- De Pedro (6/5): - Queremos resumirle de manera clara y sincera nuestra impresión tras la estancia en su apartamento, así como los motivos de nuestra valoración para la agencia a través de la cual hicimos la reserva.
En primer lugar, queremos destacar que **la ubicación es excelente** y que, en cuanto a **distribución y servicios**, el apartamento resulta cómodo y bien equipado. Sin embargo, **hay varios aspectos que nos han causado bastante insatisfacción** y creemos importante mencionarlos. **1. Ruido y descanso:**
El nivel de ruido es realmente alto, lo que hizo imposible dormir la primera noche. Al día siguiente tuvimos que comprar tapones para poder descansar algo mejor. El **aislamiento acústico** es claramente insuficiente. A esto se suma que los **estores dejan pasar mucha luz desde primera hora**, lo que hace que el descanso sea complicado incluso con tapones.
No son dos baños. Hay un baño diminuto con ducha, que no cabe ni uno bien y el otro la bañera y el lavabo bien , pero no tiene nada más que una lavadora al otro lado.
**2. Limpieza:**
Aunque a simple vista parecía correcta, al mirar con algo más de detalle encontramos varios fallos: unos **calcetines marrones debajo de la mesa de la televisión**, **polvo en la lámpara negra del comedor** y en la **mesa del mismo**. Creemos que la **limpieza necesita revisarse más a fondo** antes de entregar el apartamento.
**3. Almohadas:**
Nos pareció muy incómodo disponer solo de una **almohada pequeña (40x40) por persona y muy plana**, además de ser de plumas. Entendemos que, si es por motivos de lavado, se limiten las medidas, pero consideramos que **debería haber al menos dos por persona**. La solución improvisada de poner los cojines del sofá en fundas no fue adecuada, ya que resultaban demasiado duros.
4. Los dos baños que se qnu
**4. Atención del personal:**
Por último, queremos mencionar la **actitud de Julia**, tanto en la llegada como en la salida. Fue, sinceramente, **seca, poco amable y nada colaboradora**. No mostró disposición a ayudar, ni una sonrisa, ni un mínimo esfuerzo por facilitar la comunicación. Cuando preguntamos por un supermercado, por ejemplo, su respuesta fue escueta y con gesto de fastidio. En un alojamiento turístico, la atención personal marca una gran diferencia, y en este caso **fue claramente negativa**.
En resumen, aunque el apartamento tiene potencial y una ubicación privilegiada, **estos detalles afectan mucho a la experiencia general**.
