Egor (1/5): My worst experience on Booking - To be honest, I didn't like anything. Well, I guess it could have been worse. They ruined my weekend. In order: 1. To start with, the listing provided false location information. The real address is Stragite 17, and in reality, the apartment is farther from the ski lift and is located in a half-abandoned former hotel building. There were no signs, so I had to spend a lot of time just trying to find the apartment. 2. It was VERY COLD inside. I had to sleep in my clothes because the heaters couldn’t handle the cold. Apparently, since it's a half-abandoned hotel with almost no guests, the place just doesn't get warm. 3. The water heater had a very small capacity, so I couldn't even take a proper shower. I was hoping to warm up in the shower, but that turned out to be a mistake, of course. I have never had such a bad experience with accommodations booked through Booking.com. I have traveled to different countries and cities, but I have never experienced anything this bad before. They ruined my weekend—I was hoping to go skiing, but instead, I spent half the night freezing and struggling to fall asleep. The next day, I left because it was simply impossible to stay there. I was honestly very upset about this. 1/10.
