Guest Reviews
- Sonia (10/5): Excellent, highly recommended accommodation - It was like the secret garden when you open the door, leading to a beautiful, well kept house. Everything was exceptionally excellent, so clean and everything you could need in the kitchen, even a washing machine id needed.
Beds were comfortable and so clean. Will definitely re-book Nothing- perfect
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nichola (10/5): Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Location - The location was amazing. We had everything we needed almost on our doorstep. Lovely restaurants and takeaway as well as a 10 minute walk to the beach
- Philippa (10/5): Gorgeous airbnb, so clean and great location! - Really lovely little place, was so clean and comfortable! Ideal location for a wedding we had up at Kilmore Country House. Great communication from hosts.

Rental of the hot tub is at an additional cost of £40 per night and this is not included in the nightly fee but is advertised as if it is included. Host advised this was due to booking.com.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is at 11am. We used the hot tub for maximum of 1 hour in the evening. The next morning we were woken by builders banging and drilling from 8am in the shared courtyard where the hot tub was located, so were unable to use it again with no privacy. So really not worth the additional charge. The host also changed the gas bottle at 9:30am, causing more noise which we felt it could have waited until after we checked out. Disappointing stay. Host also lives in the dwelling adjacent to the property and shares the outside space.
- Keith (10/5): A hidden gem in the middle of the glens of Antrim where you have a great nights sleep and awake to a beautiful flower ga - Everything! Fantastic location tucked away but in the middle of everything. Great base for exploring the area by day but no need to drive in the evening as everything is on your doorstep.
Loads of seating options if you have friends or family over as the courtyard garden is stunning with loads of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped if you did want to entertain (we did and it was ample).
Beds and bed linen all of good quality and loads of space for storage (wardrobes/drawers/downstairs hot cupboard for any drying off needs!)
I noticed that a previous reviewer marked the property down for its downstairs bathroom. I felt that this was actually really helpful as no need for others to go upstairs.
The hosts could not have been more hospitable or welcoming and they had a beautiful welcome pack including milk, tea, coffee and biscuits there for our arrival.
There is also a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets which was a god send. Nothing!

- Patrick (10/5): Fantastic spot - Great facilities. Really comfortable. Excellent communication. Property was really well equipped and spotless.
We had a great time in Cushendall, beautiful coastline is a 5 minute walk away from the stables.
Right beside local bars and restaurants.
Recommend Harry's restaurant (book ahead) and Golden Fry for take away.
I have no hesitation in recommending and hope to visit again in the future. Nothing
- Rowan (10/5): Exceptional from start to finish - we loved our stay. - We had a brilliant 2 night stay at The Stables, and easily could have stayed for much longer! The property was exceptional from the moment we arrived - very clean; spacious yet cosy; both modern & traditional. We had everything we needed and more provided. Hazel and Ronan were fantastic hosts, making us feel welcome and providing excellent recommendations of local restaurants & places to see. Thank you so much, and we definitely hope to be back! The phone signal wasn’t great however we were informed of this on arrival. The speedy Wi-Fi made up for this, though, so it didn’t bother us.
- Donard (10/5): Exceptional - Hosts were there till meet us and gave us great recommendations for food and entertainment we would definitely stay again and highly recommend this accommodation till anyone else looking a great base till tour the area

There are pubs a short walk away which guaranteed us a truly memorable star but also loved wandering along the beach. What’s not to love about it! N/A
