• David (9/5): Happy stay at Black Beach Village - A family property in a good location. Very clean and comfortable. Next door to Mamas food if arranging transport. Not a negative but this is a basic room with outdoor space so don't be expecting sea views or similar.
• George (8/5): Tranquil grounds, relaxing stay. - Very beautiful grounds. Located right behind the fancy hotels in a quite clean neighborhood. Nice room with a balcony. Easy access to Perissa and Perivolos beaches. Don't miss Mama's food, which is literally next door.

• Michele (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Very much ‘simply Greek’. The staff were super friendly, flexible and really helpful!
• Dragos (9/5): Cute - Offers nice, tiny house like rooms inside a traditional looking house. The AC units were a bit old but worked to cool the room off which is a must. Also, the accomodation is situated in a very nice spot close to both a bus station and the beach. Next to the location there is a small restaurant unrelated to the accomodation but thier prices are better than other form Perissa with good portion and good taste. No reception or similar place so you have to call a phone number (clearly posted on the propriety fence) in Greece upon arrival.

• Amanda (9/5): Beautiful accommodation in Perissa - The location was perfect - 10 minutes to the beachfront and 5 minutes to the bus stop that gets you to Fira. It was a lovely accommodation that was extremely aesthetic as well. Communication was clear with the host responding to my messages quickly. -
• Brya (10/5): Incredible stay and would definitely stay again - The location was incredible, right in the centre of Perissa, plus a 3 minute walk to the famous black sand beach !!! The staff were incredibly friendly and always easy to get ahold of, check in and check out were seamless !!
• Agne (10/5): Cozy stay close to the the Perissa beach. - The room was airconditioned, nice and clean. Really liked the hard mattress in the bed. Beach was very close so there was no need for a pool. Well accessible with public transport. Google didn't find the location very well.

We only didn't like the beach close to the hotel which of course is not the hotel's fault. Found the beach too open and the sea had big wa es which didn't deter others but it did me...

I specially loved the little private garden behind my room, there was even a little hammock :) As I said everything was perfect. Just beware of the air conditioner, for it's very effective and it's easy to catch cold if temperature's set too low.
