• Juan José (9/5): Paz y tranquilidad rural al 100% - La casita tenía todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana cómodo y sentirte casi como en casa. La ubicación es muy buena dentro del pueblo y la tranquilidad que se respira es un lujo. He echado de menos más luz, sobre todo en la zona de la cocina y hay que reparar la cortina de la ventana del tejado.

El apartamento es precioso, muy acogedor, decorado con mucho gusto y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La limpieza era impecable y la comodidad de 10. Pero lo que realmente hace que la experiencia sea inolvidable es el pueblo y el ambiente natural. Tavertet es un lugar con un encanto especial, con sus casas de piedra que te transportan en el tiempo. Y qué decir del entorno... el paisaje que rodea Tavertet, con sus espectaculares acantilados (cingles) y las vistas del pantano de Sau, es simplemente impresionante. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar, disfrutar de la tranquilidad y hacer rutas de senderismo en plena naturaleza. ¡Lo recomendamos al 100%! Esperamos volver pronto.

Estuvimos en el apartamento de la planta baja y pudimos disfrutar del jardín solos ya que no había ningún huésped más. El entorno muy bonito , el pueblo pequeño con encanto y todo rodeado de un paraje espectacular Nada. Hechamos en falta una tabla de cortar, por decir algo
• Maria (8/5): Perfecte per a desconectar de l’enrenou de lea ciutats i passar uns dies relaxat conectant amb la natura. - Lloc tranquil amb moltes rutes de senderisme prop per les montanyes. Apartament molt net ampli i agradable. Recomanem si es possible per a properes estades durant l’estiu que hi hagi un ventilador o alguna cosa per l’estil per a nits de molta calor. La segona nit el soroll de les campanes de les vaques (que també devien patir per la calor) no ens deixava dormir i vam haver de tancar les finestres cosa que va provocar més calor.

• Charlotte (9/5): Stunning place, but very remote - We had a very nice stay at the house, the surroundings are breathtaking and we did wonderful hikes, the location of the house is excellent in that sense. The house is cute and very private, but be prepared that it's quite rustic and the village is VERY quiet and very remote. We had to go minimum 30 minutes in car to find anywhere to eat or buy food. It was a bit inconvenient that there was not ONE place open to buy food in the village.

• Sergio (9/5): relax - The location is great. Apartment Ponent has good views and the entrance can be used as a balcony. The town´s location is spectacular, on a mountain top and surrounded by great scenery and hiking trails. Just to mention something, you can hear the guests in the apartment next door a lot, and the staircase in the bedroom can be a bit tricky at night (maybe a bit more railing would be good).

• Michaela (6/5): No service - Taveret village is very pretty and feels very special with its location. It felt like I'd wandered into an American ski town, with all the houses having a similar style and the streets looking great. Our apartment was a pleasant surprise. It was on the first floor and had a view of a pretty garden, which we also made use of. The apartment had two levels and was tastefully decorated, well-kept, and super clean. What I found extremely disappointing and unacceptable was the lack of communication and information for such a price, particularly regarding access to stores, restaurants, their opening hours, and even information about WiFi access. Note that the tourist information office was only open on weekends during our stay in October. I couldn't comprehend why we weren't informed about the village's limited shopping options, like the single shop that closes early and is closed on Tuesdays – the day we arrived. To add to our predicament, all the restaurants were closed by 6 pm, and during our stay, only one bar opened for a few hours during the day. This left us in a situation where we had no access to food and drinks, which was entirely avoidable, especially given that we had passed several supermarkets. In such circumstances, it's common to expect a welcome package with essentials like water, bread, eggs, butter, milk, jam, and honey.Also, the owner lives next door, and I briefly met her since we weren't informed about how and where to collect our keys. It seemed to me that there was a lack of genuine care for the guests, and the focus was primarily on obtaining positive ratings. If there was true concern for the guests, there would be readily available information about the village, what's available, where to find necessities, and suggested hiking trails. Furthermore, assistance could have been offered before our arrival to help us shop for food or provide a basic welcome hamper. All of this could have been easily communicated online without incurring additional costs, as translations can be done for free. The issue of WiFi access also was unnecessarily complicated. We had to contact the owner through Booking.com to get access. It would have been much simpler to have a laminated information sheet or a sticker in the apartment with all the necessary details.

• David (6/5): This is a great small apartment that with lots of potential but it wants some loving care. - Location, basic layout of apartment, view, convenience, comfy bed, motorcycle parking. It is located in a village with no shop and few bars or restaurants. In our three days there was a single bar/restaurant open on one day only. There is therefore a need for functional cooking facilities because self-catering is essential. Cooking facilities, kitchen equipment and crockery, cleanliness, leaking kitchen sink, no plug in bathroom sink, leaking roof in rain, leaking radiators, nowhere to hang clothes, no instructions, no information of any kind about area. Key was left in door and we were not met on arrival.

• Gustavo (9/5): Beautiful, clean and cosy cabin - Beautiful, clean and cosy cabin. Quiet and stunning location. The host was very friendly and helpful. We believe the walls should be sound-proofed better. We could hear the other guests too much. The mattress was not very comfortable.
