La zona è tranquilla, pulita e ben servita dai mezzi. L'appartamento è nuovo e completo di ogni comfort e la comunicazione col proprietario è stata chiara e fluida sin dall'arrivo. The owner answered any questions for example how to buy bus tickets and was very helpful. Thank you! I recommend this place to others

I especially liked +The terrace + The location + The coziness The absence of an electric kettle in the flat caused a significant inconvenience for me and possibly those who enjoy multiple cups of tea daily and night. Boiling water in a pot on the stove, as suggested by the host, is far from ideal and affects the quality of the tea. The lack of a kettle resulted in some terribly bad-tasting tea. I recommend the host add an electric kettle to the otherwise well-equipped kitchen. The website's initial English translation of the property features explicitly stated that the apartment includes a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. However, upon my arrival, I discovered that the living room only contained a sofa bed, and the bedroom was locked. There was a sign indicating the presence of CCTV in operation behind the locked bedroom door. The host claimed that Booking.com made a mistaken translation, which is possibly true. However, Booking.com did not accept responsibility for this misleading property description and did not provide any compensation. I paid for a one-bedroom apartment, not a studio flat. The customer service did not even bother to contact me once I made a complaint. Booking.com’s lack of accountability for their mistake will definitely affect my decision to use this platform in the future. The presence of CCTV makes anyone concerned about privacy uncomfortable. I was told that CCTV was placed inside the locked room for security reasons. Then why is the sign outside the room and near the bathroom entrance? I strongly advise the host to explain its justification clearly in the property description.
