Guest (10/5): Wohlfühlwohnung mit toller Aussicht in idealer Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. - Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung "Eule" eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine große, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussicht vom Balkon Richtung Ortler, der Pool und z. B. auch der Fernsehsessel. Obwohl sehr ruhig gelegen, ist die Lage zentral, das heißt, die Talstation der Bergbahn und der Bahnhof Rabland sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vinschgau-Radweg führt fast am Haus vorbei. Gaststätten sind in der Nähe und Brötchen gibt es beim Bäcker im Spar, gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Z. B. mit Fahrrädern oder zweitem Hausschlüssel.
Jan (10/5): Great apartment near to Merano, quiet and comfortable. Recommended! - It is very cosy apartment in a common house with small but well furnished kitchen, quality furniture, comfortable beds and great mountain view. The place is quiet and few hunderts of meters is authentic pizzeria. To Merano center is only 15 minutes drive. Hiking trails are close to the house without any need of driving. Bathroom is just next to the bedroom and if you are a bit sensitive, you hear everything what your partner does there :)
René (10/5): Perfect apartment to enjoy the environment! - It's a very spacious apartment with a big balcony overlooking the valley and the mountains. Well equipped, everything you need is there. Great place for exploring the environment for hiking or biking. The swimming pool is an excellent place to cool down after a hot day. Very calm and quiet to relax! Not a problem for us but there are some stairs to climb since the appartement is on the second floor of the building.
