• Cole (2/5): - Close to club house Misleading pictures towels are not provide caravan was dirty .... not enough linen stay at alberta at least 3 times a year to be close to family wouldnt stay here again .... every service had a smear to it like it had heen wiped with dirty cloth couldnt get on camara ....... contacted host who sent someone out for the cleaning .....all they did was sort out plug ..... had to wait till next day for bedding so a night roughing it ....... as i say wouldnt stay there again
• Carly (1/5): No customer service from property owner and a wasted trip - We had stayed before and it’s a really lovely clean caravan in a good location. Sadly we have no trust in the property owner after her failure to inform us there was no running water at the property and subsequent failure to refund or compensate us for travelling all the way there to find we had no working toilets or showers in a heatwave. We had to cut our trip short and wouldn’t have gone at all if we had been told. Had stayed before and hoped to stay again but all trust is now broken and what should have been a special family weekend was ruined.

Everything you need is there and works. Would definitely return. Nothing at all was wrong, loved everything.

• Carly (10/5): Peaceful, wholesome family holiday in a really homely, clean and comfortable caravan. - The caravan was absolutely immaculate, it felt brand new. Everything we could possibly need was provided and it truly felt like home. Great communication from the owner too. The site was lovely, quiet which is how we like it and with a gorgeous 2 mile coastal walk into Whitstable which we did several times. The heated outdoor pool was beautifully warm and the highlight for my little boy. We only ate once in the club house and the food was good for the price. We had a really lovely break, thank you so much Nothing, it was great. For others wanting to book perhaps bear in mind that there’s no view from the caravan and that the terrace is just looking onto neighbouring terraces. The sea is a short walk away, across a road and not visible from the park.
