• Heidi (10/5): Perfect place to stay with family in Florence - What an amazing place, location and host!! We loved our stay at Casa Gloria. Gloria could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We had an easy check-in despite being delayed on our train. The apartment is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Beds are great, bathrooms are great and it's just such a perfect location. Close enough to the sites, but quieter and in a local neighborhood with great restaurants, cafes and bars. We will definitely return. Do not hesitate, this is the perfect place to stay with family in Florence!!! Nothing!

• Jodine (10/5): Conveniently located to everything in Florence. Very walkable! A true haven after a day out in Florence! - Very comfortable. Easy to use. It looked brand new but was old. Charming. The parking area was watched over by some men that claimed to be protecting your car….they wanted to be paid. They were kind enough but if I had been alone, I would have been uncomfortable.

• Andrew (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. As well as being really nice in itself it’s situated in an area with a good ch - It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a quiet location but within walking distance of just about everything you were likely to want to visit.
• Megan (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a convenient location - We really enjoyed our stay. Gloria was so welcoming and had great recommendations. The space was beautiful and the beds were comfy. Everything we wanted to see was within a 15 min walk from the apartment.
• Kamila (10/5): Comfortable, well-located, wonderful host. - Gloria was an exceptional host -- she was at the property to meet us, and had excellent suggestions about where to eat. She was also very responsive to messages, and extremely kind in accommodating our check-out time. There was a Lavazza coffee maker with plenty of capsules for our stay and all the essentials (pans, olive oil, salt and pepper etc) we needed to cook a meal the one night we stayed in. The apartment was very comfortable (including the mattresses) and well located -- it's a 15 minute walk to the tourist centre while having the feel of a neighbourhood filled with wonderful restaurants. We had coffee every morning at Manly, just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Already dreaming about returning to Florence and staying in Gloria's apartment again. The hot water ran out at night after one of our party took an extremely long shower, so that may be something to keep an eye on if you're travelling with people who take endless showers. But that was just a minor inconvenience -- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone.
• Diane (7/5): A good value for two couples - The space was nice for 2 couples traveling together. Both bedrooms having private bathrooms, although one bathroom was very tiny. Having a washer and dryer was great. The apartment was not very clean,the trash from a previous guest was left and there was hair in the bathroom drawers. The towels were of poor quality and there were not a sufficient number for four adults. There was no dishwashing soap. The stairs were kind of a hassle with our large luggage.Location not the greatest, it was a fairly long walk to most sites.

• Patricia (10/5): Perfect quiet place to stay in Florence. - We were travelling with friends and we all think this is an excellent apartment. The location was great, parking right in front of the apartment (out of the ZTL), walking distance to some wonderful restaurants, shops and grocery stores, and about a ten minute walk to get the the historic center of Florence. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are two large bedrooms with king beds and attached private bathrooms; a lovely great room with sofa, arm chairs, dining table and well stocked kitchen. In addition there is a loft and laundry room with washer and dryer. Our hostess, Gloria, was exceptional! She met us at check in, answered all our questions and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. I got sick during our stay and she even went to the pharmacy and brought me medicine! We highly recommend Apartment Florence and would definitely stay here again.

• Mary (10/5): A+++ all the way around. - This apartment was one of the highlights of Florence. Our host, Gloria, met us to hand over the keys and familiarize us with the apartment. There was a helpful book with all the pertinent information (WiFi password, phone numbers, restaurants) we might need She was super helpful. The apartment was nicely decorated and cozy. Two generous sized bathrooms made it perfect for four people and the in-unit washer/dryer was great. One of the things we loved the most was staying in a neighborhood. We felt like we were part of the city, not just visitors. We walked to excellent restaurants for dinner every night. It was also very walkable to the Ufizzi, the David and other must-see attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and anyone else visiting Florence.

Gloria warmly welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour, and made sure we were familiar with how everything worked. She also shared valuable tips about the best local spots, including grocery stores and restaurants, and even provided helpful advice on taxis. The apartment itself is gorgeous—spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its location is perfect, close to all major attractions and in a safe neighborhood. Gloria went above and beyond, even arranging wine-tasting reservations for us after we had moved on to our next destination. Staying at Apartment Florence was truly the highlight of our trip, thanks in large part to Gloria’s hospitality. If we’re lucky enough to visit Florence again, we’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

• Stephen (10/5): Book this place, it is great. - It is such a wonderful, tastefully appointed apartment with all the extras you need. The two beautiful bedrooms with ensuites and a lovely lounge with artworks make for a comfortable stay. Lots of local restaurants, bars and shops. And Gloria our host was so helpful and welcoming. Nothing really although it is a 20 minute walk into the main attractions but you can take a taxi or a bus.
• William (10/5): Very comfortable spot just south of the Arna! - Beautiful apartment and close walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Great restaurants around, very comfortable and clean, and our hosts were very informative and friendly. Parking can be difficult to find, it's a popular area. We stayed over the weekend and the automobile garage next door was closed, but when we checked out on Monday there was a bit of noise from them.

You are in good hands. - Gloria was a dream, the place was immaculate and perfect walking distance from all of the magic that Florence has to offer. Gloria went above and beyond, even helping me pick something romantic out at the grocery store beforehand. She is not only a good host but a good guide and a good person. She is like going to Florence and having Virgilio by your side. You will never be lost. Only that I didn't get to spend more time there and hang out with Gloria more.
• Rich (9/5): Great place to stay! - This apartment was perfect. Great location to walk everywhere, close to all the bridges. The owner greeted us and was great. The only downside. The dryer is not vented and has a moisture reservoir. If you do not know that, the dryer will shut off and your clothes will not dry. We figured it out by pulling the moisture cartridge, emptied it, put it back in and the dryer worked perfectly. Either the cleaner forgot to empty it or the renters need to be made aware of it.

• Gloria (10/5): This was a lovely apartment for 3 of us to feel a touch of belonging to this beautiful city. - The location was wonderful. Food was not included but recommendations were made as to local places to eat. We enjoyed the diversity of restaurants and how delicious they universally were. The apartment had room enough for the 3 of us to hang out and spend time together. The light was great. We felt part of a community and not surrounded by tourists. No hand rail coming up and down the stairs.

Availability of a washing machine is identified in the apartment advert however there isn’t a washing machine present in the apartment.

The apartment was perfect and recently renovated. She thought of everything even down to some baby food in case we were short for our grandson. The apartment was very well equipped for a family visiting Florence Nothing. There were no negatives

The pictures on the website do not do justice at all and every aspect of this apartment is insta worthy! I will absolutely come back here whenever we are in Florence!

The host is very friendly with good recommendations for the stay. Rooms are clean and beautifully styled. Curtains and some small appliances (toilet paper holder) are not fully screwed to the wall and came loose.

When my toddler got motion sickness on a 10 hour flight and threw up all over us, ability to check in early and shower because essential and the hosts were incredibly accommodating! The apartment has everything you need and is a short walk to all the main sights. Make sure to try the restaurant downstairs!

• Wayne (10/5): This is a hidden gem of an apartment in Florence! You won’t be disappointed! - The apartment is in a lovely location not far from the Amerigo Vespucci bridge. Newly refurbished this apartment has everything you will need. It was immaculate with WI-FI, LCD TV’s, Aircon. mezzanine Floor. Our host was excellent and was extremely friendly and helpful. We were attending a wedding so even arranged for an iron and steamer for us to prepare our outfits after traveling! There wasn’t anything to dislike
