• Edwards-Heathcote (5/5): Ok if you want a cheap night - Affordable price, ok if you just want to sleep Aircon was good Hotel said they would arrange airport pickup but no one came, so we waited for nothing, no response by message so we booked a taxi. Better to say if you can't come than say yes and not turn up. Felt like an inconvenience to the staff, like they didn't want us there. Strong smell of urine in the bathroom and cigarettes in the room. Location very far away from everything. Very tired rooms - it would be a good idea to paint them again, stains all over the wall. Cold water shower with no soap, one towel which was shredded and questionable cleanliness throughout.

• Jasmin (4/5): - Zumindest die Lage war super. Scooter rental und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Wir sind kurz nachdem wir uns das Zimmer angeschaut haben wieder ausgecheckt. Für 19 Euro die Nacht ohne richtiges Frühstücksangebot, mit verschimmeltem stinkenden Bad war das nicht unseres.

• Cao (10/5): Super! - Établissement très propre, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. La salle de bain était propre et la connexion wifi est au top ! 👌🏽 le personnel est serviable et très sympathique et arrangeant. L’eau de la douche n’est pas chaude mais pas froide non plus Le petit déjeuner avec des sandwichs au chocolat fromage étaient un mélange étrange. Mais il était servi dans la chambre, c’était très gentil

• Tiagoua (6/5): Too expensive for what you get, but I guess that's a general problem in Luwuk. - Large and comfortable bed. Acceptable shower. Enough space for everything. Staff is nice. Dead Cockroach under the room mat. Questionable cleaning. Windows didn't close completely and super close to the muslim praying spot. Asked to change the room and they changed me to a room with a very strong smell of cigarettes. Went back to the first room.
• Jess (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff, big room very clean, beautiful building, they brought us hot water to our room which was lovely! Location is far from any restaurants so we had pot noodle for dinner (which they sell luckily!), but be prepared to walk for food.
