• Edita (5/5): - The view from the balcony is truly beautiful it offers a very pleasant panorama, especially in the morning and evening. Unpleasant communication with the host the responses were dismissive and lacked clarity and helpfulness. Upon arrival, the apartment number was not provided, so we had to ask multiple times before getting the information. A major downside is that the apartment has no parking, and in this area it is generally very difficult to find a parking space, as most spots are private and locked. Additionally, the shower was very small and uncomfortable to use.

• Anna (10/5): - Great apartment. It was easy to find and check in. The view is amazing. We had everything we needed and even more in it. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook. Location is great. A few minutes walk ro rhe nearest beach and different cafes and bars. It can get noisy in the evening but it is to be expected of that particular city. And the pool was great for chilling, we had no problems with finding a free beach chair. Our stay was too short
• Charlene (10/5): Perfect Stay Steps from the Beach & Stunning Sunset - Amazing location! The apartment is perfectly situated, close to everything and just a few steps from the beach. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the host Veronika was very friendly, meeting us to hand over the keys and explain how everything works in the building and the apartment. The view from the apartment is stunning, you can admire the sea and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend it. nothing

• Oleksandr (1/5): Terrible apartment – cockroaches, noise, and old interior - The only positive aspect of this apartment was its location close to the sea and the nice view from the balcony. Unfortunately, everything else about this stay was a huge disappointment. 1) Cockroaches! During my stay I personally killed more than 10 cockroaches inside the apartment. Who knows how many more were crawling in the kitchen or bedroom during the night. I found them not only in the kitchen and the bedroom, but even in my clothes that were drying on the balcony. This is a complete lack of hygiene and absolutely unacceptable. The host’s “solution” was to suggest that I simply kill them with spray whenever I see them – this is not a solution, this is unsanitary living conditions. 2) Noise. Even though the apartment is on the 11th floor, every evening and late into the night there is loud music coming from the nearby bars. The apartment faces two directions: in the living room you hear music from bars, and in the bedroom you hear constant traffic noise from cars and motorbikes. The windows close poorly, there is zero sound insulation, and it is impossible to sleep without earplugs. 3) The apartment itself is old. The renovation is extremely outdated – old floors, walls, doors, everything smells and feels old. The photos on Booking are misleading – in reality the apartment looks and feels much worse. From the very first moment we entered, it was a huge disappointment compared to what was shown online. 4) Uncomfortable bed. The “bed” is just two single beds pushed together with a terrible mattress on top. It is extremely uncomfortable, and after sleeping on it you wake up with back pain. 5) Bathroom. The shower is extremely small – one adult person cannot even bend down inside. For me it was difficult just to turn around. Again, the photos looked much better than the reality. Overall impression: terrible apartment. By the third day of my stay, when the cockroaches started to appear, there was no longer any desire to stay in the apartment, cook, or store food.
• arantxa (7/5): - Apartamento amplio, con magnífica vista y excelente ubicación. No tenía ni una escoba para mantenerlo limpio y nos dieron únicamente una llave q necesitabas también para ir a la piscina, por lo q era un poco incómodo. No funcionaban los mandos de la tele.

• Peter (9/5): Great stay in a lovely part of Tenerife everything you need within walking distance and the view from the apartment is f - Property was just what we wanted, near to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, but not right on the strip amazing view from the balcony The only think I would say that coukd be improved is the bed I found it comfy but a bit flimsy and it’s 2 singles pushed together with separate quilts
