A simple spraying should take care of that as the apartment is very neat and clean. Another thing is that you have to pay for your own electricity. Averagely it cost about 5,000frs a day if you are using all three ACs and refrigerator. So one has to budget about 30,000frs a day which in my opinion, is still very great value for the standard of the place.
