• Sharron WW (10/5): Perfect in every way - We loved the room. It was the ground floor room. It was so clean, bright and comfy with everything you could need including a washing machine and extras left for us by the manager. The location was perfect with both ports, the town and the main street within 2 mins walk There was nothing not to like. There is a taverna outside of one of the windows but it wasn't loud and had live Greek music every night, it was lovely

• Marieta (9/5): Very nice and clean, value for money place, right at the center of Skiathos city. - The location is great! Value for money, right in the center of the island capital. Easily accessible from the port. All the amenities described in Booking were indeed present. The little alley in front of the house is very quite but at the same time there are a lot of taverns, cafes, bars, bakery etc. within 3 min walk. There is no balcony or yard so maybe I would not choose it for summer as the beach towels and bathing suits would need some sun and open air to dry. There is space and drying ropes in the bathroom but still not so easy. Also, the window is at the level of the road and someone could feel a bit exposed.

• Anonymous (5/5): Served a purpose. - In perfect location but difficult to get to with heavy luggage. Did not really live up to the photographs. Was very small and a little claustrophobic for me, but I accept that it was probably what I should have expected for the cost.

In a lovely location in the old town which is so pretty If you are older (as we are!!!) the stairs into the property are very steep and difficult with suitcases

The manager/ owner went way out of his way to check me in extra early on an extremely hot day. He also insisted on helping with my luggage & took care of arranging my taxi. I travel around the world, no one ever has made sure my luggage got to my taxi 2 blocks away, amazing service Nothing
• Elena (9/5): Superb - We had a very good communication with our host witch was very attentive of our needs. He gave as some recommendations for good restaurants in the area, he offered us for free coffee and cookies. Also, in the fridge we found 2 big watter bottles, butter and marmalade. We discover in the bathroom that our guest provided us washing machine detergent. A very good location in the center of the city, very near to the port. A lot of noise and cigarette smoke from the nearby taverna Alexandros, who put a table against one of the room's windows.

In the kitchen there even is oil, vinager, salt, sugar, tea. Thank you for the coffee, cold mineral water and biscuits. It is very well situated close to the ferry boat, city centre and walking area near the sea. The host was very helpful, very responsive and gave us many useful recommendations for places to eat and to go. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend it.
